I had the hydro facial done by Jamie and it was amazing! She is very into her work and comfort of her patients telling me every step she does. I would recommend this cause it really cleansed and refreshed my face.

I absolutely love spa west! They have literally everything to offer and every single staff member is beyond amazing and accommodating! Came in the first time for a facial and had such a positive experience I added a monthly membership. Second visit was for massage and it was fantastic. Shannon took time to listen to my concerns, ask how I was feeling and explain what was going on with my neck and back. Looking forward to many future visits, thanks Spa West!

When you first walk in you are always greeted by a friendly smile while checking in. The facility is always cleaned, and the staff always is there to make sure that all your needs are met. I constantly go in for facials with Gladys and she is absolutely amazing! I always come out feeling relaxed, and refreshed with beautiful skin! I have been once for a pedicure with Marianne and she took the time to make sure that the polish was sitting correctly on my one toe that I bumped and re did more than once. While most people would have just left it. Overall, If you are looking to come in for any service you will not be unsatisfied!

I had the best experience with Jaime! She is so patient and kind with me. She explained everything and I knew exactly what to expect. I've never gotten so many compliments on my skin and I recommend her to everyone!

Spa West truly knows how to put their guests first and give them the full spa experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is impeccable, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and warm, and the quantity of services that they offer are endless. Most recently, I was visiting Spa West on a semi-regular basis to undergo emsculpt treatment. They took before and after pictures, and the results absolutely blew my mind, after JUST 4 treatments. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to Spawest for a few months, and it is the best experience I have had at any spa (and I would frequently go to the top spas of wine country in California). The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful. I am so grateful that I have found this place to have treatments. The facilities are so clean making for such luxurious experience. I will definitely be a lifetime guest.

I had a visit with Paula today at the med spa. She listen very carefully to my needs and help me make the best decision to achieve my goals. I can tend to get a little excited and go for more than I had planned. Paula encourage me to take one step at a time. Which I greatly appreciate. This is my third visit at Spa West, , and it will continue to be my go to place.

The staff are super friendly and communicated extremely well. I had multiple services done and would recommend them to all my friends and family. I loved Spa west so much I even had my ex husband come in for treatments! Now that says a lot!

As someone that has been in customer service for over 25 years I would not chose to come here again. There is nothing relaxing about the experience and when I had issues with my service i was back within 12 hours and they told me it would be fixed. They made several appointments for me (3) and never called to tell me that one by one they would be canceled. each time I drove from the other side of the city as well as finding a baby sitter 3 different times to reschedule my canceled appointments.

If they didn't want to fix the issue or if my appointments were canceled, they should have called me not made me come back 3 different times. It was a waste of my time, money, gas, babysitter pay, and overall life. Thank you Spa west for being one of the most careless companies I have ever spent money in. I would not recommend. I was pleasantly surprised, having heard mixed reviews before my December 23 body massage appointment. Ultra professional in every way, highly accommodating and gracious! In fact, best experience I have ever had! I can't recall my masseuse's name; she is the BEST! I decided to get this as a gift for myself, having received a 10-year anniversary award from my last employer - and it was an award even more meaningful and beneficial for me than some restaurant or shopping gift card would ever be! I retired a month after my anniversary and highly recommend Spa West and their services! Thank you!

OVERPRICED, UNDEWHELMING, AND UNPROFESSIONAL When I was given a $300 gift card from my boss I was ecstatic. I mean, Spa West has always seemed too luxurious for my budget. I've known countless people who have raved about their experience. After looking at packages online I decided on partial highlights $100, basic mani $33 ($10 upcharge for gel) and signature pedi $75 ($10 upcharge for gel).

When I arrived I was so excited to be pampered and have a relaxing spa "experience". The place looked beautiful. I was greeted by Cookie and he checked me in. Very standoffish and I didn't feel welcomed. He asked me to sit in the reception area. I was not offered any beverages. Cookie then returned to reception area and started a conversation with 2 employees considering another guest's bad experience.

I SHOULD HAVE RUN. RED FLAGS. But I stayed. Cookie finished complaining about the situation and then came rolling back to me to take me for highlights. His shirt was visibly dirty as was his dimly lit work station. We picked colors. He gave me a used cape. And I did not need my hair washed as I came in clean and dry. He asked me to hold his foils and hand them to him.

