Inn Style Salon

I love this salon! All of the gals are friendly and helpful, but Christa especially helped me through a difficult time. She works with the American Cancer Society, and with great compassion, she helped me with losing my hair and finding a wig that I liked. She was so kind. I have gone to InnStyle for years for the great service and reasonable prices, but Christa's help was a huge extra bonus.

Recent update: I went for a haircut today with Christa, and was happy to find that there are two parking spots close to the front door reserved for Inn Style customers. And today, after a big snow, they were neatly plowed out. Thanks, Christa, for always looking out for your customers!

I had my first haircut here with Lynn. She is very professional and kind, and the hair was done in a quick and enjoyable manner. She did a great job! This place also made me feel safe during the pandemic. Recommend!

I've been going to Inn Style Salon for years and I think they do excellent hair cuts at a fair price. They provide friendly, prompt service, good communication, and great skills. I saw Christa during COVID and she took all the right precautions - and asked that I did as well.

Christa has been cutting my hair for about a year and a half now, and I've been extremely happy with my haircuts and the service I get. She does a great job every time and is an enjoyable person to talk with during the haircuts. She is professional, personable, considerate and runs a great business. She is always on schedule and I don't have to wait when I get there. I highly recommend her and the business.

Christa is amazing! I have bangs and my hairstyle has been butchered by several past bad haircuts. When I came into Inn Style Salon, Christa spent a lot of time working to fix my fringe and it looks great! She is very experienced and provides a lot of great advice on hair maintenance and hair styles. The Inn Style Salon is very clean and very careful in regards to COVID precautions. After my experiences there, I will definitely be coming back.

Christa has been cutting my curly hair for years and always does a great job! I don't like to have to do a lot to my hair other than wash and brush it and she has found a cut that works really well for me and always looks great! She and her staff are taking appropriate precautions with Covid, but going there was still relaxing and fun.

I went here for the first time a couple days ago and was SO pleased! Christa got me in right away when I called, when no other salon could! She was very kind and did a wonderful job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted, and I absolutely love it! I would also like to give a huge thank you to Betty! I opted out of having my hair blow dried/styled because I didn't want to pay the extra fee, but as I was waiting for my ride, Betty had a few extra minutes and insisted on drying my hair for me!

She was soo incredibly kind and really took her time to fully dry my hair, and even put a few different products on it that she recommended for my dry ends! After, I tried to give her a tip as a "thank you" and she refused to take it. She said the money is not why she does it and she put her hand on my shoulder and said, "Life is not about what you get, it's about what you give away!" That touched my heart SO much. I am still smiling! :) Thank you so much Christa and Betty! :)

I was visiting and made an appointment for a wash and blow out. I could not have been happier! Betty gave me an amazing shampoo/ scalp massage. Her blow out rivaled my regular stylist in LA. And, you couldn't find a nicer person with whom to spend an hour. I will definitely call Betty when I'm back in Ann Arbor!

Christa was recommended to me by a friend several years ago, after I had a series of disastrous hair cuts. She listens, and she knows curly/wavy hair. I have been with her since!

Inn Style Salon is a warm and cozy little place on the northside of Ann Arbor located in the Holiday Inn Hotel off Plymouth Road. I'm pleased to provide a positive review after visiting the salon for the very first time (as a last minute appointment too). My hair was colored, cut, and styled by Betty and it looks FABULOUS (if I don't say so myself)! Betty was friendly, kind, courteous and professional. She's an experienced and knowledgeable hair stylist.

This is a small neighborhood business that clearly cares about providing quality customer service. I've already booked my next appointment because I'm definitely coming back!

Christa, the owner, is simply the best. Having gone to her since this salon opened when my previous stylist left her job, I feel like not only is she really concerned about getting my hair "just right" but she is a kind and caring friend. She's not your ordinary stylist! I was recently hospitalized and she called to check and see if I needed anything!

Amazing lady. Not only is she an excellent stylist.she's an excellent person as well. The salon is VERY clean and comfortable and I love the decorating. It's a mini-vacation every time I get my hair done. Personally I like that it is smaller and not a huge "hair mill". I don't want my hair done in a barn. I would say to anyone going to any salon, communicate.if you are in a hurry, say so, etc. Be specific about your wants and needs. I think that it could improve your experience. I love Inn Style Salon!

I was looking for a place to donate my hair and Inn style advertised a free cut to anyone who could donate more than 10. I normally have a hard time relating to stylists and feel like they are forcing me into conversations about their kids. I rarely return to the same salon twice. However Christa, the owner was funny, friendly, personable and best of all professional! She did a great job on my hair! I will for sure return for my next cut as a happily paying customer!

I wanted to donate my hair to Locks of Love and went here because they offer free haircuts to those willing and able to chop off 10 inches for charity. They were really nice and gave me a cute new haircut that I can't wait to grow out and donate again :

Their website has advertised manicures as an available service for months when they don't actually have a nail technician.

Moved to Ann Arbor about 8 months ago and wasn't able to find a good salon. I found only one good salon in downtown but a bit expensive. These guys are great and reasonably priced. Also they do 50% off for new clients. Not sure if these guys are new but they provide good service.
