Sarah was amazing! I've never cut my hair so short and I was super nervous and self conscious but she kept pumping me up and we had a blast. As a bigger set girl most stylists have cautioned on the safe side and discouraged the short cut but she treated me like gold. Love her! Also got complements on my hair from random strangers at my next stop!

I have no idea why this place doesn't have the ratings it deserves! i have been coming here for years and have never had any issues. frankie is my go-to for brows! i would trust this girl with my liiifeeee. she also did my hair last time- and i LOVED it. she also recommended me some great products for my hair that i absolutely love.

My first ever professional salon experience was here at Studio9 Salon. I was paired with Kaja, who was great to work with. She was relatable, kind, very professional and very polite. I showed her one or two photos of what I was looking for, and described briefly the kind of cut I wanted. She knew exactly what to do and wow did she DO IT. She made my hair look exactly (and to be honest, even better) than the photos I showed her.

I never thought I would have hair that looks this amazing, and here I am, feeling a total confidence boost! Prices were very fair. Salon is inviting, clean and bright. I love love love my new hair and will return for any future services I may need. Thank you guys for a great first experience. Absolutely wonderful. Catered to all my needs and were very friendly and accepting. They were open to something new. Helped me get ready for a soft and frilly fairy themed birthday party my friends hosted for me. All the services were heavenly and the end result was divine. My nail tech (Holly) was easy to talk to and my makeup artist (Kaylee) was very friendly and grateful for a makeup idea that was new and fun. I loved my time there and wish it lasted longer. I'd love to go there again at some point! (=

My sister had a bridal hair and makeup consultation with them for her upcoming wedding in October and everyone here was so nice and efficient. Her makeup artist and hair stylist (Nikki and Kellsea) were excellent. My sister was so pleased that she decided to go ahead and book them for her wedding. As an added plus they are only about a mile away from the wedding venue so it is a great fit. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Wonderful place to get your hair done. I don't get my hair cut often but never felt like anywhere I went really helped me with options or decisions. Studio 9 and my stylist were wonderful. She went over all my options, the benefits of them as well as the cost. I am looking forward to going back in Feb to get my hair and makeup done for a wedding

This place cares about you. The owner and workers makes sure you are happy with your service. They care for Quality work instead of your pocket. I love my hair every time. And if I had some concerns with my hair after couple of days, they will take care of you and more. They are phenomenal on their customer service. Lori is the one that does my hair and she is awesome! Very detail oriented, OCD, patient, and very welcoming. You can tell she loves and enjoys her job. I HIGHLY recommend this place

My hairstylist was named Tabby and she was absolutely wonderful. After giving her the vaguest direction on how I wanted my hair cut, she provided great conversation and a personal touch as she completed exactly what I wanted. Definitely would return! Staff was warm and friendly and it was easy to make an appointment right off the website.

My bridesmaids, mom, and I got our hair and makeup done for my wedding on 10/29 and we couldn't be happier! Scheduling was easy, prices were great, and we got snacks and orange juice before our services! Nikki did my hair and makeup, which I got many compliments on!

Had mine and my entire wedding party's hair and makeup done here last Friday and it was a great experience! I had Nikki for both my trial and day of hair and makeup and I loved it. I received many compliments on my makeup and hair throughout the entire day. She did my hair so well that my cathedral veil didn't come out once, my photographer was impressed! The staff had the day so well organized that we were done and back home within 2 hours. I'd recommend them to whoever I know getting married!

Studio 9 was simply the best for taking care of my entire bridal party in a timely fashion. Everyone got their hair and make up done at the same time which was so nice. 12 people were in and out of the salon in 2.5 hours! Couldn't speak more highly of this salon for taking care of brides and bridesmaids. My hair and makeup lasted all day (in 90 degrees) at the end of August! Management and ownership were great to work with!

