Overall, a below-average experience. There were elements missing. Less than friendly reception, a lengthy wait in the waiting room as well as undressed on the table waiting for the skin professional. I think this was supposed to be a 90 minute service but I got 60 due to so much waiting. And I paid for 90 so. big thumbs down. Massage table, not heated.
My feet were cold! The place seemed unorganized. A lot of clunking around and the spa tech running in and out to get products due to the salon doing "inventory." There wasn't a pillow or anything to raise my head so I got congested after the hour on the table. They don't offer you a drink or anything when you come in, and the skin professional didn't walk me out, just kinda left me laying there and was like, "come back anytime!" Weird. The details make a difference! For the price I paid, I don't think the experience reflected it. The skin professional was sweet though.

A great place to go and leave your stress behind. The infrared sauna will relax your muscles and release the toxins. Then step into the salt cave, sit back and close your eyes and let the music take into a restful state as the salt is infused into the air. When you're finished you will feel like a new person, happier and ready to conquer the day!

I used to love this salon and think of it a as a little oasis. I had been back for a post-shutdown mani and had a good experience with my technician, so I came in for a trial of gel polish before my wedding. Thank goodness for the test! This treatment, which is advertised as lasting 6 weeks didn't last 6 days. A small corner of color came loose on my thumb the day after my manicure. Today, three days after my manicure a split appeared that resulted in the middle nail pictured.
On top of it all, I leave for vacation tomorrow with torn up nails. I don't see contact information on the website, so this is my only hope. Although, lastly, speaking of contacts, the reception was disinterested in me in my two post-shutdown experiences. She appeared to be attending to personal business which was off putting. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I would like my money back.

I scheduled a pedicure and 10 minutes before my appointment, I received a text saying my appt was moved 30 minutes past my original appointment time. I got a gel pedicure and after she cured the top layer there was a yellow tint to my pink nails so the girl redid one nail and that was it. When I went to check out and use my Tranquility Day Spa $150 gift card, the receptionist said they were under new ownership and refused to let me pay with it. She was very unprofessional and I feel like they should still honor a gift card regardless if it's new ownership. I will not be returning

I have gone to Tranqulity a few times now. I have had a couple massages, a facial and yesterday had a gel pedi with Kim. Every experience has been wonderful! Kim did a great job on my pedicure, was so nice to chat with and my toes look perfect. Kim was great with helping me pick a color and really took her time to get my cuticles and shape perfect. I cannot wait to start getting regular pedis here! Thank you Kim!

I went to Tranquility twice while I was visiting Columbus! Both appointments were amazing! The staff is so friendly, and the services were excellent! I got a wonderful massage and had a great color correction appointment. If you live in Columbus or are even just visiting Columbus it is a great place to treat yourself! :
