Very disappointed. I try to bring it up and she kind of just blew me off and said it was about the lighting, it's streaky the highlighting isn't framed right around my face I have a lot of lowlights near my face. consider the way I part my hair. She said she was going to do a balayage technique and I told her balayage is usually what I get and I really liked that but the way it came out is nothing as expected highlights all the way to my root which I told her I'm trying to get something that will grow out well.

I am new to the area so this was my first time here at Image Salon. I was very impressed by the staffs friendliness. The salon is clean, modern and fresh. My haircut was just what I wanted. She listened to me and also made suggestions. I was able to make an appointment easily and they called the day before to remind me.

I had my hair lightened at Image salon. I paid $180, and my hair had green tones. It looks horrible! I called the salon, and the stylist told me that it turned green because I am in a wheelchair and she couldn't properly rinse it out. They never said my wheelchair was an issue before they started my hair. This is discrimination against me and my disability.
I just want my money back. They have not returned my money and now want to charge me another $300 to fix it! If I don't get my money back, I will be filling a complaint with ADA! I will never go back and don't recommend this salon to anyone!

Just moved to the area and I was so nervous about getting my hair done just by anyone because ive had some pretty bad experiences, but when i left Image salon after getting my hair highlighted, i was so happy! My hair had a redish color to it and Lindsey did a great job on doing what i asked. Super happy! No brassy goldish color, and my hair looks great! Definitely going back to Lindsey.
