Phillip is amazing! He has been doing my hair for years. From the moment I walk in until I leave the salon I am treated like a Princess. I had been to many stylists in the past that just don't listen. But Phillip always colors highlights and cuts my hair perfectly. He also keeps my hair healthy and uses quality products. That is so important! He has his station located away from others so I feel very comfortable.

I have been dreading to cut my hair for the past 3 years out of fear that I would end up regretting it. After reading reviews for this salon, I booked my appointment. I asked for Natasha and I am SO glad I did! I came for a standard haircut for my 2c type curly hair. She throughly listened to me and even gave me some tips on how to style my hair. She takes her time and asks for your approval before cutting. Best hair decision i've made!

Phillip! You are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the salon until the moment I left I was treated like a princess! My hair was perfectly colored, highlighted and cut. Went in for a haircut with Loan and she was extremely rude to me. Not sure what her deal is. Anyway, the place is convenient to my house, so I thought I would try again with another stylist. because of all the good reviews. The 2nd cut was OK, but the owner Rodi was sulking around and even gave me a dirty look for no apparent reason. Who knows.maybe business is bad? I certainly won't ever be back. I guess if you want to pay good $$ for nasty attitudes then this is the salon for you.

Natasha is a visionary. I went to her to correct my hair color and she was amazing. She is an expert stylist. The overall experience was delightful. You won't be sorry if you choose Natasha!

My sister-in-law set an appointment for me with Natasha. From start to finish she listened to my good and bad about my hair experiences. We looked at my variety of pictures of good hair cuts and styles. We picked one for her to replicate and she did. Feel safe in Natasha's hands. I did and do.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from this salon. I went in this morning with a bad perm, frizzy hair, and burned ends and walked out with silky smooth hair. I knew I'd be using this salon permanently when the communication via email was nothing but quick, efficient, and easy. So so so much professionalism from this place and I can guarantee I'll be back here for my other hair needs. HUGE thanks to Natasha for her phenomenal work on my hair. I'm so so SO pleased.

I've been to the Rodi Salon twice now and have my third appointment tomorrow. awesome experiences every time! Natasha is so sweet and so talented. Super happy with my haircut today. Staff was professional and personable. I have very curly hair and hey took their time cutting and styling it. They even showed me how I could achieve the look at home. The Staff also made me a coffee while I was waiting which really made my day. Extremely satisfied with my hair cut and will be returning for my next one.

And we just found out that a good part of your employees left because it is very unpleasant to work in that place, so for that and many more things that we found out, we will never return bye!

I made an appointment with your salon on June 3. When I arrived today I was told the stylist I was scheduled with no longer worked there and there was no appointment in the system for me. Considering I scheduled with the salon, not the stylist directly, I would have appreciated a courtesy call to either schedule me with another stylist or at least let me know I had no appointment. The girl at the front desk made no attempt to accommodate me or at least reschedule. She couldn't have cared less. What a waste of time.

Expensive, but good quality. I came here from another salon, where my haircut was botched. The hairdresser fixed the cut, and managed to save my hair. However the cost seemed high ($80 +tip) for a 15min appointment. Nevertheless I would come back, but but it's hard to give a 5* due to the price tage.

Truly, she has the artistic eye and technical know how to accomplish a final hair style that fits your vision; maintains the health of your hair; and incorporates what she correctly understands will look best on you. I have frequented several high end salons in DC, LA, and NYC and can unequivocally state that my highlights were the best I've ever had.

SAT FOR CURLY HAIR! I hadn't recieved a hair cut in almost 2 years because of COVID. I have been going to the same hair stylist for almost 7 years (I have thick, maybe 3b curls, Middle Eastern/Indian descent) and was nervous about trying someone new. I learned about Rodi Salon's focus on culry hair and went with Sat after the rave reviews.

The total hair cut was around $125 and included a consultantation, cut, diffuser dry and styling education. Sat really helped me understand the products and techniques I needed to achieve maximum curl richness. My hair feels and looks healthier than ever, and my curls are finally curling the way it naturally should. I prefer tons of volume to round my face, and Sat gave me tons of layers to help achieve the look. Overall, very happy with my style and excited to have found Sat to now be my go-to hair stylist!

I wanted to treat myself to a salon trip for once, so I made an appointment here for a full highlight and a cut, because of the great reviews. After visiting this salon, I'm very confused how they have so many positive reviews. When I arrived, I was brought into an empty back room and sat in a chair facing a wall with no mirror or salon station.

It was so extremely unprofessional and not the experience you want when you're paying to get your hair done. The people were kind and I felt bad, but I took off my cape and left before they did my hair. I cannot justify paying to get my hair done in an empty back room like that, when I myself do hair and am capable of doing it myself in my own salon. The prices were pretty average for a nice salon, but you just can't charge that when you don't even have stations to sit your clients at.

