Absolutely amazing. The staff is incredible, and truly work very hard to make the experience enjoyable. It nearly goes without saying how incredibly talented they are with hair, from cuts to colors. This will be the only place I'm getting my hair done as long as I can. I was so impressed and so incredibly thankful for the ability of the stylists.

I recently moved to Columbus and was in search of a salon I can trust. With the Cachet Salon right around the corner from my new home, I decided to give it a shot. They were super organized, and I was able to schedule an appointment with no trouble at all. After my experience, I cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. She asked me what I wanted, provided her own suggestions, and I can confidently say she gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten.

She is really a gem who is passionate about helping people look their best. If you are looking for a salon that is reasonably priced for the excellent quality of care, give Cachet a try.

Kalynn is a great stylist, pleasant and knowledgeable. She understood what I had in mind really well and added her own design. The hairstyle turned out even better than I expected. A very good salon with excellent safety features in place for COVID-19. Also the owners are good communicators, sending a regular newsletter to clients.

No complaints with cut & color (loved both, in fact). However, I received 2 voicemails days later advising me that I had been undercharged for services rendered. That, along with the returned phone call where I provided additional payment for a service that I had not requested but had been provided, left a sour taste in my mouth. If you're a new client, be clear on services you're seeking & certain your bill is accurate before walking out the door.

I love this place! I was referred by a friend about a year ago and I'm glad I gave it a shot. I left my previous stylist because I felt like she didn't know how to work with my hair. I see Liza every 6 months or so and she's great. She does exactly what I want! The staff is wonderful. It's a bit pricey but I rather pay to have it done right. Thank you, Cachet!

I've been going to Aimee for all of my hair needs for a few months now. She is fantastic and incredibly sweet and fun to talk to. She changed my dark brown hair to an amazing rose gold over the course of two sessions and I was astounded by how amazing it looked! I've never had anyone I could call "my stylist" before, as none of the previous places/stylists I've tried really left much of an impression. But I'm so happy to have a stylist I can rely on now for whatever I want to do with my hair. Plus, I love the location! Highly recommend The Cachet.

First time going to a hair salon and I was BLOWN AWAY by how amazing this place is. Kaleyn did my hair and she was fantastic! Great personality and super nice! She made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted to do to my hair before I even said anything! I'm so happy with how it turned out! Very clean place and very nice people. The Cachet is a warm and welcoming environment with lovely gals that work there! I go see Alyssa every time and can't say enough about her. She is dedicated and is thorough with her coloring and style. Highly recommend her. Posted is a picture of my hair after she had colored, cut and styled it.

I'm in love! As a new Columbus resident, I was so nervous about finding a new place to get my hair done. A friend recommended Brandy at Cachet, and my goodness do I feel lucky to have found her! She is so talented, and, based on how cute the other women look coming out of this salon, I have reason to believe the other stylists are fantastic as well.

This is a relatively small, friendly, well-appointed salon with a strong sense of customer service. I was touched to receive a lovely hand-written note from the owners after my first appointment, and have been able to get a same-week appointment easily. I am really excited to be a patron of such a great small business, and highly recommend Cachet for a haircut!

I visited The Cachet to have my dark hair bleached to platinum. I needed someone confident and skilled to do this. Linda, one of the owners, spent time helping me get the exact look I wanted. More than just well done, she made this big experience wonderful. She is so positive. More than that, her other stylists are very good as well, I will be getting retouches regularly and have complete confidence in Britt. If you are considering a dramatic change, start here!
