Cerritos location was established in 2002 and was the first studio of Vinita's chain. It is conveniently located in the plaza across Cerritos Mall at 183rd Street and Gridley Road. I went to Anjali for blowdry and all I basically got there was her yelling at me. She did a very lousy job in a rush, and when I said I din't like it, she walked off and literally asked me to just pay the bill (also asked me to tip lol). I asked her to use hair spray because I did the blowout in the evening and needed it for the next day and she simply denied it, and said "You will anyway have to do the blowdry again". Very unprofessional and humiliating experience.

I had a very bad experience at Vinita's threading stuido's westwood location. I went in on August 25th hoping to get my eyebrows done, instead left the place being completely insulted by the staff. I would suggest this place only if you feel like you want to get yelled at for asking for a service from the staff. They are very rude. Completely dissatisfied.

I have had one amazing experience and one terrible experience at Vinita's. This is an entirely hit-or-miss kind of place, and your experience will depend solely on the person you get. For that reason, unless you've been here before and know who you like to work with, I would highly recommend NOT coming here, as the chances of having a bad experience are unreasonably high.

I came here to get my eyebrows done. The lady told it'll be 5 mins. 15 mins go by and ask how much longer. she says 5 minutes. 10 minute go by and still waiting. I left. Why do people lie? Just say it'll be at least 25 minutes. After 25 mins i left- she prolly would have told me another 5 minutes. didn't get my brows done. waste of my time! I will never give them my business. what liars

So disappointed in this place. Dirty & overpriced. I arrived early for my first ever appointment, excited after reading all the good reviews. Lila left me on the waxing table for over 20 minutes, half done with a dirty sticky towel to cover, in the cold air conditioner until I was shivering. Had to leave in the middle. found a much better place next door, Bizu, and they took excellent care of me! Never going back to Vinita's again.
