I purchased a $150 gift card for Philippe's Day Spa in Indianapolis for a Christmas gift for my mother. Before she could redeem it the spa closed with NO WARNING! I've called Beauty Express and they refused to give me a refund. They instead gave me a list of three other places to go which do not offer the same services and have different people working.
My mom sees a specific esthetician. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Told me "I'm lucky there is any place to go at all." That is not how someone in customer service should respond! Do not use this company!
