Gianna was amazing she did a great job. The owner was interactive with me and my experience. Beautiful salon. Everyone very friendly and gave me compliments.

I just want to say that this salon does a great job overall, great service, does great with hair and nails. I had a bad service with my brows recently, the lady named Sierra burned under my brows and my forehead with the wax. I was really upset about that because that doesn't usually happen to me and I was still burned for my wedding. Nobody even apologized or nothing to me. It's really unprofessional and upsetting.

I came in from out of town for a wedding and someone recommended to me. This was the most expensive pedicure for the quality I have ever received. You received nothing great for the overpriced pedicure. They do not have a very selective amount of polish to choose too. They cut my toenails too far back and in the process cut one of my toes. The girl doing my toes gave the clippers she used on my toes to the girl next to her, without even sanitizing them.

The foot files they use are not ones you can sanitize and one girl dropped her's on the floor and proceeded to use it on someone's foot. As I was leaving i notice that one of my toe's is not painted all the way, but refused to go back to have them fix it. The worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Because of the lack of polish and the quality of the pedicure. I had to go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place, due to sanitation issues I saw, quality and quantity of the price of the pedicure and lack of nail polish.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Love getting my eyebrows done there! Tiffany is the best and always get my eyebrows perfect every time. Whatever magic she uses even makes sure as my eyebrows grow they always look great in between appointments too. It's been about 2 weeks and they still look like I just left. Service: Body Waxing

I love coming here. Every time I do, everyone is always so nice and professional. Tiffany was very accommodating since it was my first wax. I called on a Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday with no issue. The place is always so clean and inviting.

I had a wonderful experience here. The whole staff was accommodating and friendly. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I got a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. All of these services were great! I will definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone looking for a spa day/ relaxing massage!

This was my daughter's first pedicure, and out first visit to Francesco's. They made it a fun and relaxing experience for both of us. My daughter was so nervous about someone touching her feet, but she loved it! We will be back again!

I absolutely love Rachel Springer. I always feel polished and confident after she cuts and colors my hair. She is a master colorist and does an amazing job! Manicures/pedicures are lovely as well. Receptionists are always professional and friendly. I brought my daughter here for her first hair cut. everyone was wonderful and her hair was adorable! They also painted her nails, which was such a treat for her. The atmosphere is relaxing and they play great music. Highly recommend!

I had a massage with Jena and A pedicure with Lauren. They were both incredibly sweet. I was a new guest to the salon and had my massage set up first. Jena made me comfortable from the minute I met her. She customized my massage to my needs. I will definitely be back to see her! After my massage i received my pedicure with Lauren. She was friendly and did a great job. I liked the salon in general and will definitely be back!
