Much like if you were looking for a heart transplant you would not consider going to a Dermatologist. If you want a full head of natural looking undetectable hair extensions that are applied precisely to match your existing hair and last between 3 and 4 months, this system is possibly for you. As a rule we only service one client a day and have only a certain number of client openings available at this time.

Lori Ruzek is the owner and Master Extensionist at the Hair Extension Institute. She has been a licensed Cosmologist for over 30 years and currently holds her master cosmetology license in Georgia and has also maintained a Master Cosmetologist license in both California & Florida. Growing up in the beauty field as the daughter of a well-known designer and product developer in the salon industry, she attended her first hair show as a young girl.

Please understand that our intention here is not to bash other systems or stylists just to assist you in getting a non-damaging value for you. At the Hair Extension Institute/Studio we have specialized in this one method of application since 1989.
We take before pictures with each client so that we can see the natural hair we start with. After applying the Pre & Post Treatment and shampooing its necessary to dry the hair completely before the application. This is the first of many completed rows of extensions for Suzanne. It's amazing how these attachments can be worn (upon completion) in a ponytail or even in an up-do without anyone knowing you have extensions. After the application is completed it is necessary to blend the lengths by cutting the hair.
No one ever believes me when I tell them I have extensions. I have even gone into other salons to get a quick bang trim and when I tell them I have extensions the stylists don't believe me until I show them. That's just how good she is at her craft! I have been getting my hair done by Lori for over 5 years now.
