Pigalle Salon & Medical Spa

Nice salon, very clean and everyone was really nice. I was getting lash extensions by Marissa. I absolutely loved her work and would've continued seeing her. I'm not really sure what happened. I had been going to her for at least 6 months. I had an appointment scheduled a day before leaving for vacation. Unfortunately she became I'll so the receptionist called to cancel it.

Once I got back in town I called to make another appointment to make up for the one that was canceled and there were no openings. I waited a week and then called again. This time I had to leave a message on the answering machine. Marissa called me back and asked when I wanted to come in. I asked if I could come in after 5 on Thursday. She said let me see if I can move a client up, I'll give you a call back.

That call back never came. Desperate to still have my lashes filled in because it had been three weeks now and I was headed back out of town that Friday, I called back at least three more time. Never got an answer or a call back. Considering she canceled my initial appointment I would've thought she would've reached out to me to reschedule.

That didn't happen. I'm not a customer who complains and I always tip 20% or more. Again I'm not sure why I was dropped as a customer so if you don't mind this happening to you, feel free to make an appointment. As for me, I'm going to take my $125 every two weeks to a place with better customer service.

Hands down best Salon I've ever been to. Marisa was the one who helped me, and was incredible. I heard she was very professional and experienced from a friend and thus was definitely true. The salon was a very clean and welcoming place, which I really loved and appreciated. I felt that what I wanted was definitely completed. Amazing environment and staff, will definitely be coming back for future visits. Also the respectful lady who I believes name was Erena, who specialized in the microblading, was super kind and helpful.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I had a great facial from Megan. Super friendly, professional. Would definitely recommend her. Very clean and professional business.

This is the most professional salon I've been at! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Clean and inviting. OH and Irina is hands down the BEST lash doctor, stylist and permanent makeup artist who gave me LIFE BACK! I LOVE THIS SALON AND YOU WILL TOO

My hair was damaged by me doing my own color during COVID-19 Thanks BUT Drita brought it back I had 3 different colors of blonde going on. She worked her magic Thanks soooo much Drita! Highly recommend Pigalle they know their hair!

I had a fantastic mani-pedi with Goldie today. Masks were required, and the salon was very on top of things with the pandemic. I had to call when i arrived, they are appt only right now, they took my temp, and everything was so clean. All employees had masks on. Goldie did some magic on my feet and hands, i felt very pampered and my nails look gorgeous. A bit pricier than your low end nail salons, but you get what you pay for. Ill be back!

For starters, I wanted microblading done and I searched tons of places and read all the reviews through and through. I debated microblading for MONTHS because I was so scared of not liking it or it not turning out good. Choosing this place was such a good decision. The staff was very friendly and the place was organized and extremely clean. Secondly, the woman who did my eyebrows (Marjan) was AMAZING.

I could not have asked for a better person to trust my eyebrows with. She did not make me feel rushed, she took her time, took into account every little detail, and made me feel sooo comfortable. She would not let me leave until I was happy. Not to mention she was so friendly and very easy to talk to. I could tell that Marjan was very knowledgeable and experienced with what she was doing. Lastly, because of her I went from having thin blonde eyebrows that I had to fill in daily to never having to touch them again. They look phenomenal and my confidence has gone up so much. I can not thank her enough for the awesome job she did. Love her and Pigalle!

I got my eyebrows micro blades here a couple years ago after doing a ton of research. The salon itself is very nice, clean, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. However, I wish I would've done better research as their prices were at least double, if not triple other places. I believe it was about $600. I am not happy with the results I received.

They were extremely thick and each eyebrow is a different shape. The strokes were very long and go considerably past my real eyebrows. I tried to take some of it off immediately after because of how thick it was, and it worked a little. When they healed they were very intense, dark, and boxy. The ends do not taper like normal eyebrows. The strokes are not neat and are very thick.

It doesn't look like other Microblading I have seen. They also originally faded within 2 months and I needed a touch up. I have been trying to fade them with glycolic acid so I can get them redone by someone else.

The groupon for the mani pedi makes for an affordable appt, but I think you get what you pay for. My manicure started chipping the next day, and my nail beds were sore from my manicurist being a bit too aggressive on my nail bed. She was sweet so I have nothing but good things to say about her, but the quality of the manicure wasn't great.

