I wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants bangs, the girls were very nice but cut my bangs way too short. they didn't wet my hair before starting to cut and didn't bother to part my hair in the middle or even ask. now i have to wait two weeks for them to grow out. if i wanted to be heartbroken about my bangs being too short i could've done this myself. sorry.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Kennedy did an amazing job! I was tired of my long hair and decided to go short. She listened to how I wanted my hair to be cut and made sure everything looked great before we were done. I will be going to Studio 31 from now on! All the ladies were very nice as well!

Kennedy was amazing! She was such a sweet girl and she really knows her stuff. I'm obsessed with the eyebrow wax and tent that she did and I love my cut and color too. The salon has a unique selection of products that I'm anxious to try at home. The front desk staff who checked me out was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Thanks a bunch to Studio 31 Salon.

Took in photo of desired cut (pixie - nothing new & unseen) & showed stylist before she started. As my hair was getting cut way shorter than the photo, I showed her again & kept it on in my lap for her to see. At the end it was absolutely NOT what I wanted, & had little in common with said photo. The photo showed side & front & it was easy to see the details.
She paid no attention to the photo, but assured me it would grow after I expressed that it was TOO short & that she didn't pay attention to the photo. I'd have got a better cut at great clips & paid less than half! Guess I'll wait till it grows.

I don't recommend this salon. Second time there and had a terrible cut this time. Went back and still looks like crap. Did not listen to what I said and did something different. A lot of money for a haircut I told her I didn't like at all. I even showed a picture and looked nothing like it. If she couldn't do it I would have appreciated her to say so. She didn't even act like she cared.

Had a wonderful appointment with Nicole! She did a cut and highlight for me and it's absolutely fantastic! Nicole took the time to listen to my concerns and helped come up with the right plan for my hair. She recommended the right products for my hair type and I'm blown away at the condition of my hair leaving the salon. Highly recommend their services and Nicole as a stylist!

About 1 1/2 week ago I had an appointment schedule late in the day and as I was pulling into the parking lot, received a call that my appointment was cancel, the gal that was going to cut my hair had inquired herself and no one else was available. But the lady on the phone was very determine to reschedule, I said no. This would have been my 3rd visit to this hair salon as was hoping the 3rd cut would be better than the first two, I ask for short and there short is not the same as mine.
As it turns out, I'm very happy they cancelled my appointment. Since then I have found a hair salon in Delaware (1820 Collective) that is awesome, they listened and cut my hair short.

Three stars is a gift! I came in as a blonde and without wanting, left as a brunette. After she realized that the touch up root color was 100% to dark, she said she had to put a toner on. The girl was nice and put some highlights in, but at the end of the day my hair color is AWFUL. It seemed a little "catty" in the 3 1/2 hours I was there. I'll be moving on for sure! It was also more expensive than Charles Penzone

I am still haunted by my horrible haircut from Atlee. She did a good job (well, ok job. There are bleach spots on my hair. in the front) on the color but when I asked her to take a little off and take out some bulk, she did neither. I am stuck with a terrible (and waaaay shorter than I wanted) box-shaped poof that cannot be styled no matter how hard I try.
I cried when I got home for the loss of my former collarbone-length lob look. I can't speak for all of the stylists at the salon but unfortunately, I can't bring myself to go back and try someone new because of this scary experience.
