I've always had great service here. The ladies are amazing and fairly priced for the service they provide. I've used them for the last year.

My daughter had her eyebrows threaded. They did an amazing job. They were kind, friendly and made her feel comfortable. The place was spotless. We will be back.

I love this place. Professional, family vibes, very sweet owner and all the ladies are nice too. I go to Brenda who does an amazing job on your eyebrows; threading. They have waxing services available here too, I never experienced it though. They service nails, pedicures, and Brazilian waxing.

Hands down, best eyebrow threading I've had to date. Always consistent and reasonably priced. I don't live in the area anymore but still plan trips around getting my eyebrows done.

I have been to several threading places this by far is the best! I had went to a local one closer to me (just was short on time)they really messed my brows up and it was very noticeable to the point I wanted to cry. So has to do the walk of shame and go have them fix them they did of course and I will never try to go anywhere else again lol. I am always getting complimented on how nice my brow shape is. I will continue to drive the extra 15 minutes to get them done right!

I am so glad I ignored the few negative reviews! Literally best eyebrows of my life. They are so even and clean now. The staff was friendly, and she took me earlier than my scheduled appointment time. To top it off it was only 10$ and I was only there for about 15 minutes. I will definitely be going back for more!

I have been here several times for eyebrow threading. I have always had a nice lady who has made an amazing job. Today she was busy and someone else did. I don't like how she works (not sure if she is new). She changed the form of my eyebrow and removed more than I needed. It is very thin now. It supposed to be clean up! I regret tipping her.

I have been going here to get my eyebrows done since I moved here from New York. I usually go to the same woman however today she was busy. There was another woman available (never seen her there before)so I decided to go to her. I regretted my decision as soon as she started. She was soo rough and cut me below my eyebrow which I could possibly let pass but she was so INSENSITIVE and RUDE.

She said that I needed to hold my brows tighter. I have been having my own eyebrows threaded for over 20 years. I think I know what and what it to do. The final straw was when it seemed as if she were being rougher. Needless to say I walked out. As I am typing this my eyebrows are on FIRE. I called to speak with the manager. I guess she listened.no apology, concern.nothing. Oh I am sorry she did want me to come back and show her. I can do that.just disappointed because I have always like their work.

Only eyebrow threading place I can go to and get the same look as the last time. Other places I could go to the same person I went to two weeks ago and my eyebrow will either be too thin or they didn't take enough off. Thanks Neelam Creations for your consistency.

Thank God, great looking eyebrows that are not over-threaded. Quick. $10 our the door. These ladies are polite and fast.

Fast service, $10 for my eyebrows. 4 stars because they do more hair removal for women then they do for men. They will only do men's eyebrows.

Rude! I've been a regular for years and usually walk in. Today I walk in and the shop is not busy at all. Not greeting until I say something. I sat a few minutes and Neelam talks to Renda then all of a sudden Renda has no time today. I think she did this because full face is more time consuming. I've dealt with their subpar service long enough because I loved the end result but I won't be back.

Awesome first time threading expirence! I don't thik I will go back to waxing. At first it hurt a little bit more than waxing but then felt fine. I had walked in on a Saturday afternoon and didn't have an appointment. Thankfully she took me in but it sounds like they like people to make appointments. She did a great job and I will be coming back!

I came here to get my eye brows done about a week ago. A friend raved about the place and now I know, that's with good reason. The ladies in the shop were kind, quick, and helpful. I often worry about having too much brow taken off, but I was so pleased with their results. I will definitely be back. And next time, I'm going to bring my mother (they offer full face threading too).

This is the best salon for threading and waxing. If you are looking for a Brazilian, ask for Verinda. She does an incredible job with threading and waxing as well. Neelam runs a wonderful salon and I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for perfect eyebrows. Appointments are suggested but not required.

I have been going to Neelam Creations for the last 15 years, and I can honestly say that they do an amazing job with whatever you need - threading, waxing, manicures, facials, etc. Their prices are great, and they are typically available for walk-ins, though it's better to make an appointment as they can get very busy. Not surprising since a lot of people appreciate their quality service!

And just as a response to a previous review (Y.R.), it's sad that the salon not being able to accommodate you once resulted in a one-star review, especially since you noted that Neelam does wonderful work. Most salons will ask for a client to reschedule if they are more than a few minutes late, and that's a typical policy. There have been times that if I'm running late, I'll call and if they're not too busy, it won't be a problem.

But I wouldn't blame that on the salon if they said that on a particular day, they couldn't accommodate me, disappointing as it might be. For me, the fact that I've been going to Neelam Creations for 15 years, on a 3-4 week basis, despite living over 40 minutes away for 10 of those years, speaks for itself.

I have been here around 5x and each time I only schedule it with Neelam because she does wonderful work and is highly experienced. However, I was very disappointed today when I was running about 10 min behind due to traffic that they told me that they couldn't see me and to reschedule. I explained to them that I do not live nearby and I was already en route but their response was simply to reschedule.

I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed as it was out of my control that traffic was so bad. I really love their work but today showed me that they honestly do not value the customer as I once thought that they did.
