Liz gave me some of the most beautiful platinum highlights I've ever had. The color is perfection. She also cut and reshaped my hair and the cut emphasizes the color even better while it also helped to lift my curls. She is an absolutely incredible hair colorist and just a fun person to chat with. I definitely found my new permanent salon in the DMV.

I wanted to get a brown blonde balayage done. I got it done from Franchesca the first time and absolutely fell in love! I went again today to get a more blonde look and she did an amazing job! I have been going to Shear Reflections for years with many different stylists. Due to an unforeseen issue, I was changed to Francesca (new to the shop). AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! She is amazing. So sweet and kind with a supportive and gentle personality. Her attention to detail when doing my highlights, lowlights and cut is the best I have ever had (and I am 52 so been through a lot of good and bad hair times).

And her blowouts are incredible. This is my second appointment with her and I never want to go back to anyone else. I have received so many compliments on my style and color. Also, the atmosphere of the salon is warm and friendly. Not just a haircut but a wonderful experience.

Francesca is amazing. She is super nice, and a great professional. I always leave the hair salon feeling amazing. She also has a great memory. She remembers about our last conversations and that makes me feel special, that she doesn't only is great at what she does but she is also a people person. I highly recommend her services. I spent months trying to find a reputable cosmetologist that I could trust to lighten the ends of my hair in a low maintenance way. Shear Reflections has an Instagram page that helped me find Francesca! I could tell that she was skilled in bleach and color application and wanted to have her lighten my hair and add dimension. I called the salon and they helped me determine that I would be getting a balayage and accommodated my request to book with Francesca within a week. Francesca is an absolute gem of a person!

So much so that I'm considering getting my hair done more often just to see her more! She is very skilled at bleach application with amazingly even foils. I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I wanted and she listened to the breadcrumbs I gave her and helped me feel like a whole new woman. She helped me find good products to use when styling and gave me a beautiful haircut. Rita washed my hair and was incredibly sweet as well. Great place to go and trust that you will leave with amazing results. The price was great as well!
