Andrew Marke Salon Rochester

Came there to get my hair blow dry for hair dresser to tell me my hair is heavy and it's hard to blow dry my hair her hands hurt. Last time i checked i paid for service it wasn't done for free, so anyone that can't do hair shouldn't be considering themselves as hair dressers. I would not recommend this place at all plus my hair looked like i blow dried it. It didn't even look as if i left salon that speaks volume. Not to forget charge was double from what i was told!

Look how cute! my daughter & I had manicures and massages. We rotated service's. It was wonderful. The new Massus aka massage therapist Rose did a great job! Jessica did a fabulous job on my daughter's nails (pictured) I also very much enjoyed my manicure with Kim.

I was placed on hold for about 10 mins until I hung up. I just wanted an available time to make a nail appointment.

This does not go out to any of the stylists as I've heard nothing but good things. More to the receptionist who blew me off last night. I got off work late and called about 7:50 to schedule a haircut. I told her I didnt need color just a cut and asked about availability. She hurriedly told me she would check, put me on hold and left me there for 13 minutes.

I stayed on hold giving the benefit of the doubt for a new-to-me salon but eventually hung up because at this point it was closing time. Needless to say I'm hestitant on trying this salon as the customer service is EXTREMELY lacking for new clients. Im still considering seeing michelle (which is someone who was recommended to me) but may wait until a later date now.

I took my 2 year old daughter in today to get her first manicure and pedicure and Lisa was amazing, my daughter was of course nervous and shy as this was all new for her and Lisa handled her very well and i'm very happy with her nails!

NOT THE PLACE TO GO FOR ACRYLICS, especially stilettos! I came home veeery disappointed I only went in for a fill-in. These pictures don't even capture all of what I see! They're very bumpy, huge gaps not filled in on both sides of multiple nails, none of them are nearly as pointed as I requested and nor is the design even what I asked for but after almost 2 hours I was just ready to go home because they clearly weren't going to get any better. This is the last place I would recommend to getting your nails done at!

I had an appointment scheduled with Ashley for a haircut and style. She was very friendly and took her time with me and did an amazing job! I look forward to returning to see her again soon! Service: Hairstyling

I have been here a few times for a haircut and my experience has been great. They know what they are doing and could probably also suggest you what makes you look good. The staff is really friendly. It could be a little expensive for some so call them up or check online for prices. Face mask is required at this point of time and they do read your temperature when you get in.!