Had a great mani pedi here and will go back in 2 weeks! Clean, friendly, elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Great nail technicians!

I found this salon on Groupon and my experience was worth more than what I payed for. I got a great deal with a great Skin Specialist named Marjan, she put all her energy into doing exactly what she knew would help my skin! She informed me detail by detail about everything she was doing to my skin and how it would leave great results. My breakouts and hyperpigmentation cleared up so fast! She hooked me up with more discounts on procedures and products as well. My skin and I absolutely love coming here to see her, I HIGHLY recommend scheduling with Marjan!

I have been going to this salon for about 6 years and I love everyone there. The staff are always so polite and the salon is always very clean. I recently had my lashes and eyebrows done by Marjan and she is simple AMAZING! She is so professional and so passionate about making everyone feel like a million bucks when they leave. It shows in her work as I am frequently stopped and asked about my lashes and my eyebrows. Thank you Marjan, YOU ROCK!

Just tried new Elos technology lazer a few weeks ago, love it! Amazing results! Aesthetician Marina was great! Bought four sessions, going back in January! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend anyone to visit Pigalle Salon & Spa. The salon is very well kept and staff is very friendly and professional. Specifically, Marjan always does an AMAZING job on my eyelash extensions. She is extremely professional and makes the client feel relaxed and very comfortable.

I drive quite a distance for Pigalle, but I find that Marjon is one of the most knowledgeable and talented facial treatment people I know! I had her do the permanent eye liner and she is very meticulous about the treatment. I also just recently had a facial with her and it was great. My skin feels wonderful and my eye liner is such a time saver! The whole salon is very nice inside and appears to be very clean and sanitary.

My friend had Eyebrow Microblading done by Irina. I was blown away at Irina's skill and expertise. I was so impressed with her work I had to schedule an appointment for myself (of course!). Irina is a true artist! I love my brows. The shape and color are perfect. They look so natural and blend perfectly with the natural hairs I do have. No one would ever know most of those hairs are actually strokes of permanent makeup.

I can't wait to come back for my follow-up appointment. Not only does she do amazing work, she is a wonderful person and such a joy to get to know. Microblading can be a a lengthy appointment, Irina makes it fun and relaxing. She's professional and a style guru! Go see her!

I have been a customer for over ten years. Very nice salon! It is very clean and modern looking. Staff is kind, friendly and professional. I have done many different procedures there and never had a bad experience! Facial, microabrasion, hair, nails, laser, permanent makeup.you name it I was always pleased and happy! I would greatly recommend Marina!

Very knowledgeable, caring and experienced. She always makes you feel very comfortable and answers all your questions about treatment and skin products. You should see her doing permanent makeup! Amazing job! She is an artist! I just love her working on my face! Always feel rested and fresh faced when I walk out. BTW they have great face and hair products there!

Marjan is amazing, she takes her time with you and doesn't just tell you to do things just to get money. She will straight up tell you, no you do not need this for what reason and I recommend this because of XYZ and educate you. She will go above and beyond to make sure you understand and are comfortable even if you have a medical condition. I love her dedication! My skin has improved tremendously and is flawless thanks to her! She's also amazing at lashes and permanent makeup!

Pigalle salon and spa is a one stop shopping when it comes to hair, make up, nails, skin treatments, permanent make-up and many other skin and body treatments. I've been here several times and have done Microdermabrasion as well as microblading. The staff is extremely nice and experienced in the services they provide. It's well worth the trip for me (I live about 40 mins away). I already have another appointment set up in December.

I bought a Groupon for Pigalle as it is in my neighborhood. I purchased 3 micro-dermabrasions. I have had many of them over the past 10 years but not here before. This was the best experience. The micro-dermabrasion was fine as expected. but the spa-like touches I received before and after pushed it over the top in my book: Hot/cool towels, variety of skin treatments before and after the treatment, and Ka, the esthetician were all lovely.

I had my eyebrows microbladed and I couldn't not be more happy with the results. Marjan is truly and artist and takes her time to make sure you are happy with the results. Highly recommend!

The service is wonderful.the MANAGER not so much. Very unprofessional. My husband surprised me with a surprise spa day as a birthday gift. I received a Facial, Back detox and Manicure and Pedicure. Both women were professional courteous and attentive. I returned a few days later to purchase and item I saw during my visit and as they were looking for it I saw a trail size kit of some product they had in there "Goody Basket"so I asked Ivan(found out he was the Manager) could I have one since I missed them the other day.