How is this relaxing? Color came out ok. Not disappointed with that service. He then took me back for pedi. Overall a basic pedi. I do a better job at home with my own tools but I was excited about getting my first gel polish pedi. Rinsed hair, wrapped it in towel and then took me back for mani. All the time my hair was dripping down by back. Mani was rushed and application was poor. 3 days later, large chunks of polish were missing from both hands on multiple fingers.

In total I spent $255. I've reached out on their site to ask to speak with someone concerning this 2x. No replies. I've read other reviews and the Spa is not receptive to fixing dissatisfied customers. So I won't waste any energy there. GO TO BRENDA AT RAINBOW ROOM COLOR SALON FOR ANY HAIR NEEDS. SHE'S AMAZING AND HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY CURLS FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

I want to start by saying the staff themselves were very sweet, and the facility was very nice and clean. However, I went for a few treatments of Coolsculpting and Legacy. Dropped A LOT of money, and had absolutely no difference! When they sold me, they told me there would be no doubt that They would be able to help me for my chin that I have concerns about. Followed their instructions and did what was told.

When I went back for my follow up they knew how disappointed. Even tried to convince me that there was a change in my pictures, which there wasn't. I was told that they would send me my pictures and someone would be in contact with me, but no one ever was. Do NOT waste your money on these services.

I have had a couple of treatments will Alli and she is the best! She is highly knowledgeable and I trust her for all my aesthetic needs. If you need a pick-me-up or to feel refreshed, she is amazing!

Beautiful facility. Couples 80 minute massage. 65 minutes at best. No pressure. Felt like a hot oil and towel rub down. Social Distancing was good.

This place is a joke! They try to turn cheap into luxury. Everything there you could get yourself and do better. They upcharge for everything and it is not worth your time and money. Not only did I go there, I worked there for two days and Stephanie was so cheap she wouldn't pay me! 2 days! What is that? $20? If they can't even pay people who worked for them then they are not worth your time! Try a better spa where you can actually get your moneys worth! HA

This is my first time ever writing a negative review because I feel THAT obligated to warn others of my terrible experience here. I came in about a week ago for a gel manicure. My appointment was late afternoon on Thursday and Friday morning around 11am I looked down at my hand and a full fingernail was bare. The entire gel nail came off in one sheet less than 24 hours after the service.

I called in to report this and was told I could either come in to have the ONE nail fixed (not the whole manicure redone) or have 50% off my next gel manicure. I explained that with my work schedule I wouldn't have time to come back in for the nails to be redone and that I also will not be coming back in the future so the 50% offer is not helpful to me.

I asked if I could have a PARTIAL refund and she told me they cannot offer any type of refund because 'their system won't allow refunds'. Sounds like BS to me. Nonetheless, I did not go back in that day to have my one nail fixed and it's a good thing I didn't waste my time because later that same day another full nail came off.

I have never had gels come off so easily before in my life, let alone less that a day later. I have had many gel manicures from many different salons and never any this bad. I even have a gel lamp at home and when I do my own they last at least 2 weeks. Now I am a week out from my service and have 3 nails left between both hands, with the right hand only having one nail left (see attached photo). Biggest waste of $40 dollars.

And shame on them for not trying correct the mistake in an appropriate manner. As a side note, the manicure experience itself also wasn't great. I was at a small table that was almost blocking the salon door so whenever someone came into the salon I felt like I was basically being pushed. Also, the manicurist actually at one point BLEW ON my nails to dry them.

That is unsanitary to say the least and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Safe to say I won't ever be coming back to this spa and don't recommend anyone else does.

Most places that I've gone for massages are places where you go in and out solely for the treatment you've purchased. It's a more clinical experience. Here however you get the true day spa experience just like if you were on vacation. The interior of this space resembles an old monastery complete with a long arched hall and big wall lanterns.

Upon arrival you get a welcome tea and hot towel. We were addressed by name by everyone; in fact the receptionist guessed our names when we arrived. We were led back to the locker room to change into robes and flip flops. We were then led to a private room that basically had a hot tub in it. There were candles around the tub and himalayan salt with chocolate flecks had been added to the bath water.

We got an hour in here to relax. This was perfect before a massage as it warmed you up nicely. Water was provided and wine was offered. From the private hot tub we were taken to a very large couple's massage room. The room had a couch in it and two comfortable heated tables. The massage therapist I had was very good. I just booked a relaxation massage so the pressure was light, but therapist did focus on a few knots in my shoulder.

The experience was definitely relaxing. There were a few nice touches such as an eye mask for when I was lying on my back to block out any light. And the massage included the laying of several hot towels on me - my back at one point and both feet were wrapped towards the end. Afterwards we were allowed to relax for as long as we wanted in a comfortable room with dim lighting, water, snacks and couches.

