First time at this salon. It was the best hair experience I've ever had in Bellevue!

The atmosphere here is really warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Charlie is amazing. Her skill is off the charts and she is a delight to interact with.

Charlie is extremely talented. He gave me balayage highlights, I'm very happy with the results.

My stylist moved from Beacon Hill to semi-retired statusbat Salon Domani. She is friendly, fast, and makes me look civilized again. I travel from South Seattle and will definitely return. Her sister is at this salon as well and I would have no problem having her color and/or cut my hair.

This is one of my best salon. Definitely return for service and recommend to others.

Great haircut but very uncomfortable experience. Charlie cut my hair. First thing he asked is if I'm married, then if I'm looking for a boyfriend and if I've ever dated asians. This charade went on for a few minutes and made me want to leave. Sat in silence most of the appointment. The last thing he said was he was gonna take a picture of me for his contacts (said he does that with all clients) but wouldn't post it online as that's illegal and said "ok either smile sexy or cute." Definitely went with cute.

Mai Linh has been cutting my hair for years. She's very sweet and always accommodating. She and Salon Domani are the best!

Queenie Vo is the best! She is very professional, hence, I have been going back to her for my salon needs.

Charlie is TERRIBLE! He doesn't know what he is doing at all and completely ruined my friend's hair. Do not go to him. He bleached her whole head when all she wanted was subtle brown highlights. He was extremely rude and kept jerking her head around violently. He insisted she pay because he still gave service. A terrible hair stylist and person in general.

Quinn is one of the nicest women and so professional and does such a beautiful job and every procedure that she does in this Salon she is amazing

Great hair instinct and great listening: Got my second haircut from Queyenne (Queenie) a week ago, and I love it more every time I wake up and look in the mirror. My hair is thinning for medical reasons, and the long blunt cut I had wasn't flattering. She understood and advised on cut strategies, then gave me an easy to wear style that gave back the natural texture and fullness I was missing.

She has done my waxing for a few years, but I didn't have my hair cut there because the salon isnt great looking. She has 2 for 2 great haircuts now at half the price I was paying before. Highly recommended!

It was mine first time getting waxed and Queenie did amazing job in making me feel comfortable. They use products to make hurt less and it was quick and easy!

I do business. I know the definition of good customer service. They said walk ins are welcome, so I came in hoping to get good haircut. They all said they are busy, so I was on my way to leave. Then one of them offered a quick haircut for me. I agreed but didnt expect it to be 10 min trashy haircut and shampoo. She was sooo rushy and disrespectful. No thank you. I paid $20 plus $10 tip because You Needs it people. Good luck to your business.

Quyene is the best. Quyene makes me feel like a queen. Like im in a spa. the aroma, the music, the dim lights make you forget the pain. I love the wax she uses as it is very gentle and with no pain. She is very professional, clean, n#1 in hygiene, very thorough and fast at the same time. I would never change her

This was my fist time at this salon and it was more good than bad. The only bad part was Queenie had me wait about 15 mins while, I am assuming, she was answering texts and such because she was not with a customer. But when she got to me, she was very, very good. I know she spent extra time with me because I was new there, and I was/am super pleased with the results.

I usually give places two tries, so I am very interested in going there a second time. She was very nice. I appreciated her actually listening to what I was looking for and she was honest with me. So far, two thumbs up!

I made appointment by text message about 3 weeks in advance based on reviews of Charlie. Charlie asked me to text pics in advance which I did. I arrived 5 min late (I took wrong exit and had to drive extra 4 miles!). I texted my ETA en route. Charlie's response: you have 10 am appointment? I think he forgot. When I arrived he had someone in the chair.

I waited 30 minutes exactly. While waiting another person with an appointment for Charlie walked in. Then Charlie took 4 breaks to text very extended messages and took a call. I asked him how long the service would take, and he said 2.5 hours - he was done in under 2 hours. So I then had to sit and wait since my husband was picking me up. The color, toner, and hair wash were great, but the haircut was a little different.

