I asked if they do setting perms when a guy picked up, and he hung up on me. What on earth.

AWESOME! I absolutely love this salon and cannot say enough about Pierce. Pierce listens to what I want and does great work. The atmosphere of the studio is friendly, laid back everyone is super sweet and will do/get you anything. You feel truly pampered and leave feeling BEAUTIFUL.

It was time for a new look so I took a chance on a new stylist at Haute Heads. I had been here years ago but my stylist then had retired. I must say that my new experience exceeded my expectations! I got to meet stylist Martini Rossie who will now be my stylist for life. She sat down with me at the beginning of my appointment and took the time to get to know me and REALLY listened to what I wanted for my hair.

She took care to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my cut and color. That is something that I have not had with previous stylists and it was appreciated. I am so glad that I made this appointment and I recommend Martini for anyone looking for a trendy, current look with a person that cares and at such a beautiful salon. The staff and ambiance are warm and welcoming!

I am a breast cancer survivor and have been searching for someone to deal with my post chemo hair. Jestin was amazing! I wanted to do a pixie cut after struggling to try and grow it out. I had so much fun with Jestin. He listened to me and what I wanted. He gave me a beautiful haircut and taught me a few things about my "new" hair and how to take care of and style it! I have been going to the same stylist for about ten years. Then I found Haute Heads -- Every time I need a haircut, color, or blowout, it is perfect. I am very picky about my hair and every product they use is top notch. They not only do they give great (and honest) recommendations, the prices are very reasonable for their services and products.

Andria is amazing amazing amazing! Been going to her for 9 years and never had a bad experience. She knows how to color the most difficult of hair and keep it healthy. I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. Everyone there is super nice, great hospitality!

Have seen Pam there for a year. Recent experience showed a lack of attentiveness and common courtesy. When I left my former stylist after 10 plus years because she had no interest in my time and spending an afternoon to get a cut and style was ridiculous which Pam agreed with however when I was her first appointment on Halloween on my way to an out of town wedding my appointment took almost 3 hours as she was more interested in taking pictures and chatting with other stylists then getting me on the road.

My impression is she has no people skills therefore I won't be going back. The only shining star there is Joe who has always been friendly and helpful but who doesn't do hair full-time yet. So beware don't let Pam do your hair. There are other salons in the area with a much higher customer rating.

I'm sorry I have to write this review, because the person who cut my hair, Pierce, is a really sweet person. but my haircut turned out awful, one of the worst in my life. I have long, thick hair and asked for layers. I ended up with very choppy layers that don't blend (you know, the 2-tier cake look). I'm even considering cutting half my hair off to make it look more even. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
