I have been going to Stephen Paul Salon for close to 3 years now. LISA Hummel has been my nail tech since the beginning. She has absolutely brought me out of my shell and gotten me to really explore new things. She is amazing and has a great eye for new trends, styles and colors. She takes pride in her work and is a perfectionists. I have seen Gabriel for my hair many times.

He has created beautiful pinks, purples and baliyage styles on me. I have always loved them all. Also a perfectionist and creative soul. Manages expectations well. I have dark brown hair and wanted a mahogany to rose gold to platinum blond ombre. He delivered but made sure I knew it was going to take multiple sessions and would not last a very long time with washings.

I have visited Kara for skin care. She is amazing and cares about you as a person. I have also visited Gloria's cafe. Great food at reasonable prices. The boutique is cute and has quality clothing and decor. I cannot praise this salon enough. It's very upscale inside but very friendly honest hardworking people inside. You can tell it's like one big family. I will never go anywhere else

Very nice huge salon, that does everything! Amy G. did a nice color and cut on my hair and she does my client hair which always looks great as well!

Saw Lisa for manicure. Very nice. First mani in a while. Made another appt. Pale nurse nails. Lasting great so far. No longer fan of gel. Used for a while.

Cande is the best Nail Tech ever! She does fantastic, wonderful, nails and her pedicures are amazing! I don't go anywhere else but to her highly recommend her! Monica is an amazing Hair stylist and colorist! I will not let anyone touch my hair but her. The best I have had as an adult. She has been doing my hair for years now and my color is always amazing! Highly recommend her!

I wish I could remember the name of my stylist. I was on vacation and needed a French braid. I literally tried 10 other salons and she took me in and was soooo nice. Had a great chat with her and another client. Super impressed with this place. Next time I'm in town I will come here

This place is great! I started coming here a few months ago and really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and the vibe is fun and welcoming.

I purchased a hair cut and color through Groupon for 70.00. I contacted the salon to schedule an appt. I was greeted by the receptionist who was UNHELPFUL.! She advised me I needed to contact Marge since she is the one accepting the offer. I contacted Marge on her cell phone to only be advised that she is not HONORING my coupon that I already purchased. Marge was not only very unprofessional but she started arguing with me.

Just for the record, in case you purchase these coupons on Groupon they are not honoring them although they still have them on the site to purchase! Very bad service! I will never attempt to do business with them! Groupon is just as bad! Wish you all luck!

Naomi is the best! The staff has always the knowledge available to be able to answer my questions when I'm there. They pay attention to detail. The place is clean and neat. Well kept up and I will definitely return. here. This place is huge and very elegant! A one stop shop for everything hair. Hair Salon, Shopping, and the salon is at least 3000 square feet! I have exclusively switch all of my self care needs to Steven Paul salon. They cater to every possible need, from nails to hair to waxing to body sculpting, plus the cute boutique items for sale. They have been extremely safe and followed all CDC guidelines. Staff is friendly, considerate, and caring. This has become a place where I feel just as at home as I do at home.

Monica is the best! She has great intuition with her clients when it comes to color and is thoughtful in her approach to creating a sense of personal style for each of her clients. She is my go to lady in Arizona and also my cousin. Having my time with her at the salon is a great motivator to visit family!

Koltton Fox is amazing! Been going to him for years! Professional and kind. Even when I moved out of AZ I still travel back to see him! Best facial and eyebrow design ever experience!

Stylist Edith Rivera was selling vouchers for haircut/ over all color thru Living Social I bought voucher with exp date 10/26/20. Called to make appt. Edith response I don't do Groupon any more, they can give you refund! Contacted salon talked to mgr who was no help. NOTE: Edith Rivera has other 1star reviews on this site!

Tiffany Brimhall is the best hair stylist I have ever had! She is an expert colorist, cut and stylist. Tiffany is professional and approachable on color, cut and style. In the three years I have been her client I have never had a bad color or cut. Because of her, I often get compliments on my hair which I LOVE to hear. She enjoys what she does and is a really nice person. Kathy W.

Had a great experience with Monica. She gave me a great cut that looks great and was so helpful and was very thorough and friendly. If you want a great cut and great atmosphere with a true stylist book her for an appointment.

I always see Gabriel Carlos for my hair color and cut. He is literally the best out there! Carlos has been my hair stylist for the past year and a half and I literally won't see anyone else when it comes to my hair. He is so creative and I always receive the best compliments on my hair after I've seen him.