First he used a fine toothed comb and yanked my hair from root to end ripping out knots caused by his hair dryer technique. When I asked him to be more gentle and not rip my hair, he said it was due to hair damage and that I should use a mask (I've used a keratin treatment for softening hair 3x this week). He used a men's hair trimmer to cut my hair all the way around! Pretty different. I'm used to scissors. It does look pretty good, so I may try again. Just very different from what I'm used to.

I have been seeing Queenie for two years now and she is fantastic and knowledgeable. she doesn't try to force people to buy more products and I appreciate that. I have my hair foiled and deep-conditioned every other month and I won't go anywhere else

I've been seeing Queenie for Brazilian waxes for about 2 years. Like others have said, she's personable, efficient, and makes keeping a waxing routine affordable. By prepaying for future appointments, you receive a significant discount and pay about $25 for a wax - unheard of in other salons.

I've been seeing Quyenne for about a year now and out of all my waxing ladies I've worked with, she's been the most consistent when it comes to getting the job done. What I love most about her is how quickly and efficiently she works. I'm in and out of there in 30 min tops. Another reason I keep coming back is because she uses a numbing spray which I thought was odd at first but it really, really helps! Also, what keeps me a regular customer is that she offers a gift certificate for the next time you come in for a maintenance wax for only $25 which is deals!

I like that I can schedule my appointments with her online and just 2-3 days in advance- super convenient! Sometimes I'll even call in to see if she can squeeze me in the same day which she has before.

Quyenne is absolutely awesome and professional. I first found her on Groupon and have gotten a Brazilian with her for years. No bleed, no rash and much less painful than other places I tried before. Highly recommended Quyenne.

Unfortunately I had a very unprofessional experience with Quyenne. I decided to try out Quyenne and bought the groupon for waxing. At one of my appointments in the middle of waxing, she whipped out her phone and proceeded to google and show me pictures of a vacation she recently took. She advertises cleanliness but I don't think that this conduct supported that fact.

In addition, her website does not allow you to cancel appointments so I missed one. When I went in early the next time for that appointment I could make, she was rude and started bad mouthing about me with the customer she was helping RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and told her I would no longer be making my appointments with her.

Queenie does an excellent job with long, thick hair. She does such a great job, my mom and my sister both go to her as well. I get a cut and deep conditioning treatment and it is well priced and extremely worth it!

I purchased two of their groupons for brazilian waxing and was expecting it to be great since their reviews were so high. I should have known something was wrong when the woman began applying the wax in the opposite direction of the hair growth and was going over the same areas again and again. I am now left with what look like burns on my private area. I've never had this type of reaction before from waxing and am seriously regretting buying that groupon! If you are looking for waxing services, stay far away from this salon! I would give them zero stars if that were an option.

Being new to the grey scene, I was sceptical about where I could go for my grooming. At last i stumbled across this place through a Groupon. I called and spoke to Queenyne - who is definitely the queen here to take care of all your waxing and hair color and cut needs! My first time and Queenyne made sure i was comfortable. The place is clean and she never uses the same stick twice to put wax on you.

I got my full legs, brazilian and underarms done and trust me she did it with complete precision! I loved the smooth and flawless feeling afterwards! She didn't leave a single strand on my body. That's wat i call a JOB WELL DONE! Her pricing is great too and that's a Score for me! She's very polite and will never rush you through your appointment. You won't regret coming to Queenyne!

At first I was very nervous as I bought a living social deal here and they had me sign a waiver! Since I saw the lady before me and her hair looked good and she was happy I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! Quyenne did an amazing job, she was very knowledgeable having been in the biz for about 15 years and my hair turned out great! The color was good the cut was exactly what I wanted, and she even gave me a blowout and style for free. I would definitely recommend asking for Quyenne at Salon Domani!