I can only think of three cons. First, is the size of the locker room. There were just me and two others in the locker room when I was in there and it was very cramped. It was not possible for all three people to change while standing in front of the lockers and the rest of the locker room lacked hooks or benches. Another con would be the lack of a call button or someone checking on us while in the bath. An hour was a bit long to not have the water pitcher refilled and a second round of wine offered. One final con would be the towel placed under the heated blanket during the massage. it was the roughest sheet / towel I've ever had laid on me during a massage.

I had the most amazing signature mani/pedi thanks to Samantha Polo. If you get a chance ask for her. Meticulous and maybe one of the best in a very long time. Thanks again Samantha!

I recently received a gift card for my birthday and scheduled my first facial here. It was done by Helen who was professional and funny and also from West Virginia and just my kind of lady. I got a lot of tips and tricks on how to care for my finicky skin! Nothing like being told after I voiced my skincare routine of leaving my makeup on constantly, "you have nice skin, you should take care of it!" to get my now-in-my-30s-unmotivated-ass taking that seriously.

The facial felt nice and my skin was glowing for days. When I had a hair appointment a few days later, my stylist even noticed my brighter skin. I have sensitive skin and am prone to breaking out in hives randomly. So I was a bit concerned about anything new on my skin. I had zero issues during or after the facial. I will return to see Helen. And I will take care of my skin until I do because she will totally be on my ass if I don't.

Had a facial with Helen today. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is very personal and honestly wants to help you in carrying for your own skin (the right way.) Helen has been doing facials since 1977, she worked for a plastic surgeon, and I could tell she loves what she does. With this kind of expertise I know I got an optimal care from her. In short, request Helen and you will receive the best facial you have ever had.

Amazinggggggg experience! Me and my girls went for a bath therapy and massage day and well let's just say that was the BEST spa experience I have EVER had! The customer service a 10! The cleanliness of the whole spa was a10 and the selection of services offered a 10! We will definitely be back!

I booked a set of Venus Legacy treatments for my face and neck after speaking with the manager, Nicole, and I was told some people fall asleep during as it's like a warm face massage. Well, my technician Ashlee started and it was incredibly painful from the first swipe. All I could hear were zapping sounds like my face was getting constant electrical shocks.

I relayed my discomfort and described the pain and she totally disregarded me and kept going. Since it was my first treatment I thought maybe this was what was supposed to happen. I was told by Nicole the appointments would be 45 minutes. After about 15-20min Ashlee said she was done(which I was very thankful for!). I was told there should be no pain and the redness would disappear after an hour or so.

My face was stinging and sore to the touch like a very bad sunburn. Upon arriving home and looking in my magnifying mirror I realized my entire face was burned. Singed all over but a few deeper burns on cheeks, chin and forehead. My neck was fine - just red. I called and Ashlee had me come back in so she could see it. I went and she looked and said she didn't know why that happened and it would eventually heal.

So I emailed Nicole to cancel my next appointment for the following week as I knew my face would not be healed by then which she did. I then decided I did not want to go through any further treatments and went in to the spa to talk to Nicole. She was "in a meeting and would be in meetings all day". They said she would call me ASAP. This was November 10th.

I have still had no call as of today - the 22nd. So after not getting a call for 7 days, I wrote Nicole another email asking she get in touch with me as I wanted to cancel my future appointments and get a refund for the remaining appointments. Absolutely no response. AND she never cancelled my future appointments as I received a confirmation call the day before my next appointment would have been.

So I am pursuing other avenues to try to resolve. Unfortunate I have to deal with this around the holidays, but I will def make time to attend their cocktail party on Dec. 1st. Maybe I can speak directly with the manager at that time. I have included pictures immediately after and 1 week after. Now, at 2 weeks after, the deeper burn marks are lighter but still visible. I am hoping they will fade and are not permanent scars.

Upon arrival, I was checked in, given a tiny glass (espresso cup) of cinnamon vanilla tea and a warm Scented wash cloth. I did the intensive facial with Priscilla. It was a good facial, but I was pretty disappointed to learn that their light was broken so she couldn't see my skin under it. I felt they should have called and told me that to see if I wanted to reschedule. Otherwise, everything went well. It was very relaxing and quiet.

Spa West is by far the most incredible spa I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is couteous, professional and talented in each of their respected expertise. I am always treated as an individual and enjoy everything they have to offer. They will never disappoint with their services and overall friendly accommodation.
