3/5/2022 UPDATE: Finally no more charges! I am surprised on the amount of phone calls I received to update my credit card info, but on the other hand, I never received a response to my calls. 2/25/2022 We have created our own website a year ago and need to cancel SinglePlatform, but cannot come in contact with the company. Called their number on google- no answer, called their number listed on my credit card statement- it's a mobile number and also no answer. Changed my credit card number 6 months ago to stop charges, but was charged again.

I don't know how they did it, and it's scary if you ask me. Another reviewer mentions it took him 6 months to complete cancelation while being still charged. I've neglected this too long. $97/month, $1,200/year. Just called the CC company and disputed it. :

We do not have an account with SinglePlatform. Somehow, they have our menu from 15+ years ago. Our prices have gone up since then (from $6 to $14). Once in a while, we get a really confused/disappointed/angry customer. Once, a man came in, saw our actual menu, then accused us of being dishonest, and left. Base on my research. SingleFlatform was founded in 2010. How does a 12 years old company got their hands on our 15+ years old menu?

Very rarely do I leave a negative review for any business. However, I had a few issues with SinglePlatform that warrant it: 1. It took me 6 months to successfully cancel my account 2. Throughout that time I was charged each month 3. You have to CALL in order to cancel or change billing 4. The number I was given to call for cancellation was incorrect 5.

Hold times are rediculous 6. Support staff are neither helpful nor responsive I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because once I finally got a hold of someone in Billing, they seemed decent, and because they might actually refund. If they don't then I'll drop it to 1.

We have agreed I am paid to date and have asked 4 times for them to cancel and release me so I can access my own new covid menu. Two months and they still have not cancelled me. I've spoken to 3 reps on 3 calls who have assured me I am cancelled yet they still have control and I cannot access my menu on any of the top platforms platforms. I am ready to explode.

One of my restaurant clients has been trying to get this service to remove their link - we do not and never have paid for their service - from our Google Business listing and they will not follow up. They won't remove it. And they're posting some old menu that our customers order from and then freak out about not being accurate. I have called and emailed many times and they always say they're going to do something, and they don't. It's a scam to force you to sign up to get the correct information out there. Even Google won't do anything to remove the link. Horrible company.

Terrible company. If anything they faked their reviews because that's what this company would do. They even faked emails stating that they sent an agreement with a pricing but when I searched all my emails and even junk I had never received the email that they "forwarded" me. No response. Paid for the embedding onto our website. Just looking at their dashboard it looks fraudulent or very unprofessional.

Their analytics are very poor and gives you no insight that a business owner would need. They try contacting you one time at the most inconvenient time and if you do not pick up they think that it is sufficient on there part and move on. They want a costly subscription for doing no work at all or maybe 20 minutes of work in the beginning but not even.

Save your money and your time by not signing up with this company or even wasting a breath talking to these con artists. Look at their support or contact us page. Gives you no access to them and they set this up on purpose. After I had talked to the customer rep that actually had a decent amount of patience I asked to speak with a higher up which they said none was available lol

Unfortunate that I couldn't leave a negative star. This company did absolutely nothing for the business and once we cancelled their services, our phone number changed on our listing as well as saying that we are out of business. We have contacted this company NUMOUROUS times and they do nothing. We have contacted Google and the do nothing. We have tried to claim the listing again and nothing. This has been going on 2 years of this and we have lost so much business!

My partner wasn't sold on SinglePlatform fully when we signed up, nor was I 100%. However, trying to jumpstart my brand new business, I wanted to try all the different avenues out there to see what worked best and how effective it was for my business growth. I must say, 2 months into it, I'm very glad I found them and will be a customer for the long haul.

It is an extremely efficient and easy-to-use platform that allows me to view all my analytics, reviews, and ultimately gauge how my restaurant business is growing and how I can make it better. I can view all my reviews on 1 single page and reply to my customers without logging into 4 different sites. That in itself is worth the $100+ a month. Also, when I post some new pics or add some new menu items, the info automatically gets updated on all the discovery sites.

That's a huge benefit. At my old location, I never even considered it because it was too time consuming. Now it's as easy as 1-2-3! Their customer service is also top notch and very professional. The one time I noticed my info wasn't accurately updated on yelp, I was instantly refunded a portion of the monthly cost. And it was fixed within 24 hours.

I must say that this has been the best business decision I have made so far. I highly recommend Single Platform for any restaurant or food business in general. Thanks Rev for the hookup!

Over the last ten or so years, I have started and stopped to set up a website for our restaurant, I just could not seem to find the time to do it. I have had so very many calls from companies that wanted to do this or that on the internet, I always reply "not interested". Then SinglePlatform called. Something about the man on the phone made me trust him and I listened to what they could do for me.

I asked for prices right away, (generally the reply on this is "oh well, just let me tell you how we can increase your business") that is when I generally hang up. This man actually told me the rates for the service! I continued to listen. Reading and replying to reviews has always been a pain, jumping from google to trip advisor, yelp and a multitude of companies that I did not even know existed!

With single platform, I sign on, all of my reviews, yes ALL of them in one place, where I can reply. This service alone is worth the money. Then they set up a website for our business, linked it to whatever I wanted and did so much more. I got three tutorials over the phone in the convenience of my home. The people from the company that I spoke with were all very helpful and courteous.

I am actually having fun with this! Thank you to SinglePlatform for keeping my business life organized! Now, is there something you can do about the mess in my craft room? (It would not surprise me if you could!)

This company has a very nice service but unfortunately, they have a very, very poor way of trying to sell it. They create a free profile that is added to your google my business profile that cannot be removed and the only way to change any of the information that they automatically generate in your free profile can't be changed unless you pay for your services.

I had noticed that this link had been added under the menu section of my google business info. When I clicked on the link it took me to a very nice copy of our menu that I had just uploaded a photo of. I had noticed that the address listed next to it was incorrect, so I clicked the 'claim this business' link and gave them my information and waited for them to call.

I got a call and scheduled an over the phone meeting so he could tell me about SinglePlatform. We started the call and I listened to what he had to say for a bit and when there was a pause I had asked if this was a service that I had to pay for and that's when things went downhill. He would not take no for an answer and said that it was a very nice sales pitch and he got very offended trying to say that he wasn't a sales man and there's no commitment but would not take no for an answer.

I flat out told him at this point, paying for this is the difference between keeping the lights on, he basically implied that I was incompetent for not wanting to try to draw in new people. After me trying to tell him several times more that I cannot afford it at this time, and him repeatedly telling me that I was dumb not to "spend money to make money" I told him that he was just pissing me off, do not contact me again, goodbye. All I wanted was the correct address for my small business so people can find it. They are nothing more than bullies trying to force you to purchase their services.
