Small shop, really liked the experience. The lady stylist was very attentive, respecting health security guidelines of the period. No small talk which is something I appreciated (hate small talk). The haircut came out as expected for a very low price.

Fast services, my haircut came out better than expected I recommend this salon. Not fancy, but clean and efficient.

I came her to get my hair styled for my son's wedding. I had Dawn the owner as my stylist. Not only did she do a great job she couldn't have been nicer. Since I'm from out of town I didn't get to do a pre-trial hairdo. I texted her some pictures of some ideas I had as well as a picture of some sparkly barrettes. When I got there we discussed her ideas and she got my approval before proceeding.

She did a great job. I don't normally do anything much with my hair but blow it straight, and she was able to balance out giving me a fancy hairstyle with my more casual style. It was perfect for me. Finally, I felt totally comfortable there. She wore a mask, I wore a mask, they had dividers up. She was a real pro. Sadly - since I don't live there I can't make her my permanent stylist, but if you live in the Columbus area you should definitely give Dawn or MiMo a try.

I have called twice in the last two days and left my number to set up an appointment with a specific hair stylist, but no contact has been returned. Guess they don't want new business. lol

My nail technician moved to this place so I followed her to this salon since I really like the job she does. This salon offers many different services not just nails as was the case in her previous place. They have hair styling, massages, skin care and of course hand and foot care. It's not a pretentious place at all and everyone seems to get along and support each other.

If I choose I can get any of the services done if I want to just tell my girl and she'll get it set up. It's nice and clean and welcoming. The waiting area has plenty of magazines to browse while you're waiting for your appointment. I'm usually not waiting any more than ten minutes if at all. I'm thinking I need to get a massage soon and I'll definitely try them here. I can vouch for the nail services by Linh as I go every three weeks. She's the best!

Thanks Lee Khoeum for an amazing mani & pedi. Professional, timely and efficient with such a great touch. Love the location next to Caribbean Jerks on Polaris. I would highly recommend anyone in need of mani and pedi to see Lee. Appreciated that all his products are brand new and top brands too.

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment through the salon with Symphony for 10:00 am on a Monday, and no one ever showed up. I waited 15 minutes and the salon remained closed. Will not be making an appointment here again. This would have been my first visit to this place too. Not sure what happened.poor communication between the salon and stylist, but they just lost my business.

I've been going to Mimo's for probably 10 years. I haven't gotten my hair cut there in maybe 3 years because I moved to north east OH, but I really miss it. They saw me through all my crazy teen years when I changed my hair every couple months. Always did a good job. Now I'm getting married and going back to Mimo's to get my wedding hair done with them :

When I first came in I unfortunately received a highlight that wasn't exactly up to par by one of the employees. The owner took the liberty of fixing it herself and making sure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend Dawn and her salon, not only for the fantastic customer service but for her amazing job with coloring!

I got a cut and partial highlight. Very friendly staff and owner. Very clean and pretty inside. My only un-positive thing to say is, when I scheduled I was told that my appointment would be with the owner, but wasnt told I would be charged more because of it. The owner was very considerate and told me before she started my hair that she costs more to do hair because she is higher ranking.

I went ahead and let her do it, and she did a great job. I really loved my experience all and all and Ill definitely come back. But I will just have to go with a cheaper person. :

My first time going to Mimo's Salon was about a year ago when I went there for my friend's bachelorette party. The salon had a wonderful warm and friendly atmosphere and I loved the good quality manicure I received. A few months back I started going there to get my haircut and partial highlights. From the friendly and professional staff to the delicious frothy capuccino and right down to the superior haircut, color, and style, the salon will definitely keep me coming back time and time again.

I just had to come on here to say it is by far one of the best salons I have ever been to! Also if you want to request a stylist, ask for Stylist Stevie Vanderpool. I am sure she will give you a cut, color, and style you will love!
