Haircut (65.00), by Lisa Keller 3 weeks ago. Stopped by to get my bangs trimmed and leave a 20% cash tip for the haircut. When I had my haircut, I did not have cash. She then charged me $17.00 to trim my bangs. She combed them out, cut, done, maybe 2 minutes. I could have done a better job myself. Tough lesson learned. I will never go there again.

She lost a good customer. I feel she took advantage of me. She Lso said, if she had colored my hair, the bang trim would have been free. Is that some kind of discrimination against an older person who choses not to use color? That trip cost me $27.00. I feel like i got used. (Who goes back with a tip?)

Went here for the first time in quite a few years. Shayna did my hair a cut & color and did a great job.

I did blue color from half to ends and haircut. As a returning customer, I can say that Thomas Scott Salon always have offer professional service with reasonable prices. Emily took care of my hair today; basically she saw me and knew what I really want, she did a stunning job and gave me an excellent and professional customer service, also she was punctual They always go beyond my expectations! Flexible and easy appointment booking.

Will no longer be going to this salon! Forgot to book 2 of my appointments but also never called my Mom about her stylist being sick. This place is not the same since the old manager Kay was with them. If you make an appointment I would make sure that they save it and go over it at least 2 to 3 times to make sure that they have it I'm going to a wedding this weekend and I'm without anybody doing my hair.

Very unprofessional & rude. I made my appointment to get my nails done and the appointment time was 4:00. I arrived at the salon and was told that they put my appointment down for 2:00 and listed me as a no show. Then I was told that they tried to contact me that afternoon and each call was declined. I declined the call because it said unknown caller with no ID, they did NOT leave me a voicemail for me to know it was Thomas Scott salon calling.

I was made to feel like this was my fault, no apology from them what so ever, so after arriving and being treated very poorly I was told that they could not take me for my appointment. I have not been to this salon for a long time and I was very much looking forward to this appointment. Rude and very very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Went for a cut and color. After the color was started I was told they had bad news, they didn't have the color to finish it. Could I come back another day after they ordered the color. I asked what they were going to do with what they started. They said we could bleach you out until you come back. So now I have a screwed up some kind of hair color.

It's a mess. Steel gray and silver is the most trendy color along with purple Who doesn't carry that or bother to check to see if they have it before they start on your hair. When I left they charged me for the haircut. When I said I wasn't happy I was told "We make mistakes too!" Just what I wanted to hear. When I scheduled the appointment last week why didn't they bother to ask what color I was having. Front desk is rude.

Amazing salon and staff! The facilities are clean and very modern. Front desk staff are polite and courteous. Stylists are knowledgeable about their products and their services. Kristina H. did an incredible job on my hair! 10/10 would return. Definitely found my salon for life.

I've been going here for 10+ years now and have never had a bad experience. Andrew and Alexis are amazing, but I'm sure there is not one bad stylist in this entire salon. They have fixed some horrible mistakes other salons have made with my hair. The facials are also the best I have ever had anywhere, and for every service, they really take their time to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Front desk people are also super friendly as well. I live in California now and only get my haircut whenever I come back to Frederick because no salon is as good in quality and price.
