Fantastic salon for wedding hair & makeup. They did my hair (with veil & headpiece placement) and all my makeup (airbrush & false lashes too). Amy and Nikki are amazing. They really listen to what you want & aim to make your look perfect. Worth every penny! I would definitely recommend their services for any special event. They did a great job on my mother's look as well!

April 2016, I am appalled by the outcome of my "simple" bleach, partial highlights, & the fact that the Owner, Gina was my stylist! I even went back 1 week later, for her to correct my bangs that looked like I had 1/4" of growth right from completion. Originally, I had pointed out highlighting my trouble area by my temple. but after my blow dry she explains how she left my bangs area too, with a "shadow". WHAT, Not my bangs!?! NOW after the second time, I have thick band of bleach blonde bangs that looks so unnatural!
One extreme to the other.& from a seasoned professional, & the owner!? I feel ridiculous! I am also to believe her explanation that, I can't get what I want because my natural hair color is dark and the level of blonde that I want. Um, what?! This is not my first highlight; I'm in my 40's, I've been getting highlights for over 20 years! But this was my first time at Gina's Salon & Spa, because I was given a gift certificate (originally for a massage and a mani / pedi) equaling $117.00 - and low and behold my hair cost was $114.00, then I tipped $25.00.
This was $40 more than I've paid for a partial highlights and trim / cut. I believe to use up the certificate of course! Because I was using "old" money in her salon, that she probably already had spent, therefore, SHE / Gina had to take me as a client! As one can imagine or has experienced, It's never easy to call a stylist for a touch up, especially the owner, but, She didn't want to listen to me, or consult me, and did what she wanted as the "professional" and she dropped the ball! - TWICE!
I should have had the massage and mani / pedi! But I NEVER thought my hair would get this screwed up! & by the Owner! I am embarrassed of my hair and no one else I know likes it either. now I will shamefully call upon my stylist to correct my bangs as I tried using my gift certificate to save money! & I also have to go to work and face the public until then! Thanks a lot!

GREAT STYLIST.GREAT SALON: My hair stylist at this salon is the owner Gina. I cannot say enough positive about her-she is a true professional. Hair coloring and styling is not just a "job" to Gina, it is her passion and she shows it by being excited and enthusiastic about the latest colors, cuts and trends. I view her as an "artist" because of her gift with hair color and style.
She is a perfectionist who goes the extra mile to do the best for her clients. Gina knows what colors and cuts will work and what will not work-and what will look best on individual clients. For that reason I trust her completely to determine the appropriate color, highlights and cut for me. And I am never disappointed and neither is my husband-he is always eager to see the latest from Gina. I must also say a word or two about the salon. The staff is very friendly and professional and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Gina and her salon.

I went to Gina's Salon & Spa and had a Wonderful experience! I went in because my hair had been horribly over-processed (from another salon) and I was told by a friend that Gina was really great and could make my hair healthy again. Gina did my hair and I got incredible results! My hair looks so much healthier now! It has shine and bounce! I hadn't seen it that way in so long, it was so damaged before!
She even taught me how to keep my hair looking healthy and how to blow dry it! She also gave me a personalized hair cut that frames my face and looks so classy and elegant! I love it! I've gotten so many compliments! It's definitely my go-to salon now!

I had a Keratin treatment done at the salon, spent $400 plus a $50 tip. I waited the appropriate time and followed the instructions the stylist gave me. However, when I washed my hair it kinked right up and was worse than before the treatment. When I spoke to the salon owner and stylist both were very rude and condescending. I was told by the stylist she would refund my money minus the amount for the product but I had to wait until the owner was back from vacation to approve the refund.
I received a call a week later saying they will not refund and that they did nothing wrong. I have affidavits from multiple other stylists who all said the same thing, they over processed my hair. My wedding is in 3 days and now have to deal with the damage they have done. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone! The service was horrible, they were very rude, and very unprofessional! Definitely look into another salon. They will take your money and if the end result is not what you were told it would be, they will do nothing to correct the problem!
