Husband booked a spa day for us on our Anniversary Trip to St Louis. Being the man that he is, he waited till the last min to book, but Vitality got us in and made sure we got the services that we wanted. We each got a massage and a facial. My massage was ok, but my husband loved his. His facial was also amazing and mine was just ok. It's just my luck that he goes in and comes out looking like George Clooney and I come out looking like a wet rat.

I will say my skin is soft and dewy, I would have like to have some extractions done but I really appreciated Ellie going over products with me and gave me brands that were not even carried in the store part of the spa. It was very clean and you could tell that they were very prudent about sanitation. Masks are still required but you basically took them off for everything anyway and there was hand sanitizer everywhere! All in all I would go back if we visit St Louis again. I would make sure the package that I book would include everything that I want as well.

My second visit in less than a month. Massages and facials are fantastic and incredibly personalized. You may pay a bit more but believe me, IT'S WORTH IT! Great place for a girls day too!

Had the absolute BEST facial by Ellie! I got the cranberry cosmo facial they have for the holidays and it did not disappoint! Ellie was so sweet and gave me lots of tips and skincare product recommendations. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I've been seeing Tamlin for deep tissue massage for the last 6 months and she has done wonders. I'm a hairstylist and I've got mega issues with my body. Tamlin does the perfect blend of actually working out my issues while still leaving me feeling relaxed and happy. I would 100% recommend her and Vitality Spa!

I wanted to treat myself to massage before my wedding day, and I picked Vitality because of the good reviews. Tamlin was my massage therapist and Liz was with my friend who went with me. We both had a great experience. It was super relaxing - I didn't want it to end! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I love coming here for facials. Ellie is the absolute best and does an amazing and thorough job explaining everything and giving recommendations. My skin has never looked better!

My facial was great. It was supposed to be 75 minutes and it was only 65. Not a big deal Except that I paid for 75 minutes. And I expected her to talk and tell me what she was doing, especially since it was my first time. It also felt very rushed. I will be back but I really want the entire time I pay for.

I had a wonderful facial with Sherry! She takes the time to go over the products, listens to any skin concerns you may have and creates a unique facial based on your needs. It was the most relaxing experience and my skin was so soft and glowy afterwards. Sherry is the best!

I just had my first massage at this spa and it was excellent. Kelly was my masseuse and she was perfect! The spa itself is very clean and inviting. It gives off very relaxing vibes. Would be happy to come back and recommend to others.

I had my first facial in August with Ellie and my first massage today with Kelly and both services were fantastic. I had never had a facial or massage so I had no idea what to expect. Both Ellie & Kelly helped me feel comfortable and excited to come back for another service. I will be suggesting this spa to friends & family!
