Vanessa is truly an artist. Had a hair cut done by her last Saturday and she gave me possibly the best haircut I have ever got in my life. She is so particular and focused and knows exactly what she's doing. You automatically feel in great hands with her. And not to mention her sweet energy. Love her. The best hair cut I have ever received. I have about 7 cowlicks and she was able to give me a pixie cut that I never want long hair again! That being said. I moved out of state and am terrified to let anyone else touch my hair. It has been over a year and each grow out stage had me like wow! I love this! These people know hair. Not just hair cuts!

I moved to LA 4 years ago. One of the things I dreaded the most was the necessity of finding a new hairstylist. My hair is curly, unruly and knows better how it suppose to style. My opinion doesn't count. That's how it was before I met Irene from Chop Chop. She is a magician. She knows how to tame my hair and make me look really really good. She showed me how to blow dry it so I look like a superstar.

I met plenty of stylists in my life and some of them were really talented but Irene is by far the best. And there is more. Everyone in Chop Chop is so nice, so welcoming and caring that I feel like I'm visiting my extended family. The staff didn't really change in 4 years I'm going there and that means it is a really great place not only to do a haircut but also to work here. For me, it is important to see that not only clients but also stylists enjoy being there.

I was looking to correct my "red" hair (which was essentially orange). I came to Lizette. She is friendly and made me feel special and really took time with my hair. It's now the perfect shade of red and I couldn't be happier with it. Would recommend to anyone!

I've had the pleasure of having my hair cut, colored and styled by Zanne for several years and no one comes close to her care, attention to detail and artistry. I have an a-line bob with layers to add volume. I know that this is a challenging cut and I've gone to several other stylists when Zanne took some time off and no one else got it quite right.

At the beginning of each appointment she asks for feedback on how the cut has been because she is always striving to make it better. She takes her time executing the cut and color to ensure the perfect result. I love that she thinks about my hair before our appointments if she has a great adjustment to the cut or color and shared her ideas with me.

I love the that when she colors my hair she is careful to color just what needs it rather than carrying it all the way through and letting it sit so it does less damage to my hair. This means she is sorting between my base and highlights- i know this is time consuming for her but my hair appreciates it! In addition to being highly skilled, she is also an amazing person and is a joy to talk to. Let Zanne do your hair- I know you will love it!

I loved this place! Very friendly and professional crew. I had the nicest haircut ever, I'm not sure about the name of the stylist (sammy or sunny) but honestly i can say that she is a total pro. Definitely going back.

Chop Chop Salon is my favorite place ever! Chaie is a hair goddess! She gives an outstanding cut and I trust her completely with my locks. I won't let anyone else touch my hair! I have also had a Keratin done here which was amazing as well. Soon to get my hair dyed for the first time ever by Beau. I only trust the amazing folks at Chop Chop Salon for the job!

Super delayed review for my hairdresser jay. But he's the truth, best hair experience ever. Got exactly what I wanted. He's patient and paints your hair strand by strand and gives you proper education on how to care for the hair afterwards as well. Very pleased!

As a first time customer, usually a nerve-wracking experience when it comes to your hair, I was relieved to have had such a great experience. This is a beautiful, airy salon with a great vibe. I received the perfect cut from Lauren who was warm, funny and an absolute pro. Happy to have found my new spot!

I can't state enough good things about them. I used to drive all the way to Santa Barbara and spend about $200 every time on my hair, and now I swear I get better color & cut service for half the price. I will let cut my hair from here on out. The entire staff is amazing, and my stylis worked with me to find a short cut. They stayed after hours to make sure I was getting the haircut I wanted. And yes, I got the best haircut ever. The owner and his staff were super pleasant and made sure you were taken care of.
