Your customer service is non existent and your entire store is in desperate need of some training on how to treat customers. If you want to cater to only fake and phony people then move somewhere else because Canada is not the place. You have plenty of employees in the stores but nobody knows how to help anyone or even acknowledge their presence unless they look and dress a certain way.

I have been in the store on Tecumseh Rd several times and today was the last straw. Usually I can get what I need on my own or figure it out because they can't be bothered. I was looking at the stuff I wanted for about 10 min, then I went to ask for help. I stood in the aisle for almost 10 min waiting for help before I got fed up and left. While I was looking at the stuff I wanted three different employees walked past me and not one of them said hi or acknowledged me in any way.

I could of asked for help but since three people had already walked past me I was waiting to see if anyone would offer to help. If I came in by there all faked up nails and hair done I would of gotten some help but because I didn't I was invisible. Not all of the employees in there are that bad. I have met 2 of them that were helpful in the past but your overall service is the worst I have seen. A PERSONS APPEARANCE SHOULD NOT DICTATE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY RECEIVE. DO BETTER No, this is not Michigan. This is Windsor, Tecumseh Rd E by Home Depot.

Shelves are always well stocked with color. Never ran into a problem! Friendly and helpful staff!

I have never seen a beauty supply so stocked with products until I went into this one. What was I missing all these years.

I have never experienced such rude customer service From a beauty supply store. Usually when you walk in, you are greeted and helped if needed. I walked around this place 10 mins before someone finally helped me(I waited in line). & when I asked for help buying hair color remover, which does not require you to be licensed, I was rudely told to read the directions. on the box with no directions to read.no help what so ever! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!

Thank you To the Manager (Gordon) for being so helpful and accommodating. It's hard to find good help now a days and you made us salon owners feel at home. Keep up the great work.

Walked in and said hi one of the employees looked at me and didn't say anything. When we asked for help she ignored us again. This was our first visit and we will definitely not be returning. These people are rude for no reason.

We've been purchasing Schwarzkopf hair color there for our business for decades and are very happy with the product.
