First time here as I received the gift certificate. The masseuse knew what she was doing and targeted areas in need of attention. In making the appointment, they are very accommodating with times and needs. They weren't able to locate my gift certificate in their system, so I had to branish the actual certificate as somehow it didn't get entered. There wasn't a hard sale on purchasing their products afterwards as well as trying to get you to sign up for your next visit, which I appreciate. A follow up call at a later time works much better.

Payed 41 dollars for a face frame that was horrible and didn't even get my hair washed. Never again!

Over the past couple years I've been coming in and getting massages usually while I have been pregnant and you guys give excellent service, it's very calling, and comfortable at your business and I've never had a single complaint towards this place. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to relax and kind of get a little bit of a stress relief here. I again will be making an appointment soon with them and being that I'm 14 weeks pregnant Its much needed. Can't wait :

The staff and owner have fun personalities that are super easy to get along with, and the services I received (a facial and a hot stone massage) were both amazing. On top of that, both of the ladies who performed my services were open and sharing about tips to avoid issues down the road. Will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend their spa services--it was fantastic experience as a reasonable price. :)

Elise is a great stylist. She does wonders with my curly hair! I highly recommend her.

My first visit was not a great one the girl who cut my hair initially booth was really dark and I dont know how she could see to cut my hair. She also did not give me what I wanted. I called a few days later hoping to get it fixed by someone else because I wasn't happy and they did at no cost. I will be back for the second girl again. As far as the facility it's quite nice and they offer a lot of services at a reasonable price.

Did an amazing job with my daughters hair. The woman was 20 minutes late for our appointment though and then didn't finish my daughters hair before her next appointment came in. So, she started working on the other woman's hair in tandem with working on my daughters and it turned into almost 6 hours of being there for a cut and color when I was told it should only take 2-3 hours.

Do not be surprised to arrive to a locked door. Patrone's follows the Michigan covid guidelines. I was greeted with masked smiles and friendly hellos. Was accompanied to and from my pedicure station. Everything about my pedicure was enjoyable, conversation, entire pedicure & my toes look lovely. I would recommend calling & booking your appointment.

Elise does an amazing job with my mom's pedicure and pays attention to areas of concern and makes sure we know so we can get the medical care needed. She does beautiful work and cares for her clients.

One of the best things about this salon is their willingness to work around both scheldues and budgets. The stylist are focused on making sure their clients have a good time, and can manage / afford their time here. 5/5 stars, for the great service and wonderful talents.

Got to my appointment at 1:30, they said she was still finishing up the person ahead of me and would help me shortly. They did not even get me into the shoe chair until an hour later when they knew I had to be on time for prom and still finish getting ready. Then they sat me in the chair and the hairstylist said she was just going to get a drink. I sat in the chair for 15-30 minutes doing nothing and becoming more late.

When she started doing my hair she restarted many times knowing I needed to be down by 3:15 at the latest. We didn't leave until 4oclock. The hair looked good but it completely messed up our schedule and made me late for the rest of my day.

I had a great experience for my first visit to patrone. Knowledgable staff that makes you feel comfortable. I was going in for a much needed hair cut/color and I wanted a fun change. Misty consulted with me on what would work best for my face shape and color tones. I left a very happy woman!

Took my wedding party here to get manicures and pedicures. There was 5 of us total. It took 3x as long as they told us over the phone. The lady doing my nails kept repeating how my cuticles were so bad and my nails were too little. Didn't appreciate the commentary as I was already stressed out the day before my wedding. The final result of my manicure was awful.

The pedicure was ok. After leaving and all of us looking at our nails, there was not one of us happy with the outcome. I got a French manicure with a full set. My tips were painted on and they were crooked. I felt like crying bc it was for my wedding day and wanted them to look perfect. The worse problem was that the day of my wedding a nail broke during my reception. Who's nails break a day after getting them done?!

Totally embarrassing for the bride to be walking around with one broken nail. Needless to say we dropped a lot of money at this salon and the work was not quality. I would not recommend getting you nails done here.

OMG Have I ever said that I LOVE MY HAIR STYLIST! I went in to Patrone's Day Spa today with the knowledge that I had to cut my hair short because it is so damaged from my RED stage last year. I was super scared but showed Master Stylist Misty Bliven some pictures of styles I wanted, she gave me great advice on what would and wouldn't work with my hair and the shape of my face and we went for it! 30 minutes later I exited with the most amazing Angled Bob cut, styled and ready to show the world! https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/665292_10151274245266163_2112050456_o.jpg I cannot express how happy I am with the results!
