Love the atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Easy way to pay and tip!

I went in the saloon for a root color and hair cut with the stylist Kati. When i went at home i saw that all the grey hair were not covered and the hair styling was horrible. I called them again and they call in to go to fix them. Again my hair is with gray locks and not fully covered. I paid 125$ without tip for a 2 time color that wasted my time, my money and nothing to satisfaction. Never going again!

Great place and environment. First time going there to have my daughter's hair done for the first time as well and the stylist was very gentle and caring. Definitely made a good choice choosing this place!

For about two years I would always go to a family member for a basic haircut. I never liked any hairstyles outside of my comfort zone. That was until I decided I wanted a to try out a wolf cut. I was scared that wherever I went would mess up such a complex haircut. Now let me tell you the MINUTE I walked into Aura Salon I KNEW that they were going to do an amazing job.

The staff I just met were some of the most friendly people I have ever come across. Not only that but the music was great! It really set the vibe and was nothing like your basic salon but a thousand times better. I came in for a consultation first just to see if my hair was of the right length for the cut because I was hesitant but Sue managed to pull off such an OUTSTANDING job!

I've never liked my hair so much until I went to Aura and never thought my hair could look so good. If you're in the area and you're looking for a Salon that goes above and beyond at an affordable price with a beautiful staff, there's no other place I'd recommend other than Aura Salon in Quincy!

Was our first time here as we were recommended, not very satisfied. Price was a bit much for just getting a hair cut. They are charging a fee for sanitation now, to let you know as i was not told that. Receptionist is not very friendly. We had a someone named Paige i believe. She was nice which made things better. We unfortunately were late and could only get a hair cut no blow dry.

The hair cut was not bad. As first timers the experience was ok. We will probably not be coming back, nor will we be recommending this place. Looks like people who have been here for a long time have better experiences. We never received any email at all nor were we asked for an email!

Sarah, the hairdresser was extremely nunprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled since Friday (today is Monday) I arrived a half hour early for my appointment only to be told I could either wait past my scheduled time of 6:15 to an undetermined time that better suited Sarah, because Sarah has poor time management skills or reschedule because the client she was working on " has a lot of hair". Its always an issue at this salon. I highly suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere.

I was so lucky to get an appointment on the same day that I called. I have to admit I was nervous to get a hair cut since I hadn't been to a salon in almost a year and the last stylist at a different salon did not listen to what I wanted. I was paired up with Molly who did a great job and listened to what I wanted out of my visit. She gave me a beautiful haircut with long subtle layers and did so without taking off too much length (which is exactly what I asked!).

I did have to wait 10 min but what's a little wait when they have a nice seating area and I was offered coffee, tea, or water. Staff are all friendly and a little kindness their way goes a long way as well.

My hair looks amazing after highlights and a cut. The staff is knowledgeable, fun and they listen to you. Kelly is awesome and so is their receptionist Ashley. If you want a salon that puts you first and provides an amazing experience, make an appointment here.

Amazing salon with even better stylists. Michelle has been coloring and styling my hair for over a year now and achieved everything I have wanted, even if it wasn't easy. I always leave feeling great because of her. Prices are comparative to other salons and the service is exceptional.
