They were so accommodating. i am bigger and i was just gonna sit in a chair too small and not complain but they got me a bigger chair and made me comfy. they are also super nice and did my hair just as i asked. no like you'll look fatter if its shorter blah blah they did it and were super nice and it looked amazing. Ken did an awesome job with my (2c/3a) curly hair. I was hesitant about getting this cut because I had waist length hair and I wanted it to be around shoulder length (shrinkage concerns.) But after it all I am so pleased with the result and length. I appreciate that he had me sit under a heat lamp to dry.

Jen does my hair, wife's hair and son's hair and it's truly exceptional! It's hard to find dedicated professionals like her and all the other members at Curves Hair Studio. We've been going a couple years now and have nothing but good things to say about the people and their craft. Good establishment here.

I brought my daughter here for her very first haircut a few months ago. We had an appointment with Adelina whose skill and expertise made my little girl smile. Adelina was professional, quick but very precise - she took a prior home haircut and turned it into a beautiful, layered cut that, to this day months later, still looks GREAT! I highly recommend this salon and Adelina!

Curves Hair Studio was a great experience. Ken did a color and cut and I couldn't be happier. He definitely has a new regular client. Overall they are very friendly and welcoming.

Curves Salon has been in business 20+ years. They are located in Old Town Manassas. I was pleasantly surprised. We go into Manassas very often, but never noticed the shop. Called the phone number and was able to get in right away. The Owner Ken, was my Stylist. He asked great questions about my hair, what I was expecting to have done, and he went to work.

I was offered a glass of wine or soft drinks : To sum up. I now have a great cut, and low maintenance style, that I am able to achieve at home. The color is very vibrant. Ken cut, colored and styled both my husband's and my hair back to back. I have booked my next appointment!

Had balayage done for the first time and it turned out really pretty. Adeline did a wonderful job with my shorter style. The salon was very cozy and everyone was so kind. I am pregnant and was getting a little overheated, one of the owners kindly brought over a fan to help cool me down. He checked on me several times to see if I needed anything. The snack bar was a nice little treat too. I love that this salon is so close to home, and I was very happy with the results. I will definitely return.

I am new in town and finding a new salon and stylist is one of the worst things about moving. Well today I was grateful to a coworker who recommended me to Curves Hair Studio. I was greeted with friendliness and smiles. The salon is small but really cute. My stylist Jenna took the time to talk with me before having my hair shampooed. She asked what I wanted, asked some questions before getting started. Jenna then ran her hands through my long curly fine hair to make sure she understood the texture, which is exactly what a stylist should do, especially when dealing with waves or curls.

I asked for some long layers with a few to frame my face and a trim while keeping the length. I also made it clear that I wear my hair straight or curly depending on my mood so the cut had to work for both. That's exactly what I got. I am so happy and have already booked my next appointment for color and highlights.

Appreciate them fitting me in soon after COVID reopening, with full observance of CDC guidelines while maintaining a pleasant and personal touch.

I had an outstanding experience at Curves! I called and was able to get a next day appointment with Jenna, who did a spectacular job with my hair. She was very easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted for my hair perfectly. This is the first time I've ever not felt like I had to fix my hair when I got home. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I enjoyed the gentle lighting much more than the standard super bright fluorescents in other salons. I can confidently say this will be my hair salon for as long as I live in the area.

The first time I met Adeline, she cut my hair and actually repaired a bad cut that I had previously. I have had two memorable cuts that I absolutely loved in my life and hers was one of them. I will continue to see Adeline and I am glad I found her. Highly recommend. Very relaxing. Again, highly recommend.

After much research over where to go for a haircut, I decided to call Curves. And boy, was I impressed. I was able to get in with the owner Ken the very next day! From shampoo chair to styling chair it was a fantastic experience. I love my cut and it's exactly what I was looking for. I walked away feeling light and fabulous. Thank you Ken!

I followed my stylist Jenna to this location about 6 years ago. Ken and Andrew do amazing job of making their salon stand out among others that feel very industrial. The way it's set up you don't feel like you are walking into a salon but rather someone's home. Every member of the their team greets you with a smile and seems super happy you are there.

I have for all 6 six years driven over an hour one way to this salon and will continue to do so because they sew just that wondeful to me always be sure to make an appointment because the place is always full of customers!

I started going to Curves within the last year. My daughters have used Michelle and Mary and I have seen Jenna. All three did exactly what I asked for and when I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with my color, Jenna looked at one picture that I liked and knew exactly what to do. I felt the prices were pretty reasonable for the services I received.

The whole staff was very friendly. I was greeted at the door by Andrew who made sure I had a place to sit and offered me a drink even though he was with a client. He was friendly to every person that walked into the door. There was even a mistake with a client's appointment being deleted and Andrew squeezed her in by offering to do her color since Jenna already had me and another client she was working on. It has been a great experience every time I have been there. Highly recommend.

THE WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE! OLD TOWN MANASSAS LOOKS HORRIBLE WITH THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS! Awful experience. They are racist. They made me feel so bad. I went last Friday. I did not have an appointment but I read on their website that they accept walk ins. I went there at 11:10 am and I saw two people inside so I walked in and the first impression I received was a nasty look from a man.

