The manager Amy is extremely rude! She sells people lotion that she knows doesn't do what she claims just to make a sale. Several times I have pray tanned and nothing came out. When I explained this to the manager she ignored my concerns and refused to give me my money back. I even wiped my skin with a baby-wipe to show them I had no spray tan on my skin. Poor management! Poor customer service! Scam! Do not purchase lotion here.

Ashton, the manager is very helpful and knowledgable. All four of the girls are very friendly. Their red light bed is amazing! It is helpful for many skin disorders and even migraines. They have different levels of tanning beds available, and the knowledge to help you pick the eight beds and accessories to help you obtain your best tan.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new salon to tan at. I called and stopped by with the intentions of purchasing a membership. I explained the bed I was wanting to tan in and told her (Brittany) that I came from a salon I tanned at for 20 plus years and I wanted to pay monthly or maybe even by the year. I was told it had to be deducted from my card each month automatically and there was no other options.
After reading other reviews here I wasn't comfortable doing that but would gladly sign up and pay in advance. She told me no. Sun City, not only did you lose a sale, but also what would've been a loyal customer. My mind was blown. Needless to say I didn't tan at all there. Wow!
