I went and got my first haircut in 3 years from Emma C. and was blown away. Amazing service and very professional. I showed them several reference photos and they gave me exactly what I wanted, but couldn't describe. The other staff were super friendly and helpful when I was looking for products and the online appointment booking was very easy and painless. Prices were extremely reasonable and I was in and out in less than an hour. I will be back!

Critical: Professionalism I booked a color, haircut and blow dry. They didn't tell me until after they had done my color that they had not booked the haircut and blow dry. I had to go to an important event with wet hair.

Best salon experience ever! Gina, her late husband fabulous Nick first met decades ago at their 1st salon in Hyde Park. Both so incredibly talented yet never lost their humility. Most down to earth gifted_ people I've known!

Very high quality service and experience. Not cheap, but that's the cost of quality. When I want the best for me, that's my favorite salon. Staff is lovely and I couldn't look any better when I leave.

I was in need of a hair color fix (let's say bright pink) and Ansley saves the day! She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, really listened to my concerns, and my wishes. The staff is awesome. I've been using the salon for over 25 years, since the original location in Hyde Park.yesterday was my brother's wedding, and I came to the salon to have my makeup done as I was one of the bridesmaids. The bride scheduled us to have our hair done at a different salon. I was not happy with the end result, the amazing staff at salon capri fixed my hair for me, and the end result was incredible, I was so happy.all night everyone commented on how awesome my hair and makeup looked. They made my day, and I will be back for any and all special occasions, and recommend them to everyone.thank you again guys xoxox