I had a phenomenal explanation with Kaja for hair and make up for my wedding! I was a bit nervous going in without doing a trial, but she did a stellar job! We made awesome conversation the whole time and she did such an exceptional job on my hair and make up! I felt like a princess and couldn't have asked for anything better! I was referred here by my nail tech and I gotta say i loved my experience from the moment I walked In to the moment I left. The staff is kind and professional. The salon was very clean and new looking. As far as my hairstylist Alisha.she did a fantastic job on my cut and highlight. She was extremely knowledgeable in the field and confident about her work which I loved. It turned out so great! I love my new look. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back in the future.

My Studio 9 Salon experience started and ended with a reservation. I had booked a waxing for a trip to Las Vegas. I wanted to be hairless while sunning myself by the pool! My waxing was scheduled the day before I left for my trip and I was so excited for my first waxing! I woke up to my appointment being cancelled because they booked my session on a day that my (assigned by the salon) technician was not in the salon.

Could I reschedule? No. Could I book somewhere else on such short notice? Absolutely not. I was disappointed with how unprofessional it was to be cancelled on. Why couldn't I be placed with another technician? I have no clue. I will not be booking there again.

I would not recommend this place at all. The hairdresser I had left dye all over my face and my hair was still wet when I left. There is nothing that bothers me more than paying $180 and my hair looking the exact same as when I walked in. The place is huge, felt like a factory. Ambience was not good, old and outdated. To sum it up, don't go here!

I have been going there for a while now! All the hairstylist I had were amazing but didn't have luck in staying with the same one due to their life changes (maternity leave and moving and such) I just went for my first time in a year and half, got my hair cut, donated my hair and got my hair styles by Molly! She was nice, open minded, welcoming and young and excited! Defiantly seems like she loves what she does and I am glad she was my hairstylist!

I LOVE it there! After having bad experience at a past salon I was very nervous. But Andrea did my hair and was so friendly yet professional I love how my hair turned out. I have very black hair and wanted to work my way to blonde. Not only did she make sure my hair lifted great but she did it safely without killing my hair. Will definitely be going to see her again. 10/10 recommend.

Don't ever go to this salon! I got an inexperienced stylist who got color all over my head and face after the service. She gave me an awful wash didn't scrub my scalp. Her name was Misty. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! When I realized that I had color all over my face and at my hair line I called back only to be dismissed and talked to RUDELY. Verna the levee told me to scrub my hairline with soap and water - why should I be doing that?!

And she also said - "That's funny. I am an observant person. I didn't see anything when you were here." I called back again after seeing how bad the color was. I said I wanted at least $25 off the service for the poor wash poor work on getting color all over my scalp and hair. She laughed and said I was getting nothing back and hung up on me.

I tried to go back up there just to get the color off of my skin and scalp and she told me I "needed medicine." And her husband threatened me. The owners do not want to hear if you are not satisfied. They won't make it right. DONT EVER GO TO THIS SALON EVER. Awful service. Awful people.

Absolutely love this place. Always friendly and professional. Always on time. Jessica is the best! I completely trust her with my and my son's hair!

I made a hair consultation at 2:30 arrived 2:25 and I was told someone will be right with me, ignored until 2:50, 20 minutes? What is the point of making an appointment.? So I ask for a manager and she comes down saying" that's life" how rude and disrespectful and has the audacity to say " you wait at doctors office" how do you compare salon to doctors office.

If you can't be prompt and professional and meet your guests on time then don't make an appointment and say time will vary and you might wait, be upfront and let us know. Don't waste your time, trashy owner!

Awful place. Nasty owners. No amenities for customers. Terrible, uncomfortable waiting area. In fact the whole place is cold and uncomfortable. Customers are not appreciated here. Very high prices are not worth the service received.

Ive tried growing my hair past my shoulders, but every time I do, my hair starts to thin out. I called this place and got an appt the same day! I was so glad they were able to squeeze me in because i couldn't stand my hair any longer. Dont be intimidated of how big the place looks either. I came in, they told me theyll call my name in a few minutes and gave me a stylist to wash and cut my hair.

