I've been with Glow for about a month now and couldn't be happier with them. I was surprised at how short of a time you need to stay in the tanning beds and how cool they keep you. The beds and rooms are always super clean, as they should be, and the girls are so friendly and knowledgeable and really make you feel comfortable. My tan is looking great so far and I look forward to being nice and tan for the summer and my upcoming wedding. Thank you Glow!

Tl;dr Visit Glow - you won't be disappointed! I am temporarily in Oroville, and am preparing for a friend's wedding in June. In an effort not to give Casper the friendly ghost vibes in my friend's wedding photos, I decided to try tanning for a month at Glow. Karissa & Ashley (the tanning techs) have been so helpful and kind while assisting this newbie tanner learn the ropes.
I wish that Glow was open later, but the facilities make it fairly easy for me to tan during my work breaks. Now a month later, and I've got a gorgeous bronze glow to my skin! Definitely check out Glow for your tanning needs!

Owner Tiffany is rude not only in this business but in the community as well. I will not support this business or their poor behavior towards others. Their beds are not regularly maintained, the stand up bed sometimes worked you couldn't control the bed with the button inside, it had like an electrical short (final destination creepy) their record keeping is poor, I used the stand up bed many times when it would work, but I guess they don't keep track of that?
Unfortunately the owner is not happy about my poor experience, when trying to contact her she just yelled and screamed at me, she didn't want to resolve anything she's just mad she got a bad review? Not sure but that's my honest opinion, I may have been willing to adjust it. But the whole interaction with her was negative. Just be cautious when using this business they make up any lie in desperation to cover up their bad practices and just be weary when giving them your bank account information. Update: after being harassed via google reviews, her story has changed several times to accommodate her lies.
I can't remember every staff I encountered when I was there in the 6-7 months I tanned there, I signed up to tan as a new customer isn't that what the staff there is supposed to do? At the end of my membership I wanted to cancel. When I called and was upset about what happened during the cancellation process, no one offered the owner and husband. I don't know what other issues that are clearly internal within this company but projecting them because of a negative review is tacky.
Take this review as constructive criticism, take it with class and a learning experience for not only YOU, but your "new staff" I encourage others to go see for themselves, since the staff asks the customers to leave a positive review.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Tiffany has spray tanned me since 2010. She's the best there is. The tan looks so natural and flawless every time. I used to use the tanning beds and they were always clean. The shop is always open they say they will be. They are very active on social media with sales, specials, and hour updates. Service: Tanning

My wife loves to tan so we went in there so she could just have some of "her time". Since we lost our home in paradise I thought it would be a nice treat. The owner is so rude and snappy. I've heard stories of her from people in town and we didn't want to believe and just take a chance. Luckily I only bought her a few sessions and their done with. Will choose a different place.
