Gjeto' S Salon & Spa

Over the course of the last three days, I tried to purchase a spa package for my daughter's birthday. She lives in Novi and I in Florida. The website was very convoluted and did not cover how to purchase a gift card using her name with my payment. I then tried to contact someone via phone. I spoke with a young man, who was clueless. On the next call, I spoke with a more knowledgeable male who said he would be calling me back at 10:00 A.M. when they opened. I never got the call! I called the last time and spoke with a very condescending female. Needless to say, I spent my $400 at a different spa.

My son made arrangements for my birthday for me to get a message and pedicure. I decided to call and determine what services my son paid for. The lady who answered the phone was short with me and impatient. I asked to change the service and asked about the price difference. I found out they had charged my son's credit card. Later I decided to cancel the appointment and the staff expressed some reluctance about refunding my son's credit card and came up with an excuse for keeping $20. I have used once in the pass but never again

Wonderful massage services, but do not waste your time getting a manicure. Over priced, was not the service described, and barely lasted a week.

I love coming to Gjetos salon. Jon and Ava always do an amazing job on my hair. Love my cut and highlights. They always make me feel beautiful when I leave there. I went last weekend and had they Spa Journey package. It was worth every penny! The staff was wonderful! I was so relaxed & pampered. I fell asleep a few times during my massage & facial. Hair & makeup had me looking gorgeous. I definitely will be doing that again!

The best eye brow wax in town, 5 stars. The tech even found hair I didn't know I had, her attention to detail is fantastic.

Exceptional service by exceptional stylists in a beautiful modern space. John, Master Stylist is an expert in color. I constantly have people ask me who colors my hair. His wife Eva is a Stylist as well and I have watched her put in extensions - outstanding!

I have only had a deep tissue massage from Marina, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly for my low back spasms and pain. Her previous experience with athletic teams really helps get my back in better shape and makes me feel better. I am a ogres and have had several massages but if you are truly looking for a deep massage where you have to hold your breath I strongly encourage you to see her. The following day your muscles feel much better.

Gina does the most amazing lashes, I highly recommend her, she can be found at embellish lash and hair studio I like a full yet natural look and I wouldn't let anyone else do my lashes

Eva was awesome! My lashes turned out beautiful! And the best part is she offered to stay late that day just so I could have them done the same day I called! Then, I told her I wanted my hair cut but wasn't sure where I was going to go, and she offered to stay even longer to cut and style my hair! I was extremely thankful and absolutely loved my haircut and my new lashes! Thanks so much, I'll be back soon for my lash refill! I would definitely recommend Gjetos's for anyone looking to get lash extensions for the first time!

Bina is amazing. Loved my haircut. I don't dye or do any treatments to my hair, but with just a cut, it looks great. My hair hasn't looked this good in a long time. I have been a Gjeto client my whole life so this review is long over due. My hair is always perfect, I have long natural waves. Always let my stylist do whatever they want. Gjeto (or John if you're basic) & Vandela keep me on 10 with the natural highlights & trendy hair cuts. No seriously check for me in the next Kerastase campaign. My hair is never damaged.

I always get myself them leave-in treatments. GET THE TREATMENT! The salon is beautiful, clean and has top of the line products (Kerastate Fluidissime Anti Frizz Spray is God's gift to hair). The front desk staff is delightful + super bubbly. I always feel like Gisele when I leave. Schedule your appointment today, you could have great hair like me!

I love it here. I'm a newer client only after reading all of the reviews on here. I scheduled with John for the first time and just fell in lovE with my hair. I'm u we picky so when I am pleased, trust me that means a lot. I am now a n a prebook basis because he never disappoints. In fairness, everyone I see walk out of their is smiling and their hair looks great. I think it's safe to see anyone of tHe stylists.

Went for a couples massage for our anniversary. Husband and I enjoyed the service. My 3rd visit, his first for a massage. Would be nice if they offered specials for returning clients.

Staying in town for week and needed my nails done for a wedding this weekend. My hotel recommended Gjeto's and I went! My shellac manicure was wonderful! I saw Bina and she did a great job - maticulous, clean and relaxing! Highly recommend!

I went to Gjetos Thursday and yesterday for lashes and ended up getting my brows done AND a hair cut. Eva did such an AMAZING job on my hair! I am a black girl with curly hair and EVERY salon I go to wants to straighten it, lock it or put a bunch of crap in it that make the curls AWFUL! Over the years I stopped going to salons and have just been winging it with these curls. Shea Moisture and Coconut Oil. Battling breakage as best as I could. Eva suggested some products and did a HELLUVA layered cut completely fixing the "ponytail damaged" area.

What prompted me to write this review is ALL DAY TODAY I have been getting stopped, complimented and asked questions like "who does your hair?" "What products do you use?" Etc etc. I wear my hair curly EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE and neeeeeeever get THIS AMOUNT OF COMPLIMENTS! Eva! You are amazing! Thank you for making my hair BEAUTIFUL! Lashes poppin! Brows poppin! CURLS POPPIN! I feel so beautiful! THANK YOU!

This place is wonderful! I am a new customer and I came 10 minutes early Incase I needed to fill any paper work. While I waited, they provided a nice waiting area with light refreshments. Now, I normally don't go out and treat myself to hair services. This time I did, and I thought it would be awkward to make small talk with the stylist (last name Vukaj, I didn't catch their first name - but this person was American Albanian.) The conversation kept flowing, while they did a phenomenal job with my hair. I got so many compliments about my hair from family and friends that day. Decently priced. This place looks organized and very clean. I will come again if ever in the area.

I went there with my daughter to get my hair dyed and cut. I went there and the owner, Johnny, dyed my hair blonde when I specifically asked for dark brown the cut was ok but the overall experience was horrible and my daughter got her hair curled and the curls only lasted for 1 hour, the hair cut was a mess, never coming back again.

Roger took good care of me and they got me in for a massage twenty minutes after I called. I got a good deal for being a first time customer and I will definitely return.

I've had a massage and lash extensions done here, the massage was amazing. i like really hard pressure and she did a great job. the lashes were also amazing, i'll be back update- it's been 2 weeks since i got my new set of lashes, i should be ready to get them filled HOWEVER i have only had one single lash shed so far. best lashes i have ever had.

Went for updo & makeup. Updo was great. Make up was too heavy even though I asked for light. Looked caked on. Will not go back.

My experience here was excellent from booking the appointment to check out. I went to the spa for a mani/pedi/lunch/massage/facial. Everything was an fantastic experience and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the best to work with. They gave me an appointment for two people with short notice and gave us a schedule for each spa treatment and made it a day to remember. I would HIGHLY recommend this spa! The spa was clean, quiet, relaxing and everything anyone would expect from a spa experience.

I waited 30 minutes. I was trying to find the person who can style my hair for a long time. I moved here several years ago and tried 2-3 beauticians per year. I went back to my home state to fix my hair. Eva was great. She knew my original cut and color. She didn't try to sell products to me. Ok, I tried second time. I had wait 30 minutes again. Also, the hair cut didn't come out good this time. She was in hurry and moved to next customer.

Best pedicure I've ever had; especially loved the mud mask wrap. Would have liked a little more jacuzzi action at the beginning to be honest. I got regular polish on my toes and shellac on my fingers; even though it was the same brand & same exact color name, they didn't come out the same hue which was a little disappointing. Overall experience was good even though it's only two days later and I already see some discoloration of the shellac. I bought the Yelp Deal which was $50 for $100 of services, but otherwise I think it wouldn't have been worth the $110+ tip at the regular price.
