I only have praise for Melanie and Sonja. I see Sonja for body waxing and she is excellent. Melanie does a beautiful job on lashes and waxing. I have been going here for several years.

I had my back waxed here before a vacation, and less than a week later, my back is covered in zits and ingrown hairs. I've had my back waxed numerous times before this and never experienced this issue, ever. A few other flags--the person who waxed got it on unintended body parts and my clothes. They also applied a god-awful amount of aloe that I had to wipe off with paper towels when she left the room before putting on my shirt. I'll never be back and do not recommend going here.

Waxing is pretty personal no? And Brazilian even more so. Sonja is amazing and after years and years of crappy waxing or rushed PLUS mediocre waxes, Sonja is really the best. I've not been for any other services here but I will certainly try some when I have the time - but as for bikini and Brazilians this place is top drawer. Thanks miss Sonja - you really are the best

Critical: Quality I had HORRIBLE bikini bumps in Maui after a wax here that lasted weeks! The woman was nice and the place was clean. It could have just been a personal reaction. I was a late and the waxer worked fast, so maybe that was part of it. At any rate though, it's been bad news bears down there and I do not recommend getting a bikini wax here. Super sweet staff, Sonia did my brows and they're perfect. She listened to my super vague description of what I like (I'm so sorry!) and she totally nailed it. Would definitely recommend them!

This place is fantastic. They do great waxing for everything. Melanie also did a fantastic job with my eyelash lift and tint. I've only had this done once before, and at another place, but with Melanie you can notice a much bigger difference making it so much more worth it.

Both ladies here are great. They do a super thorough job as quickly as possible. Always happy with the results and they try their best to make you happy. They don't nickel and dime you if you need a little extra taken off here or there.

Booked an appointment for leg wax on line, had the wax about an hour later, it only took 10 minutes to do and was relatively painless. Easy, quick, and convenient. Loved it and would go back again for sure.

Everything I was looking for in a brazilian wax service- cute spa boutique, professional and experienced Esthetician (Sonia), fast and not painful wax. Sonia was tuned in to my super sensitive skin and used different waxes for trouble areas (hard for very sensitive and strip for harder to grab hairs). I would highly recommend.

Omg has this place ever gone down hill. That was the second worst waxing experience I've ever had. The shared bathrooms are disgusting and clogged up, I didn't realize people still used strip wax. The rooms were a complete mess and still dirty from a previous clients appointment. It wasn't even a thorough job, there were still straggler hairs remaining. I'm baffled.

I use to go here regularly when they were located in Kentfield. I usually pay my girl $45 in the city and she does a fantastic job. Not only is it more expensive, but it's a half the quality. I won't be going back.

I love this place and have been coming here for several years to get my eye brows waxed and tinted. I have tried all of the ladies and they were all excellent but Sonia is my girl. She is extremely friendly and always makes sure I am happy with my results!

Never have I loved my eyebrows more, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. I never though I would see the day. I just left a scathing review for the-house.com because they are quite simply, THE WORST. So I though I would balance it out with a review for a business that was exemplary and I immediately thought of Smooth Operations. They are so skilled, so quick, so accommodating, so nice, and their shop is so serene. I so enjoy getting my eyebrows done now.

Exactly 3 weeks later and my extensions still look BOMB. Have lost most closest to the inner corners of each eye. I wear some eyeliner and eyeshadow.and even mascara (which is NOT advised) and here's what they look like after 3 weeks:

Went here for a Brazilian. I was in a time crunch and needed a same day appointment. My go to gal (who gets the job done in 10 minutes and 5 pulls) was out of the country, so I found this place and made an appointment due to the yelp reviews and availability. I experienced one of the worst brazilians I've ever had here! She did at least 15 pulls and it took almost 40 minutes! What?!

It was totally unnecessary and caused some bleeding and tons of ingrown hairs. I'm giving this an extra star because the lady was nice and they were able to accommodate me at the last minute, but I won't be returning.

Jessica Glantz thank you for yet another amazing job at my Brazilian! Fast, clean and made me feel so comfortable like always. I really love the place it's just adorable.she stays till 7pm on certain days which helps working ppl :-) she even had time to do my eye brows! Very happy w establishment :-)

So I just have to start off by saying Jessica is AMAZING. She is so incredibly sweet and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with your lashes before you walk through that door! I went in today to get a eyelash fill for my 21st birthday and Jessica went the extra mile to make sure it was absolutely perfect. About 3 weeks ago I went to Jessica for my first time getting a full set of eyelash extensions and I'm so glad I didn't go to anyone else.

I was very nervous to say the least, and she made me feel so comfortable and was EXTREMELY gentle. I didn't even feel her working on my eyelashes. Overall, if you're looking to find the perfect person to do your eyelash extensions, look no further. Jessica is the one to go to. I won't go to anyone else! Thanks so much Jessica!

Had my first ever Brazilian done here based on Yelp recommendations and I couldn't have been happier. Heading back tomorrow for another round. Melanie K is amazing, kind, gentle. Not enough words to describe a good experience. The office is clean, welcoming and easily accessible, right off Sir Francis Drake. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about my eyelash extensions. I booked an appointment to see Jessica 2 weeks ago (per a friend's recommendation) and my eyelashes still look amazing! Jess agreed to see me after her regular business hours which meant a lot as I am usually constrained by my own work hours. Jessica reviewed with me the care instructions that accompany eyelash extensions as well as different options such as synthetic vs mink extensions relative to my ability to maintain them.

After reviewing my options she brought a yoga bolster to put under my knees as I would be on my back for about 90 minutes. During the application of the lashes she would periodically check in with me to ensure I was comfortable. About every 20 minutes I was offered a glass of water and the opportunity to sit up as lying down for that long with one's eyes closed can be difficult for some.

After the application she helped me off the table and accompanied me to the mirror. To my ultimate delight she had achieved the precise look I was going for. My eyelashes looked absolutely stunning; beautifully full and fanned out without the over the top false lash look wanted to avoid. It's been two weeks since my appointment and everytime I look in the mirror I am taken aback.

The adhesive they use is no joke. It truly doesn't budge off my natural lash. Of course I will be returning to get them filled every 4 weeks and will be booking with Jessica from here on out! I would recommend smooth operations to anyone looking for the absolute best lash extensionist in town!