Came here for a first time visit. Located in old town Scottsdale on a quieter street with plenty of anytime 3 hour parking spots. My long time hairstylist moved out to this location and I am happy to have followed. Gabriel Carlos is definitely worth the drive from west chandler! He takes credit card and sends you both email and text reminders of appointments.

I purchased a Groupon for stylist Edith Rivera's color & cut services. After leaving her several voice mails and calling the salon directly, she called me back. She was immediately abrasive, not cooperative in trying to make me an appointment, and was already trying to upcharge me. I asked about an in person consultation, as I'm not a stylist, and wasn't able to answer questions to her liking.

She said our phone conversation was her consultation. If she's that rude over the phone, I'm not willing to sit with her for hours or allow her to touch my hair. I requested my Groupon for Ms. Rivera be refunded. I also contacted another stylist at this salon, Brittany Rudd. She never even returned my call. Appears stylists at this salon don't want new business?!

I was in the beauty salon on 12/25/18 to make lights in my hair. I had talked to the hairdresser what I wanted and for the second time my hair did not look good. The colors are terrible. Na hair root one color and the rest of hair body another color! nothing is even! I said that if it was not possible to leave the same colors were not made and even then the hairdresser did. I will not be back in this room ever again! I paid 210 dollars to cry!

Synia Maine is my hairstylist since I can remember she is amazing! If i tell her to play, then I trust her to run with it, color, style, length, bangs whatever. She recently gave me some sassy bangs that I haven't dated to rock since I was a kid. People LOVE them. Then recently saw kara for lashes and they are the first set I've ever had. They are beautiful and lush. I'm in love with them.

I purchased a Groupon special from Edith Rivera. She told me if my hair was pass my shoulders that I'd pay about $50.00 extra (my Groupon was $60.00). and that was just common sense, I should know this. Well, umm. Then the color I get needs to be the same color that I have. Then what's the purpose. She also said that I was welcome to get a refund.

That was it, I didn't want her to touch my hair. Women's hair is their treasured mane, that should be common sense for a hair professional. I found her to be rude and discouraging me for the service that I paid for. Very unprofessional.

Brittany Rud is a rock star. I had no idea what to expect, but I read some of her reviews online and figured I'd take a chance on her. I'm glad I did. I went in there with coarse, brittle, sad sad sad hair, and I left feeling like a movie star. She gave me a *fantastic* cut, matched my roots perfectly to the rest of my hair, and gave me tips on how to style my newly refreshed mane.

Besides being a phenomenal hair stylist, she's a kind, laid-back human being, easy to talk to and a pleasure to be around. Coming from someone who literally *never* likes how my hair comes out, let me tell you: Brittany is an exception. Girl knows what she's doing, and I will definitely be back for her hair magic.

Brittney Rudd is great : really liked her personality and the salon itself is very pretty. Minus one star because it felt a bit rushed, although I understood what she was going through. Overall would go back and I recommend her.

Zero stars if I could do not by the Groupon for Edith Rivera! She does not answer the phone or return calls so you will waste your money. Also Groupon won't refund me

We've been coming here for a few years now and I love this place and especially love Mark Loposky! You always do an awesome job and we really appreciate your talent, hard work and tolerance with our weird schedules. So we just want you to know we appreciate you. I love this place and actually followed my awesome hair stylist Mark Loposky from another salon. We've been coming to Mark for over 10 years and he is great! I would recommend Mark to anyone! Happy holidays!

Nothing spells "trust" like an incredibly short hair cut. I had a hidden desire to move from a chin length bob to something more.striking. Susan Kennedy helped me realize those dreams. Let me be honest. My stomach fluttered as the scissors started to do their magic. I had thoughts like, "OH no! What about my ears? Do I have nice enough ears for this?!" (Susan laughed later.

She had scoped my earlobes out prior to agreeing to change my hairstyle.) But having a Pinterest board and having a hairstyle you'll love are two different things. I love my hair. A visit with Susan is a delightful way to spend time. Like visiting a friend you'll laugh, snort (she's funny!), relax and leave feeling fab. Not only will she happily spin thru pinterest boards, she'll be creatively constructive and, most importantly, honest.

This woman can cut all lengths of hair and colors with ease. This salon is decorated tongue in cheek. Gargoyles greeted me from surprising ledges. If I had known, I'd have budgeted more time to grab a bite at reception. Super cute place in Scottsdale with my favorite stylist!
