A Time To Spa

My daughter and I recently visited A Time to Spa for a Mother's Day treat and she had her first pedicure. Everything about our experience was wonderful and they made my daughter feel so special picking out her polish colors and having a "grown up" spa day! All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We are definitely looking forward to spending another special occasion there soon!

Ashley did an awesome job! I feel physically better all around. Will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Great pedicure with leg /foot massage. Cute atmosphere inside. Very friendly.

Was not greeted when I came in. Was told to wait a moment then was told to follow her for my massage, which by the way she never confirmed who I was or introduced herself. Then when getting my manicure, she was too busy talking to the other customer and flew through my nails leaving them uneven and all chipping the very next day. I will not be returning. Very sad because it is very close to home.

Stay away! Charged us for nothing. They cancelled the appt and charged us $124. Donna would not work with us at all. It's a joke.

Today was my first time in A Time To Spa and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ashley was AMAZING and I will never go anywhere else for a massage. She worked out all the soreness in my upper back. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I love the "feel" of the place as well. The prices are very reasonable. I appreciate all the precautions they are taking due to the current pandemic. I felt very safe there.

I went with my wife for a couples massage. 100 dollars for the both of us. I don't know the names of the people giving the massage but there was one with short hair and one with long blonde hair. My wife had the blonde hair female who was outgoing and friendly and seemed to do a good job with her. The short hair female gave me my massage and she didn't seem friendly.

She was just quiet and didn't seem like she wanted to talk. She just followed what the other one did and I didn't enjoy the massage. The whole time I felt like she didn't want to be there or touch me. When I left it was more of the same with her being quiet and not seeming to care. My wife enjoyed her experience. I didn't.

If you want a perfectly pristine mani or pedi go see Joti! I've been going to her for years and will continue to for years to cone! If you need a massage that is heavenly ask for Ashley! Again have been seeing her for years and she has magic hands! Better yet have all 3 done! The spa is decorated so well and is relaxing and the perfect place to spend a few hours to relax.

Was very disappointed with how they handled my appointment. I had scheduled my sister bachelorette party there. I called multiple times and no one had a clue about my party which made me have to repeat my information multiple times. Then the manager decides to cancel my party 4 days before the appointment and we had to find another massage place. I am very upset how this was handled and would not recommend this place.

My fiance and I both work laborious jobs and rarely get time to ourselves away from work and kids. We had a couples massage. Donna and Ashley worked wonders and it was fantastic. Feel so much better and would highly recommend going here for some much needed relaxation.

Me and my wife had the couples massage and it was fantastic. Just what I needed. Staff was great. Really nice relaxing environment. We will definitely be back.

My partner gifted me a couples mud wrap experience here for my birthday (I had expressed an interest in a mud bath, but he discovered that it's not really a thing in Ohio). The spa was very pretty and clean when we walked in. The desk staff was very nice and they made me a cup of coffee, which I had to chug because the estheticians declared we were ready to go right after I got it.

The treatment room itself was very serene and comfortable, and the team that worked on us was very nice. We enjoyed the mud wraps and accompanying light massages, and we left feeling pampered and refreshed. My only minor complaint was that the location itself is easy to miss, and parking is a bit precarious. But we enjoyed the experience and plan to be back this year!

We have been here in the past and loved it. Haven't been since they changed ownership, until today. The atmosphere is still lovely and the technicians were very nice, but the actual quality of the manicures was disappointing. The nails are not filed straight and there was a ton of nail polish on the cuticles - and we got Shellac. Also, the cuticle line was all over the place. It actually looks terrible.

I've been to A Time To Spa several times and have always been very happy with both the quality of the services and the personalities of the staff. I've had both pedicures and gel manicures and they have been performed well. I have had the relaxation massage a few times, and the massage therapists are skilled and thorough. The staff is very friendly, and I love supporting a local business!

Good mani pedi but not all people get the same treatment and one persons manicure was forgotten about.

I love a Time to Spa. I come here frequently for pedis and massages. About 2 weeks ago, I went in for a facial and it was really nice. Jodi was great. 2 days later my husband and I went for a couples massage. I had Ashley and he had Kaitlyn and both were really good. They have good specials each month too.

Was excited to support a local business so close to my house. My pedicure apt went well and the polish looks great. When I got home I noticed my feet still felt like they needed to be cleaned up some. I called back and voiced my concern how I wanted to see if another filing tool could be used to clean up my feet I felt like they were not cleaned up enough.

I was told I could come back and pay $10 for the callous file. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay to get something fixed that I already paid for. No other offers we made and I stated I would not be returning to this business. Wish things could of ended differently.

I went to A Time to Spa since they changed hands. I have to say, I was not impressed with my pedicure. I doubt if I will return.

Horrible experience.owner walked in the room during a bikini wax without even an apology upon leaving. Pedicure was horrible.multiple layers of old polish that wasn't smooth so they just kept putting on more layers and had to be removed as soon as I got home. Would never return!

Had my first massage and mani/pedi and it was great. They were accommodating to the fact I was pregnant and made me feel great. Can wait to go back.

Per my DAUGHTER who went: No- frills, no- pressure spa. Like that they use Zoya (formaldehyde- free, vegan) nail polish & other products. Waxing is reasonably priced, but they do not do between the cheeks services for a brazillian.
