I was in today for a manicure with Tea. She did an excellent job - I'm really happy with how my nails look. I also got my brows done by Sophia. She did a good job as well. She also took me at the last minute - I didn't have an appointment for brows but she fit me in after my manicure. The salon is clean and prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back.

Absolutely the best manicure I have ever had. Belle Visage is a hidden gem that I am lucky to have found. The entire staff is professional, friendly and fun too. Cannot say enough good things about Belle Visage.

Got dip manicure - very DISAPPOINTING (which started to peel away 5 days later) never soaked my hands in warm water before starting and also did not clean up my cuticles. Very Disappointing! Massage was excellent and would go back for a massage but unfortunately nothing else! Massage was 5 star but the manicure was less than zero.

I called on a Tues for the following day (which I got). Immediately after I hung up, I realized I doubled booked myself and called back to change my time. Again not a problem. Previous appointment the next day ran over so I was late for BV. I hate being late and was all ready for them to say - Sorry but no, Ann was waiting and didn't scrimp on the care doing the mani/pedi. Thank you for the time and care. Love the color Ann picked when the polish I brought proved to be terrible.

Sofia is very meticulous about her work. She makes your eyes pop with natural looking lashes

I can't review their actual services, only my experience with them in trying to book said services, which has not been positive. My husband gave me a Groupon for eyelash extensions. I booked to use it two days before a weekend trip, and they cancelled the night before because the person who was to do them was sick and not coming in the next day.

It was too late to book anywhere else. I still had the Groupon, so I held off and then re-booked two days before a trip to France (because frankly, I don't need them in everyday life). The day before my appointment, they called to cancel because the woman doing the service was sick and wouldn't be in the next day. Two hours later, someone else called me (must not have known someone else had done so) and told me they needed to cancel because they were having an issue with the glue.

Neither seemed particularly apologetic. It's too late to rebook anywhere else. Needless to say, I'm not very enthusiastic about using this Groupon. We are going to ask for their money back. Cancellations happen, but two last minute cancellations in a row, once with two different people giving me two different excuses, and both before trips and without enough time for me to find anyone else. Not going to go through this trouble again.

I wish I could give six stars. These guys are amazing. Accommodated me last minute when they had a cancellation, were beyond polite and professional and quite possible the best mani/pedi of my life. (And this is weird to say, but great bikini waxing too.totally painless and no irritation or swelling afterwards at all!) Customer for life here!

My first time here and was great, they called me to confirm If I still wanted to come as it was snowing and they even suggested to arrive 15 after and that way I didn't have to wait. It was a great acne facial, it lasted around 1hr and 30 minutes, Sophia asked me questions and explained was she was going to do, she gave me enough time between the mask with the light and great recommendations And gave me samples of facial cream and sunblock. Thanks Sophia, I already book another follow up facial

I bought a $80 Groupon for a lash perm here. I called Belle Visage before I bought it to make sure that i understood what I was buying. After my lash perm I saw the brochure on their front desk listing "lash perm - $50". I felt so stupid. The woman that did my lash perm could not have been nicer, but I feel the whole experience was dishonest so I won't return.

I started going to Belle Visage for massage starting in Sept, and have been going every month since. I was lucky enough to find Lisa who is an amazing massage therapist. I don't know how someone that tiny is so strong! I've also done mania and pesos here and have found everything to be really good.

Really enjoy this place. Reasonable eyelash extension prices, and AMAZING, REAL massages by (ask for Karen).

After my massage I decided to book a mani/pedi afterwards. A Ukrainian lady did my nails. She was so fast! And all she did was gossip. She didn't scrub my feet or my nails. She also barely cut my cuticles and when she did she cut me. It looked like she used one of those nail care kits from CVS. Plus, she didn't massage my feet. My mani was just as bad.

She didn't scrap off the cuticle that over growns nor did she cut them. A couple of my fingers were bleeding. I should have just left. In total she did a mani and pedi in 20min. She didn't take her time at all. I'll go back for massages with Karen, but I'll never get my nails done there again.

Got an eyelash perm from here in February, it is now May and I'm still recovering from it. after the procedure my eyelashes were basically stuck to my eyelid to the point that I couldn't even apply eyeliner onto my top lid. A week later I went back to get a reverse perm on them ( it helped a little ). even the girl that fixed them had a what the hell look in her face when she saw my lashes, she even called the lady in that did them to show her what she did wrong.but now my eyelash hairs are completely damaged to the point I had to cut the ends off and I am now forced to wear eyelash exstentions.

I don't remember the name of the lady that did them but I just remember that she had an accent. During the procedure she kept leaving the room and coming back in smelling like strong smelling food, I'm guessing she was taking snack breaks in between? In a way it was a lesson, I now know to never perm my lashes again

I had my first visit (pedicure) with Sophia yesterday, and shy of perfection, I can't say enough about the staff and energy in Belle Visage! I called an hour before the opened and they answered and took me in immediately without question (given, it was a Monday morning). Upon arrival, my seat was already prepared and hot water was drawn, I was welcomed and guided directly to my chair to start soaking! Sophia was fantastic!

She took extra care, even with my 'lack of care'. I walked out feeling amazing, and 100x more comfortable. (Not to mention ready to wear flip flops without scaring children away! Prices are very reasonable. Do bring cash for gratuity, as they don't allow you to tip on the slip, if you forget, never fear, there's an ATM across the street! Can't wait to get back in a couple of months!

