My experience with, Bridal Beauty Detroit On Location Makeup & Hair, was amazing! They were very friendly and kind. They did my 2 nieces hair and lipgloss (flower girls), my sister and stepmom's hair and makeup, also a Per wedding look a couple months ahead of time, and myself (bride) hair and makeup the day of the wedding. Wasn't worth the money. I didn't do the trial run but wish I did. I definitely would have tried somewhere else. She was nice but definitely didn't get the bridal glam look I was hoping for. The lashes she put on me were to long for the shape of my eyes. She didn't measure them before putting them on. They went past the outer corner of my eyes and made my eyes look droopy.
She tried to trim the inner corner to make them more comfortable but not till after she put them on, which did nothing but make it worse and my eye water more. Even though I told her before she started that they bother me there and needed to be trimmed. She didn't listen so it took up a lot of time for her to try to fix them. And I got so frustrated I kept walking away. Had to take them off half way through cause my eye was so red and started getting puffy from them poking me.
The make up wasn't anything special. We were running short on time so I understand my flower girls hair couldn't be the way I wanted it, they put it in a pony tail and that would have been ok if it didn't look so messy and sloppy. Definitely wasn't worth paying 100.00 for her hair to get done. If I could do it all over I would have done a trial run and realized I should have went somewhere else. this company isn't worth what you pay.
I also see why they add the gratuity to your bill, they get a tip no matter how terrible of a job they do. If you want your day to be special and your hair and makeup done by professionals, someone that actually listens to you then my advice would be to go somewhere else. They take your money and then make up excuses on why things didnt turn out instead of admitting that they have employees that do not know what they are doing or are just not good at there job. If I read all the reviews I never would have chose this place.waste of money!

On our wedding day last October, Bridal Beauty Detroit did the hair and makeup for myself, my girls and the moms, and they did an amazing job! They came to the site where we were getting ready, and everything was a breeze. Sylvia and her team were super professional, and helpful. We had 10 girls total, and they finished everyone on time, and hair and makeup held up all night.
Only thing I would say made me a little nervous was how long the contract was. I was worried it was not going to go well and that is why she had such a long contract. Luckily everything worked out perfect, but this may deter some brides. Other than that I highly recommend!

My wedding day was 08/28/21 and i held off on my review so long because i been very upset about how her team ruined my big day. I will not recommend anyone to do business with Sylvia all she is interested in is to take your money and have the contract signed. The girls she sent over for hair and makeup were inexperienced. The makeup artist that showed came in with cheap 10$ makeup pallets and cheap foundation.
Literally all of my girls including myself had to wipe off ours faces and redo our makeup with our own stuff. As far as the the hairstylist that was sent she had a bad attitude the whole time and did not listen to what the girls wanted for thier hair and to the point where i had to redo our hair through the day because our curls and updos wouldnt hold.
When i talked to Sylvia a few days later about everything and explained i will like to have some type of refund she came off saying that it wouldnt be possible and her team did the best they could.

Bridal Beauty of Detroit did a fabulous job of hair and makeup I am an older bride and appreciated that they used an airbrush application for my foundation. It looks much more natural and doesn't sit in face creases. We had 10 attendees who received hair and makeup services. All were stunning and completed on time. I will highly recommend this Business.

I booked Bridal Beauty Detroit for hair and makeup at the beginning of 2020 for my June wedding. We ended up postponing our wedding to 2021 and Sylvia was very kind and flexible when it came to changing our date. On the day of my wedding, Cheryln did everyone's hair and my makeup. We accidentally blew the fuse in our room and waited 30 minutes to get the power back on, but she still finished everyone's hair and makeup early!
One of my bridesmaids has curly hair which can sometimes be tricky, and Cheryln was able to style it beautifully! I personally have very fine hair that's difficult to style, often doesn't hold a curl, and doesn't have a lot of volume. She put my extensions in and I was so happy with how much volume my hair had. It also held the style and curls all day!
As for my makeup, I did the airbrush foundation and my skin looked super smooth. I cried multiple times that day and I still had my makeup fully in tact at the end of the night. Overall, my bridesmaids and I felt beautiful and were really impressed with Cheryln and Bridal Beauty Detroit.

I needed hair and makeup services for professional portrait and headshot photos. Sylvia was recommended by my hair stylist. Sylvia responded very quickly to my inquiry and arranged everything to fit my schedule. Cher came to my house and did the perfect job on my hair and makeup! It was more expensive than other options, but I was very pleased with the results.

They are amazing! Sylvia and her team were fun to work with and really helped make the day special. Everyone was commenting on how beautiful the bridal party was that day. And the bridal party was extremely happy with how long that their hair and make-up lasted as well. We also needed to add another person the day of the wedding and they were happy to fit her in as well. I would recommend them to everyone!