I absolutely love the salon and everyone working there. Rodi is such a nice person and make us feel very comfortable. The salon is beautiful, clean, and pleasant. Sat was my hair stylist and colorist for almost a decade, before I moved away. She is honest, attentive, never letting me do anything that damages my hair. Actuality, when she was taking care of my hair I never had any issues. My hair was the healthiest. I miss her. Hope to visit the salon soon.

I went to Rodi Salon to try a new hair straightener that was recommended by Natasha. I have tried others in the past and it has left my hair too straight which is not my style. However, this new straightener was the best money I have spent on my hair in a very long time! The frizz is completely gone however, the volume remains! Also, it is healthier for your hair as it has no awful smell and leaves your hair soft and smooth.

Thank you Natasha and Rodi for coming to my rescue! The process was well worth the money as I would have spent more on products trying to tame my frizzy hair throughout the humid summer!

Fucking useless. Rude staff, charge you TOO much for a little work, got a consultation and it was pretty dumb. Lady just strarred at me and didnt help w anything just sat and talked to me at the front, didn't even sit me down to look at my hair, how can u possibly consult someone on color when they don't even look at your hair? On top of everything else SHE was late to the appointment. Trashy, unprofessional Rude. Do not waste your time or MONEY, you will thank me later.

I got my hair done by Sara Kim in October and we are now in February and I want to mention my hair is still so beautiful! Which in these times I would consider very important since covid has made things difficult for everyone. This place is very clean and very professionally trained to follow covid procedures. But most importantly, Sarah literally brought my hair back to life!

My hair was very damaged and I couldn't remove this green stain from using a hair overtone product due to quarantine boredom. But Sara and her assistant Sirena were super informative and very friendly about it! Sara managed to give me an awesome ashy blonde with highlights which btw took a lot of work with the amount of foils she took her time on!

She got me closer to the color I've been wanting for 4 years now than any of the stylists I've been to. The haircut was so refreshing and chic! Definitely worth the $$$. Thanks Sara! Will be going back soon as I'm booking my overdue appointment.

I love Rodi Salon! This is my go to salon and Annie is my person! She did the Ouidad haircut on me and also did beautiful highlights. I've gone twice now for a cut and highlight touch ups. Annie is the only person I trust with my hair (although I'm confident the other associates would do just a great job!) I've recommended Rodi Salon to my family and friends as well as strangers who've complimented me on my hair.

The moment you walk in you're greeted by the friendliest staff. Even during COVID, they're still just as friendly and following all proper protocols to ensure safety measures are met. You'll have your temperature taken as soon as you walk in. I am a loyal client and will continue going to Rodi Salon. Please consider giving them a try or even a consultation. The owner is awesome. He did an initial consultation with me and really takes his time to understand your needs, style, and hair.

Stylist: Sara-Kim has been my go to stylist for years. In one visit she transformed my hair from a botched orange balayage to a beautiful icy blonde. I have been getting highlights for 15 years and she is by far the best stylist I've had. I trust no one but Sara-Kim to touch my hair from now on.

Butchered a gorgeous curly hair. Worst hair cut in over 5 years- as I could not longer go to NY for my Ouidad cuts. They may be friendly and pretty good at regular cuts and color, but ladies- please- do not put your curls into their hands. They are NOT Ouidad certified- check Ouidad website and you will not find an affiliation with Rodi salon, or proof that they are certified.

And it definitely shows, in their lackluster results. They do not understand the hair effect of cutting 2 inches or more- when you specifically ask to keep the same length. And unfortunately they would lie to you, pretend they understand what you ask for, but cut any way they want or think appropriate. My hair has been butchered at Rodi. With the type of curls I have, It will take 3-4 years to get back to the desired length. Yes, hair looks like an open umbrella- or mushroom, whichever. Bad!

I have been a client of Natasha's for several year and couldn't love her more! She is a fabulous colorist and does her best to make clients for comfortable. I have been back twice since the reopening after covid and felt completely safe - clients and stylists all wear masks, temperatures are checked upon entry, and social distancing is practiced.

They even rented the office space next door to use if needed to ensure that social distancing is practiced. Also, there is a separate room with a closed door if you prefer to be by yourself and away from clients getting blow drys. A month later it's probably the worst cut I've ever had as an adult. Looks like someone just took shears and chopped off my hair at my neck. No real shape. Curls no longer form. I Update: nearly a year out and it's still the worst cut I've ever had. Two layers. One short about four inches shorter than the long layer. Curl patter totally ruineIt's taken this long to get it to a length that it might now fixed by Ouidad in FLL. My final conclusion is that I would never get my own hair cut here. A year out: still the worst cut I've ever received.
