Pricing was very subjective, after a year of going there I discovered trimming off the ends was included. Also, at the end of my first visit, another stylist (not mine) made a comment about how terrible my hair was when I walked in.wow thanks. I wasn't there for a color correction. After my usual stylist was no longer available, I stopped going and found a new salon with friendly staff & much better pricing.