He starts fumbling around then wrote something about ME(THE CUSTOMER)to the Receptionist then proceeded to make up an excuse of why he couldn't just GIVE ME the sample even though my husband purchased quite a few services. Threw the sample back in the drawer and walked off. Thank you for your awesome crew. Maybe they can take a collection to send your Manager to a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS.Im sure your patrons have received numerous samples so to make me feel like I bad to beg. No thank you

This little hidden gem has been here at least 10 years they told me. It offers so many different services. The staff I encountered were super friendly and welcoming. I called in the morning needing a quick blow out. They found me an appointment this same afternoon and I couldn't be more pleased. Grace is so sweet. She was very attentive and constantly checked in to be sure we were on the same page. She always asked before she did anything to my hair. I'll be returning here in the future!

I would like to say that this is the very best place I've come to. I am very happy and will return to this place. My results are unreal and the girls name who I will always go back to is Marjan. She has miracle hands. I did all kinds of things for my face. Very happy with everything. She's one of a kind! Go see her!

I have been going to this salon for about 2 and a half years now to get my hair cut. I ALWAYS get my hair done by Simon. He sis nice, fast and clean. He does what I want, and even makes suggestions but doesn't push for me to do it if I don't want to. He cuts and styles nice. If you go there, I would ALWAYS get Simon. He has also been doing my boyfriend's hair for even longer than mine.

He even coloured his hair tastefully. He actually suggested him because I never really liked what my mom's stylist did to my hair. *update* Simon moved to Tarro beauty salon* As for eyebrows, I would suggest Irena. She does them fast and clean cut. I have had others do my eyebrows but if I can pick it would be her. I haven't tried other services there but I am hoping to soon.

The best eyelash extensions! Lana is simply the best. Perfection. So worth the time & $$.

I used a $29 Groupon deal for Pigalle yesterday. It included a haircut and conditioning treatment. I really have never had such a wonderful salon experience before. Tetyana was my stylist and she patiently discussed with me about what style I would like. I have always wanted a specific and difficult cut and have never found a stylist to do exactly what I would like.

She took the time to make sure my haircut was perfect and my hair looked shiny, smooth, and healthy at the end of our session. I would definitely recommend this salon and I am returning to have my hair done there again in the future.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was hopeful that I found a quality salon that was close to home. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I tried a few facials with their esthetician, who seemed to know her stuff. The facial was thorough but PAINFUL, as she decided to do extractions and stick me with needles without even asking me. When I asked her what she was doing, her response was, "This is a medspa, what do you expect?".

I agree with the other reviewer regarding products - she was definitely pushing for me to spend $500 + on an entirely new skincare line with multiple cleansers, toners, lotions, etc. I will say that the facials did have positive results, but I stopped going due to her pushy attitude. Then I decided to try my luck with a hair stylist. After going 8+ weeks in between my cut/highlights/lowlights routine, I scheduled an appointment.

I was disappointed when the stylist said I needed to wait another month for color because my hair hadn't grown enough. She was basically looking for 2 inch roots before she would do color. Ok, I thought, she seems genuinely concerned for the health of my hair. The trim was fine and I scheduled another appointment a month later for color. I explained to her that I wanted to brighten things up a bit, but not too blonde.

We picked two colors (one for highlights, one for low lights) and off she went. I'm used to a subtle effect, however, she went for chunkier highlights and used the low light color over the rest of my hair. Fast forward three and a half hours later. I'm getting anxious and worried. I have had bleach on my head for over three hours. When I voice my concern, her response is that my hair is a "project" and that she knew to expect it to take this long. I've been getting the same thing done to my hair for about 12 years.

I know what to expect. I left with wet hair because the ordeal was ridiculously long. I could tell that I was not going to be happy with the results. When I finally got home and dried it, shockingly white highlights appeared. Actually, my entire head looked white. I was horrified and quickly called my out of state hairdresser friend to see what I could do to fix it. Luckily, I was saved by a $6.99 bottle of dye from Target.

I paid $140 for this mess. When I called to complain, they offered me a free conditioning treatment. I should have pushed for a refund, but I just didn't want to deal with them any more. Very disappointing experience, and probably months of ruined hair in my future.
