I get weekly deals via text from them. Have booked 1-2 appointments over the years via this text. Last week I booked highlights and glaze for my daughter. Got confirmation back with pricing, stylist name etc. I confirmed AGAIN before I went today. Showed up and was told no appointment existed. The person the appointment was with "Cathie" wouldn't even come to front to talk to me.

The front receptionist said they might have been "hacked or something". We left after driving 35+ minutes with no resolution and an unhappy daughter. Below are screen shots- I bet every business wishes they have a "hacker" who helps schedule business. :

I went in for a Balayage with Ari. I'd met woman that worked there and had a Balayage that looked great. Ari took over 6 hours to do my hair. I know a Balayage can take 3, but 6?! Ok, 6 hours later my hair will look fabulous right? Wrong, my hair was so fried! It looked like a dumpster fire. Also, the Balayage looked like I'd had my hair fried almost blond, not fried to a Balayage.

During the next few weeks and by the end of the each day my hair would look like a frizzy matted mess. I ended up having 6 inches cut off so that my hair would look healthy. But hold on, the stylist, Ari, told me they could fix it by giving me a $350 conditioning treatment to help smooth it out. Furthermore, there were also services that were done that I had no idea would cost more.

But upon check out found I was paying $45 for her to style my hair. Also, Ari, told me all about her personal life, which I won't get into because I don't want to embarrass her. However, it was really inappropriate, unprofessional and frankly made me a little uncomfortable. When going to a salon I'm going to relax, not to work as my stylists therapist.

She moved so slow and her face showed no emotion which added it's own level of discomfort. As for one of the receptionists, Millie. Her phone demeanor is terrible. She sounds bored and bothered to have a conversation. She also makes assumptions and does not listen well. While talking to her, she will assume what your next words are, then interrupt or get forceful with her message.

In person she starts off cold, judgmental, and like you're a bother. But, usually warms up after a while. However, when I'm paying the amount of money that I'm paying, I don't see why I can't receive friendly welcoming service. I'll try them a couple of more times for the spa side. One of the other receptionists is very helpful. Millie is new, maybe some instruction and guidance from leadership will help her out.

She definitely doesn't go above and beyond, nor treat others the way she would want to be treated. More or less acts like she's above you and that your eating into her valuable time. that she's supposed to be using assisting you, the customer.

Fabulous experience at Salon Greco! It is an absolutely beautiful salon! The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, bright and inviting. The entire staff is incredible, friendly, and truly makes you feel at ease. Cathy & Olga, the owners, are tremendously talented. You can see it not only in their work, and the conversations/trust they have with their clients, but also you can see their skills and knowledge being passed down to the next generation of stylists, as they teach their staff. This salon is like no other and truly offers a unique, and worthwhile experience. Would highly recommend!

Ari did an excellent job at correcting a bad balayage from a previous salon. She managed to lift my hair to the perfect color to compliment my skin tone. She also used products and techniques that made my hair feel softer and healthier even after the chemical treatment. The salon atmosphere is very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable in comparison to other salons. Everyone did a great job and made me laugh the whole time! Not to mention how affordable it was with great results! Ask for Ari if you want a perfect balayage!

I had an appointment set up a few days in advance but when I came in, I was very disappointed to be given no regard besides from the very nice receptionist. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes without ever being addressed by my stylist or other staff. Apparently the salon was busy doing services for a promotion with the Suwanee magazine and that promo took priority over serving a costumer who had an appointment.

They could have at least called and asked to reschedule with me rather than waste my time and ignore me. The owner was there and didn't bother to address that I had been waiting or was even there. It was too expensive of a haircut for me to feel that disregarded and so I left after 40 minutes.

Still loving loving loving my hair by Olga every time I visit! I gave her some photos of ideas I had and she took my ideas and turned them into hair art.

Worst haircut I've gotten - much shorter than I specifically mentioned. I asked for face framing layers and the lady didn't even know what face framing layers were. don't waste your money here. This is an overpriced salon that has no idea how to cater to the younger crowd. Go to a better place.

I have to say this salon gives a brand new customer like myself a whole different experience compared to a mediocre salon. I walked in, noticed there's a separate spa & salon area which I found interesting. Waited for about maybe 10 mins before I was seen. The owners are very nice people I must say, and I found out they are a family owned business which I fully support. Anyhow, I really liked the owner Cathy who did my hair.

She was excellent and very upfront with what she thought would look good on my hair. I absolutely love my color and cut and style and I will be back! Great location too, not too far from the highways etc. thanks team for a job well done.

Professional & friendly! I'm glad I discovered this place in Suwanee. I got their lunch time hair color and cut (in an hour) and love my hair. It looks healthy, it's shinny & my cut is sassy! The staff is very knowledgeable, experienced but supper friendly. I even got a hand massage while my color was processing by one of their massage people. I'm going back to try their spa, which looks amazingly relaxing. Thank you for the pampering!

I recently moved to Suwanee and was dreading getting my hair colored by someone new. However, after reading such good reviews about Salon Greco on Next Door, I made an appointment with Cathie on a Sunday at noon. First of all--Sunday? I love that! Secondly, Cathie (the owner) was GREAT! She took the time to really talk to me about how I wanted my hair to look and feel, how it would look with my complexion and face shape, etc.

I walked in with blonde/brassy hair that was fried and felt like cotton candy. It was terrible. Cathie not only added beautiful highlights and lowlights to my hair to make it look pretty and more natural, she gave me a great cut and did a SOS conditioning treatment on my hair as well. I walked out with beautiful, natural-looking blonde hair that is soft and silky! I'm so happy I went to Salon Greco. I will definitely be going back!

