We came in with our daughter for her 1st haircut, and I really enjoyed the experience. My daughter seemed to enjoy it too. The experience did feel a bit rushed, but after reading the owners comments on previous reviews, I understand why. Here are things we received during our visit: - stylist offered a strand of hair to take home with a certificate (as it was our 1st haircut) - stylist offered a cartoon for the LO - stylist cut LO's hair and offered: to braid it, spray a fragrance mist, use a glitter spray, color with washable color - stylist asked us if it's OK to use a blow dryer - stylist was friendly, kind, fast and gentle I'm not a huge fan of the name of the place (would never call my LO a brat), but I can still see us visiting again for our next haircut!

My 7 years old daughter happy with her hair style. The stylist was good and did good job on the hair style. I recommend the service and come back next time. The hair stylist and the whole staff was very professional and very good. The hair stylist did a super job on my daughter's hair cut and style. we are come here to the redmond location since 2018, we will come back and highly recomdadd for kids and family haircut and hairstyle.

I only wish I had gone to Ms. Linda sooner. My son had a lot of hair since birth, and by 20 months old I had given him around 8 haircuts. At the beginning it was fine, but they got progressively worse and he tried to grab the scissors and screamed and thrashed, even with CocoMelon and all the puffs trying to bribe him. He is normally a very calm kiddo, but haircuts were a no-go.
We took said 20-month-old to Linda, and my husband and I were joking that morning about how he was going to have traumatizing day, and I was worrying about having to apologize to a stranger while he screamed. None of that happened. He sat like a little freakin' angel as Linda gently walked him through each step, stopped when he got a bit panicked and asked if he wanted her to clean off his hands (and WAITED for him to nod yes!), and sang wheels on the bus to him while buzzing away.
Clearly she's an absolute pro and has been doing this for years, but I will still incredibly impressed with the level of respect she gave to my toddler. She even nicely narrated it to me, describing how long certain areas should be as if I was going to recreate it myself later. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I have found salvation, and I will never look back! As an aside, I also greatly appreciated that the online booking let you know you could request your stylist to wear a mask, and we put that in the comments section when booking, and Ms. Linda was masked when we got there.
It's possible she would have been either way, but it's just a little less awkward to be able to mention it beforehand and not have to request it in person when you were there.

My 5-year-old daughter just had her ears pierced at the Redmond location and we could not be happier. The whole experience was great and the caring staff worked very hard to make her comfortable the whole time. They are able to pierce two ears at the same time, so it's nice and quick. My daughter didn't cry at all. The gold earrings we purchased look of good quality. There was a little hairstyle included with the piercing, which my daughter absolutely loved. Awesome place!

I took my 18 month old daughter here to get her very first haircut and Miss Linda did an amazing job! She was so sweet with my daughter and made her feel super comfortable. I was so nervous she would be all squirmy and would want me next to her but she sat so still! Miss Linda put on a show for her to watch during the haircut and it really helped!
The salon is taking Covid precautions very seriously and everyone was really professional and nice. I will be bringing my daughter back here for future haircuts with Miss Linda. I highly recommend this salon for your kiddos!

I have been taking my kids here for a few years and they do such an amazing job! We went for the first time today since salons reopened and I felt so comfortable being there with all of the safety precautions (limited guests and stylists, temperature taking, thorough cleaning measures, masks, etc) they have implemented. My son got a high quality haircut as always and we felt very safe the whole time. Highly recommend and we love Miss Teresa!

I am beyond impressed with my daughter's experience today at the brat pack kids salon! I brought my eight year old to get her ears pierced for the first time after reading all of the great reviews, which were spot on! Theresa and the staff were so friendly and nice. My daughter was able to choose between either getting her nails done or a hair style in addition to the ear piercing so with the surprise addition of services, she barely had the chance to be nervous and literally ran out screaming in glee with how much she loved her new pierced ears, her new hair style, that it barely hurt, and exclaimed it was one of the best days ever! I will refer this location to any of my friends if/when their own daughters decide to get their ears pierced. Definitely two thumbs up - thank you!
