It was great to get a pedicure with my youngest daughter. Everyone was really nice and friendly. It was very relaxing and felt great price was reasonable to.

I got a dip powder and the color is very inconsistent. The swatch was supposed to be a deep, glittery purple more like the color at the tip of my thumb but it looks like when she was doing a top coat that it caused the color to become cloudy. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly but I just did not love how my nails turned out.

The nail technician was very Friendly and easy to talk to. The salon was clean and the pricing was fair, I sadly will not return. She nicked four of my fingers. Which took about a week to heal, and I was very unsatisfied with the finished product. Looked like something I could do myself at home. The sides of my fingers were not fully painted.

First off pedicures were nice, secondly the staff is nice but the quality just isn't there. I got a dip done few mistakes were made and they chipped the next day, they fixed of course free of charge what the pictures are of the fix. a complete new dip done 4 days ago as you can see the few nails already peeled off. no I'm not cleaning with bleach bare handed just normal living.

Will I go back probably not but if a basic pedicure is what your looking for this is your spot. Did I reach out for another fix no. maybe dips just aren't there thing. In response to the business response, the quality was awful and for $60 not lasting more than 4 is insane. I have had many dips and never before has this been an issues. I do appreciate you offering another service but I simply do not wish to keep being disappointed thank you.

Purchased a Groupon for this place on a whim! Truly enjoyed my gel mani/pedi with Renee! She was very pleasant and did an amazing job! This place is a hidden gem in Avon! Great customer service, nice atmosphere and great prices!

The pedi was not worth the trip and the time. They had me sit in a regular chair with a bowl of water on the floor. Not comfortable at all. All she did was soak my feet in a giant bowl of soapy water (regular standing water, no circulation) then wiped the water off my feet, filed my toenails then painted them. No scrubbing, no exfoliating, not even lotion!

I went home to dried out cracking feet. While waiting for her to finish the previous customer pedi, I noticed she dumped the used tools into the sink, rinsed them off and towel dried them. No machine sanitizer at all! Then she dumped the water out of the foot bowl that had the used gross water in it, rinsed it with the faucet water, towel dried it and used it for the next person. No spray sanitizer with that either! Not at all worth the price, time and lack of cleanliness. Very disappointing:(

The only pro I can come up with for this establishment is that it is clean. Otherwise, the mani/pedis were subpar, my nails started bubbling after a few hours, chipping and cracking after a couple days and cuticles peeling after a couple days. My group was split up (even though we had specifically scheduled a group mani/pedi days in advance) and we were the only people there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Fast, friendly service. Was able to book a same day pedicure appt. Price was fair for quality of experience. I have been to fancier places and been disappointed with the quality. I will go back to the Nail Clinic.

The technicians (almost) exclusively use OPI products, so customers can expect excellence from the product as well as expertise from the professionals using them. What really earns them 5 stars is the Clinic's stellar customer service. Every customer, old and new, is valued and treated as such.