She was very understanding. I told her I wanted a blunt edge haircut to make my hair look fuller with a little bif of and SHE EX SEE CYUUTED. My end total was around $30 which is an amazing price compared to the small boutiques in RO, BHAM, etc.

I got a straight blow dry and a $6 add on conditioning treatment she charged me $51 and went off what i got last time. which i got a style for a wedding $45. No its not the same a straight blow dry is not a whole style with curls. Very disappointed i was going to be a weekly client.

This salon is so great! The setup is nice and clean, the stylists are super friendly, and the haircuts (or, my haircut, at least) was perfect. I was greeted right when I walked in, offered coffee or water, and was helped quickly. The stylist talked over my haircut with me to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted, and executed it perfectly. The price was very reasonable and I had a great experience. I will definitely be going back.

Today was my first visit and I saw Lynn. I highly recommend going to her. She took my suggestions and customized what I wanted for the perfect look.

I've been coming here for years, as does my whole family. I've always gone back and forth between stylists, my hair was never terrible but i never loved it. until we met Brooklyn. She is absolutely outstanding at what she does. She cuts my 3 year old daughters hair and it looks stunning every single time. She just gave me bangs this morning and I am obsessed! If you are going to this salon, you should absolutely ask for Brooklyn. She is everything.

Recently went for simple blow dry with some bounce and wave, even showed a photo of desired look. hair was totally flat, no curl and the back looked horrible. I had to go home and redo my hair. I was overcharged for the service I recieved. I also recieved another service at the same time and was equally disappointed. I will never go there again, nor would I ever recommend them.

I'm scared to trust anyone with my blonde and Carly did an AMAZING job. She understood exactly what I wanted and I left with silky, shiny blonde hair that looks incredibly natural. I've paid double what I paid today at other salons and wasn't nearly as happy in the past. The salon is gorgeous and staff are very friendly!

I LOVE this salon. I have went a few times always had a great experience, but last time I seen Amber. I found my salon home and won't be going anywhere else now. : Be sure to look at the photos- you'll see my before and after pic. How AMAZING! Amber knew what she was doing, made me feel comfortable, and my hair turned out even better than I thought! I get soo many compliments on my hair, everyone is peanut butter and jealous! LOL. They just don't know the secret ingredient: Which is Studio 9 Salon with Amber! LOL.

Studio 9 Salon rocks! These guys came out to our sites with the coolest mobile salon and an awesome team of stylist. They were on time (more than I can say for some of our wedding party), professional, fun, creative and quick. They got 13 ladies in and out in about 4 hours. They also feeds us and give us mimosas. They bride was gorgeous and the rest of us did look half bad either.

They airbrushed our makeup and it stayed all day. Can't wait to see the professional pictures! Thanks Studio 9 and especially Carley for making Caitlin's special day beautiful!

What a great place! Went in for a balayage today, Kristy was great and fast. My hair looks perfect and I'll definitely be back.

Brooklyn is great! She does a great job on my normal color and I have had her do my hair and makeup for 2 occasions and she did a wonderful job - I received tons of compliments and it lasted all night!

I was looking for a new hairdresser in the area and my friend recommended Lauren, and she was simply awesome. Her confidence relieved my nerves, as I had two previous cuts that were quite bad. She was honest about getting the haircut I wanted (need to let it grow out more), so I'm in this transition process with my hair but it still looks great. Lauren is also wonderful to talk to, and I can't wait to come back! Just be aware that she's in high demand. I couldn't make an appointment with her for two days!

Went to get my hair done there last week, I was a shadow rooted blonde and wanted to go to a chocolate brown ombre. The stylist Megan made my entire hair black. Very disappointed it was a big process to get my hair that light and now it's black. Definitely left a bad first impression that makes me not want to come here again. Also my appointment was at 1130 but was not brought back until 1150.