I was confused but I knew the other stylist who was there, because she was my stylist before. Then, I was a little excited because there was no one on a Friday morning, but the first words coming from that man were "we cannot see you until 12pm" so I kept looking at him with my confused face because they opened at 10am and they had NO customers. NOBODY WAS THERE.

It was empty. I tried to be compressive and I told him that I would return at 12pm then. When I head to my car and start it, I realized that the man did not ask me my name or what do I need. Then I decided to call him for clarification. When he picked up the phone he tells me that they ALREADY have another person with the appointment for 12pm and that I had to return at 3:00 PM. WHAT!?

I tried to explain to the man that I was there LESS THAN 5 minutes ago and HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK at 12pm. BAD. BAD. BAD. His intentions were to make me come back at 12pm to wait until 3:00 pm? At this point, the situation became very frustrating. I politely told him that the way that he was talking to me was not appropriate and that I wanted to talk to the supervisor or owner. FOR MY SURPRISE.

The man claimed to be the owner "Ken" Finally, "the owner" got furious and he started yelling at me on the phone for more than 10 minutes and finally hanging up the phone. At first, I thought it was an accident and I called again. Then "KEN" tells me "I don't need business from your kind!" "don't call back" What does he mean by "my kind"? RACIST BUSINESS! Unbelievable. So disappointed.

I am very happy to have re-discovered Curves and especially Jenna. She used to cut my hair a few years ago until she left on maternity leave. She has been back for a while and now, so am I. I asked for a "hairdo" not a "hair cut". My new do is easy to maintain, and every day is a good hair day. See you again soon.

Love this place and my stylist. The studio is in old town Manassas so right in the middle of the action. You can grab lunch, dinner, or drinks after. However the studio is very calm and relaxing. The studio is very professional but everyone always seems to be having a good time. They have some to wash your hair and give you a nice relaxing hard massage if you like.

I'm surprised there are not more reviews and the hair studio is always packed with returning customers. If you live local and looking for a good quality hair cut with nice products and great stylists I recommend you stop in here. When I moved to the area I tried a few other places and was so happy to find Curves and Jenna! She does a great job cutting my hair every time. I have very long hair and she tackles this mane with a smile every time! The ambience of the salon is great too! Have never been to another salon like it.

This is the best hair experience I've ever had. the place is so nice and welcoming, and they have drinks and snacks for you. Krystal (I don't know if I spelled it right!) greeted me when I came in, she was also my hair washer. She was so sweet and asked me how I was, and I felt so relaxed! Mary cut my hair and this is the first time I've ever really felt listened to about how I wanted my curly hair (I've been to manyyyy different salons and have had many haircuts I didn't really like). She gave me a beautiful cut and we also talked the whole time. Will be back every time I need a haircut from now on!

I recently went here to have my hair cut and some fashion colors added to it and loved the experience. First and foremost, my stylist Ken was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. But what stood out aside from the decor with the attention given to fine details, was that all the other stylists and employees were equally friendly, talented and caring about their work and customer.

Adeline cut my daughters ringlet hair and did the best job ever. I seriously cannot stop complimenting my 4 year old on how amazing her hair looks. Also, the salon has that beautiful city charm and the prices are great. I can't see paying $40 for a kids cut. it was $18. My kind of place.

This was my third time in this salon. All are very nice always greeted offered something to drink. My second hair stylist due to my schedule. Very friendly knowledgeable. Do recommend this salon very highly!

I can't get over how amazing my little girls hair looks. Just amazing they treated her so well and she had a smile on her face. They did exactly what I asked and everyone was kind. It was easy to make an appointment and very reasonable cost. My girls can't wait to come back and that's saying a lot because my kids hate getting their hair cut. Just got my hair cut by Adeline. She's so nice and did a wonderful job. It's the first time in years I've actually left a hair salon as a satisfies customer. I was very apprehensive about getting my hair cut because I've had so many stylists in this area get it wrong. But not Adelina! I showed her a picture and she did it exactly right. I got a layered bob, and she cut it perfectly, not too blunt but not too stacked. She did an excellent shampoo too! The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the service is great. I will definitely be returning to Adelina.

Fabulous and super cute little shop in Old Town Manassas- I've seen Ken for many years and Jenna for the past 2 years. Both are awesome. When I walk in, I am greeted by multiple members of staff. I can help my self to coffee, tea, coffee cake, or the assortment of candies and nuts. They have coloring books, markers and crayons available for the kids as well. I always feel the pricing is fair, you get what you pay for! I enjoy feeling like a million bucks when we're finished!

CURVES is a small, Old Town Manassas hair salon that offers the BEST customer service! The best hair care! The best stylists! Very friendly atmosphere and staff. I've been going to Mary for years, and she is consistently great with my hair! I've had lots of different colors and cuts, and always satisfied! I'm very picky, selective and have high standards when it comes to my hair cut and color.

This salon delivers! They genuinely CARE about their customers and will do anything to make sure you walk out of their salon HAPPY! They take great care of their clients, I speak from my own experience with a color treatment where it just wouldn't take to my hair, but they kept working to fix it, without charge.whatever it takes to make sure I'm a satisfied customer! They really do care about getting it right. It's such a rarity to find this kind of customer service anywhere! Ken the owner takes excellent care of his clients!
