Laura the stylist shorted my highlights and in two weeks my hair looks like a grown out hillbilly dye job, not a professional highlight. I saw the shorting as soon as I sat in the cutting chair and asked her why the color was short. She told me "that it wouldn't be so obvious after it was dry" She had no resolution to offer. That 6 week appointment is 4 weeks late!
Because of the mess she made of my hair. Was that choice to short the highlights on my hair 1/8 and in some cases 3/8 " to make up the difference of her bait and switch approach to billing me for services that I was not aware of on my last visit? Because the salon handled that previous and very questionable extra billing transaction from Laura in such a speedy, courteous and professional manor I thought I would give the salon and Laura another try.
That was a big mistake. I will be making a new appointment much sooner than I should have to - but with a stylist who is honest Shorting highlights is about as obvious and dishonest of a salon trick as there ever was.
Sincerely disappointed.
