I'm so embarrassed about the haircut I received. My daughters gasped in horror when they saw what I came home looking like. The staff is friendly, but clearly they don't know what they are doing. I cried when I left. I will never go back and it's a shame because they are nice. I'm so embarrassed though. I just cry. I've never had a cut this bad.