I'm not one to write Yelp reviews, but this place is fantastic! To preface all of this: I have terrible nails, and every single manicure I've ever had has chipped within 2-3 days of my manicure (and gel has only ever lasted me 4!). But, I'm a week out from my service and the gel mani-pedi is still going strong! I've been typing, cleaning, picking at stuck-on labels, literally living my typical hard-on-nails life, and it's all still there - unbelievable to me (I'm a little bit in shock.).

I will admit, when I arrived I waited a bit for my nail tech to get to me, but once she did it was so worth it. She was humorous, and made the entire experience so much fun. She did a fantastic job on both my hands and feet, didn't make me feel bad about the fact that it had been (quite.) a while since my last mani-pedi. I will absolutely be returning, and I encourage everyone else to as well! Truly a hidden gem in Milton!

I've been seeing Karen at Belle Vistage over the past few months for 1-hour massages and it has been nothing short of amazing! She is super thorough and knows how to hit all of the right spots based on where you're feeling pain and need extra love. Your first package is only $59 per Massage which is a steal. I would give Karen 10 stars if I could!

Really happy I found this place! Sophia is so great at what she does! So far I have only gotten my lashes done, but she has also given me some great skin advice and even some samples to try. My lashes look flawless every time, they look really natural but much fuller and longer. I get compliments on how real they look all the time. The awkward. "are those your lashes?" question. I am a forever customer now.

Felt so rushed and overpriced. Not worth $68.00 for a mani/pedi at all. At least hang up someone's coat and scarf and help them with their shoes maybe? Massage was two minutes and weak. I was rushed to pick a color and the whole experience felt hurried. My friend and I were led to believe that the place was closing yet two more customers came after us. Clearly, the manicurists were more interested in getting more customers. I'm so upset with this experience. It was no spa. Don't waste your money on this place. Will never return. Wish I could get a refund.

Sophia did a fantastic job with my eyelash extensions. She was meticulous with the eyelash application, and they turned out looking voluminous and natural. Prices were very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend coming here!

I love my lash extensions from Sophia! It's not the most glamorous salon, but the service is great and lashes are very full and well applied.

I have never been to this place before but I am so glad I finally did. Sophia, the owner, is the most gracious woman I have met. I had booked a spa day and from the time I entered the spa I was very pleased. Sophia administered my facial and I was so relaxed that I was all ready prepped for my massage. Yen is a sweet young lady who performed the massage.

I have been to may spas and none have been able to take the pain and tension out of neck like she did! When I was done I went out to have a mani/pedi and served lunch. They even went over to Starbucks for me! Instead of sitting in your typical office chair, I was placed onto a bench/couch type of seating with pillows and the relaxation continued. Bella Visage is extremely clean and the staff are so nice and professional I've all ready recommended it to a friend and will be making this my new routine spa visit!

I came here a while ago after purchasing a groupon for an eyelash perm and thought I'd share my thoughts now. Though the facility itself is really nice and clean, I found the customer service to be lacking. After the perm was applied to my eyelashes, I could tell something wasn't right because my eyes were BURNING. When it was over I was blind for a good ten minutes.my boyfriend had to escort me to my car.

And while all of this was happening, no one on the staff said anything and sort of just left me to fend for myself. In the end, my right eye turned out great and my left eye was a hot mess. With that being said, I'm still giving them 2 stars because it could have possibly been my fault that my eyelashes were botched.

Ive had a manicure done here as well as an eyelash perm. Manicure: never been here before but nothing too fancy. They take the time to massage your hands and make you feel like home. Eyelash perm: i highly recommend it to anyone who has long eyelashes and hates using a curler. They last for like a month to three months tops and you never need a curler when theyre done, you only put on mascara and go! Sophie, the owner, has helped me do it both times.

She explained to me the best option to make them look natural. The whole process, for me, took about 30 mins but sooo worth it. Speaking of that, about to make my third appointment with her.

Had a great gel manicure with Joey. She is meticulous when doing a french and I am picky! My neighbor had mentioned that they offered Botox here so I thought I would give it a go. It was my first time so I had no idea what to expect. Julie came highly recommended and was clearly knowledgeable. I was not disappointed. Super friendly and down to earth and WOW the results are amazing! Crows feet.what crows feet. Love this place, will definitely be back.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I will only go after a coworker recommended it. I love Yan and Christina but yan is my favorite for manicure and pedicure.

Rude woman on the phone. I won't even try their services because if you don't know how to treat a customer over the phone why the hell would I waste a trip. No thanks.

This place is so well run that it is a pleasure to go there. From the beautiful and gracious Charo at the desk to the fabulous Brooke in the treatment rooms, I have been pampered and soothed. I needed a polish change one day and asked if I could just tack it on to my treatment. No problem. I was lucky enough to catch Rea in between her many clients and what a treat that was. I just can't imagine why anyone would complain about Belle Visage. For me, it gets an A-Plus.

I received the gift of a massage from Belle Visage and finally got around to going today. I should have known I was in for it when I called at 10am and they had the entire evening open for massage appointments, not to mention the receptionist did not even ask what kind of massage I wanted. First impression when I walked in- this place is a glorified nail salon.

The entire front of the place is nail booths and pedicure stations. They stuck a few treatment rooms in the back and they were tiny! The woman that did my massage did not introduce herself and rushed me to get changed, not to mention there was nowhere to put my clothing once I took it off. The massage table was too narrow and the oil smelled like strawberry syrup- yuck!

Then came the massage, which was pretty much on par with the massages that my husband will give me once in a blue moon. Way too much butt action and she massaged my feet, which was nice but so weird since no one ever really does that. The woman was nice when it was over, but the atmosphere and quality were the worst massage experience that I have ever had.
