Can't tell you how happy I am with Emily. I have challenging hair and tastes. My hair is really fine and I wanted flaming red hair with blonde highlights. It took a few trips but we finally got there. Thanks for sticking with me and being patient.

I had a consultation and hair cut with Emily today and am very pleased with the whole experience. She listened to what I said and delivered a wonderful hair cut. The receptionist was nice and I was able to schedule an appointment in about a weeks time which is extremely important to me. I'll be back.

I had an amazing experience at CC salon. I was greeted by very friendly staff, the atmosphere was great. I got a balayage and I love how my hair came out the color is perfect, felt very soft afterwards. I definitely recommend this wonderful place!

I decided on a whim to cut my hair and ended up finding CC salon. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. Emily did an AMAZING job with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She picked out a gorgeous color that I love! I will definitely be back since I found my new salon! Both my husband and I really needed some hair help and being new to the area took a chance on CC Salon. I can't believe how FANTASTIC absolutely everything was! Both of us were treated to stylists who were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also super personable. What a terrific Salon! We will ALWAYS come to CCs because there just isn't any comparable salon. No matter what you imagine for your hair, you won't be disappointed here!

Amazing experience! Went there yesterday for my 1st time, My hair is naturally dark, and I went blonde again, I have to say my stylist Emily Z.,d id a fantastic job! Emily knows her stuff, and is very down to earth. My hair, lol isn't the easiest to work with, due to prior damage, etc.but Emily pulled thru, and did a wonderful job. The salon itself is very relaxing&inviting.felt very comfortable! The owner of the salon was very knowledgeable&informative too! I truly recommend this place.

I wanted to go to a salon where I could get a fresh new look from a stylist that would look at my face shape and recommend something that would be flattering and easy to maintain. The very professional receptionist asked the right questions and recommended I meet with Janna, which I did. Janna gave me a brand new cut and color that I absolutely love. I feel like a new (better) version of myself. Couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend this Salon.

I will not go anywhere else for my hair and nails. Lynn and Missy are my dream come true for beautiful nails and gorgeous hair. I have tried other places in the past and none have provided the expertise and incredible customers service. Everyone should visit this place.

I earlier, had a wonderful color and cut with Cindy but she moved away so I scheduled with Shelly. WOW, she freshened my color and gave me a fantastic cut. This salon makes me feel good. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and I look forward to my appointments: Very relaxing. The stylists take the time to find out what I really wanted and they deliver! I also like the convenient off street parking close by. Simply a great place.

This place is one of my favorite hair salons yet. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. The receptionist gave me a tour of the place telling me about it and all. Lynn gave me my haircut and did an amazing job. She did exactly what I wanted her to do and she explained what she was going to do so I knew. Will be going back for sure and highly recommended!

Thought l found the gem l was looking for but my stylist did what most seem to do after you've been there many times.they get sloppy. I want the hundredth time to be exactly like my first. Don't take me for granted.

Customer service was great, I got a spa Mani pedi. Both services were excellent and they offered a tiny bottle of polish color in case yours gets chipped. My only complaint is that it was really cold in there as the placement of the pedicure chair (which is a massager btw!) is directly under the a/c vent. Otherwise fabulous service and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful salon and people! Unfortunately my two favorite stylists Meagan Sidley and Ashley Zucker moved to a brand new salon called Blushing Beauty in Lakewood so I must follow! But definitely don't have a negative thing to say about CC!

Megan is the only person I will let touch my hair. I've been disappointed and had my hair completely ruined at other salons and was very careful when looking for a new stylist. Megan is absolutely amazing. She is so thorough and makes sure to inform you of the process every step of the way. She is always checking in to make sure that you are still happy with the process. I even used to have my nails done with her and she was meticulous. She does the perfect french manicure! Everyone here is so friendly! I've never had a bad experience.

Megan and Missy are great at what they do! I am now a regular. No attitude, very friendly, and they're flexible when you get off work late. : Love 'em!

I've never had anyone other than my sister cut my hair before so I was a little hesitant of making an appointment at a salon. Finally, my ends got so bad I very desperately called this place because of all the great reviews I read; and they were able to fit me in that night! I had Meagan - I told her exactly what I wanted. First of all, the fact that she has great hair already made me feel confident that this was going to be a great experience.

Second of all, she listened to exactly what I wanted, asked questions, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I could not have walked out of there any happier! I am looking forward to coming back to experiment with some color. I'm hoping I get Meagan again! This salon deserves more than 5 stars - not to mention that even when I walked in and I was greeted, it was excellent customer service: I can't wait to come back!