I started coming here a little over a month ago and I have loved the results of both my hair appointments since then. I highly recommend going to see Amanda, she is incredibly attentive and highly skilled at coloring hair! I am very impressed as she was able to get my dark hair to a bright red! I just went back to go a little bit darker as well as receive a hair conditioning treatment. I absolutely love my hair!

Walked in for a quick haircut. My husband and I didn't have an appt and they were able to see us quick. Everyone was really nice. I wanted a stacked bob with a bit of bangs. Amanda did an awesome job. She also cut my husbands hair and I loved it! Thank you Amanda! Over the last couple of months Ive visited and Greta was my massage therapist. I woke up on 2 different occasions with shoulder and leg pain. Salon Greco was able to book a same day appointment. When I visited I couldn't move my shoulder or hardly walk on my leg. Greta paid close attention to my needs and did an amazing job. I left feeling like a new person. In addition to the massage she gave me tips on exercises to prevent the pain and nutrition ideas. Go see Greta.

I don't go to this place often as I have naturally curly hair and I prefer to visit a natural curly hair specialist when I go to a salon. Their prices are very fair if you're booking a blowout/ style. They're quick and always accommodating.

Let me start by saying, I don't like having to leave bad reviews for people. This is my last resort. We were very excited for the appointment to have my 14 yr old all "dolled up" for her first homecoming. They had a special for $95 that included hair and makeup. When I called to make the appt, I told them my daughter wanted her hair UP, they said no problem.

We got there and were told the special didn't until an updo. At that point I said I would pay any extra for the updo. We were told "ok". Then they come back and tell us they don't know how to do they type of updo she wanted. Finally my daughter said fine, she would just let them do her hair down, the way that was included. The lady did a braid on each side and pulled pieces back into a braided bun in the back, leaving the rest down and curled those pieces.

We knew we would have to go home and tweek it to be satisfied. Fine, we moved on to makeup. All she wanted was some eye makeup, no foundation or heavy stuff. Two hours later, we finally left and were completely unsatisfied. But at that point we just had to hurry because we only had 1 hour until homecoming. We live 10 min away. By the time we got home, the bun had completely fallen out.

We ended up having to redo her hair and just put it in a pony tail and curled it. While we were taking pics, I noticed a red mark on my daughter's ear. I asked her what it was and she told me the lady BURNED her while curling her hair! The following week, I called the salon to tell them about the whole experience and how unhappy we were. I was told the owners were out of town but they would get back to me soon.

It has been weeks and I still haven't heard from them. I waited to make my review, in hopes that they would make the situation right, but no such luck. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone! Horrible experience, and horrible customer service.

I had the chance to try the Greco Facial and a Swedish Massage. To say I experienced the epitome of relaxation would almost be an understatement. The environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing and perfect for a little "me time." The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the spa itself offered an impressive line of high-end beauty products. My skin was glowing and instantly felt smoother after my facial and I haven't been as relaxed as I was after my massage since before having children. I highly recommend Salon Greco for Spa and Salon needs. I did receive complimentary services in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

At salon Greco you can expect superior results! They really care about the health of your hair. I went to them after having my hair patchy and bleached out at another salons attempt to do a balayage highlight. Cathy did a color blend, and a protein bond treatment on my hair. She also put a darker color on the bottom for the highlights to lay on giving my hair more demention. I also got a keretin express treatment from Ferrera. She did an excellent job. I am so happy with the results!

Disappointed. Hair Cuttery quality with salon prices. I asked for a bob with the hair underneath slightly shorter and I got the exact opposite. My hair is longer underneath and longer in the back. There is nothing more frustrating than knowing you're going to have to pay to have your hair fixed somewhere else.

Cathie and her dream team saved my hair - they literally work magic! I think the pictures speak for themselves. Listen, my hair. it's always been a problem. It's thick, coarse, wavy, and frizz-prone. Put on top of that the fact that it was totally fried from a bleach job from another respected, high-end salon (I paid almost $300 for this other salon to ruin my hair).

Not only did my hair look like a literal rat's nest, but I thought I was going to have to shave my head, so I avoided going to a salon again because I didn't want that or for anyone to make it look worse than it already did. I took a chance with Salon Greco after visiting their website and reading their reviews on their Facebook page. I was ready for a change! Christina, my stylist, gave me a beautiful, fresh color and sleek cut.

I so respect her for being so kind and not making any snide comments about how thick and damaged my hair was, and doing such a beautiful job with it. I felt like a million bucks and didn't think my hair could get any more beautiful. Until. Cathie, the owner, came over to talk to me. She said she saw that my hair was hard to tame, that it was thick and unruly.

She recommended a treatment called 'Frizz Out, Body In' for my hair, which is all-organic and lasts for seven months. After discussing the treatment with her, I agreed that it was something that I needed. You guys, my hair is like SILK now. No joke. It doesn't feel like my hair, look like my hair, act like my hair. I mean, really, I thought I was dreaming.

I have dream hair now. Look at the pictures! The texture has completely changed to silky, tamed, GORGEOUS celebrity hair. My friends keep telling me that I have Kardashian hair! :) My hair has transformed into hair I finally love. I HIGHLY, highly recommend the Frizz Out, Body In treatment to anyone who is in the same boat I was in. My life is so much easier now.

It styles so easily and dries quickly. It looks healthy! Cathie and her team understand the science/chemistry of hair and color - and they definitely make it a point to educate the clients (I really appreciate this part!). Everyone at the salon is also extremely nice and accommodating. I love coming in there. I won't ever trust another salon with my hair. This place is the real deal!

I'm looking for the stylist Blair that worked there. I think I saw her in Jan/Feb. When it was time for my return appointment, she wasn't there anymore and they wouldn't tell me where she went. I've only been there twice, both with groupons for services. I would only go back to see Blair. Would love to know where she is now if anyone knows. I didn't get her last name.