I had such a hard time finding someone in Cleveland (moved from Columbus) to give me the perfect neutral ombre that I wanted. Meagan did an awesome job and also gave me a great cut. I feel very safe in her hands now!

Lynn did an AMAZING job on my shellac manicure! The time and attention to detail she provided was unexpected but welcomed. So many salons do not take time to make sure every detail of the manicure is perfect, but Lynn certainly did. On impulse, I also had an eyebrow service done. I was again AMAZED at the attention to detail. The shape of the brows is perfect. I highly recommend this salon. I will certainly be going back.

I wanted to treat my daughter and myself to a pedicure but wasn't sure where to go. I read the on-line reviews for CC's and decided to give them a try. I'm glad we did! The pedicure was wonderful and so were the people. We had a great time! Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

Best shellac manicure I have ever had! I have been back several times already and every time the end result is AMAZING! I haven't had to touch my nails since I started going to CC Salon. Lynn & Missy are the BEST! Can't wait to try more services!

I went to CC Salon for an impromptu manicure. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming, it was a blast to talk to them, & they did great work. I got a shellac manicure by Lynn & it is the best one I've ever gotten. It's applied well, she didn't leave a huge gap between my cuticle & the polish like other salons do, & she really took her time to make sure it was perfect. Will definitely return in the future.

CC Salon is tucked away in a little business development in Westlake. Kim was my stylist and she was so nice. I scheduled my impromptu appointment and within minutes she was calling me back to ask if I would come in early for some extra time since I was a first time customer. Great Service even before I entered the Salon. I was greeted upon entrance and within minutes Kim was there to take me back to the chair.

After a consultation about my desires for my coiffure, she went to work. After over a year of terrible hair cuts, it was nice to walk out of the salon happy! I would definitely go back. This cut was worth the money. Everyone at the Salon was kind and pleasant. Thank you Kim for changing up my year of bad hair!

I had the coolest purple hi-lites put in by a stylist named Chelsea. I have long dark hair and her ideas on how to cut and color went beyond what I wanted and ended up being what I needed. I have never had so many compliments on my hair in my life! Go check it out, I will be back.

Was in Cleveland this past weekend for a wedding, and on Friday my friend suggested that she and I take a break from the chaos to get pedicures. Her choice of CC Salon & Spa--though neither she nor I had been there before Friday--was a good one. My first pedicure ever, by the way. I'm in love with the results of my pedicure and the nude-colored OPI polish ("Tickle My France-y" or some similar silly name) I chose.

During portions of my life I've been a gymnast, dancer, runner, weightlifter, and hiker. In other words, my toes/feet/nails have pretty much always taken a beating and have never looked nearly as good as they do now. The pedicure my friend and I received included exfoliation and massaging, but the focus was definitely on the toenails and cuticles.

Every aspect of our pedicure was relaxing and produced nice results. Jenn did our pedicures. She was great and seamlessly switched back and forth between me and my friend while my friend and I sat side by side. We were in the comfortable pedicure chairs for nearly 2 hours, so my guess is that the standard Pedicure at CC Salon & Spa lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. (Also available are the Express Pedicure for $35 and the Spa Pedicure for $55.) The pre-gratuity price of the standard Pedicure is $45 and increases to about $50 after tax is figured in. Sanitation seemed in line with what is required at such an establishment.

The used soaking water was drained in our presence, and I also witnessed the sanitization of the various metal tools that had been in contact with our feet. CC Salon & Spa is located within a business complex of tidy little buildings that resemble houses. There are several free parking lots in the vicinity, but note that some lots are reserved for specific business while other lots contain no parking specifications. I recommend this salon/spa to anyone who has feet in need of some TLC.

I'm a huge fan of CC salon. I've never had a haircut but I have gotten facials, massages and the amazing "fassage", a half hour facial combined with a half hour massage. Mary is a godsend. I started doing crossfit and as a result I can't move my arms or bend over. Mary worked out all my kinks and took her time to ask me where my problem areas are and what I would like worked out. It's an extremely calming place and only all-organic materials are used.

After years of tanning, wearing too much makeup and passing out without washing my face, my age has finally caught up with my skin. It's a mess. I asked for advice and was told to get rid of all the harsh chemicals I was using and stick to a more simple, calmer regiment. It totally worked. I'm in love with my new products and will keep on seeing Mary for advice and great massages!
