Lori and the girls who work here are super sweet, it's a nice feeling to come get a tan and just one of the ways I'm able to spoil myself. I live the fancy lotions available and try to purchase them when I can. They make a difference in the beds and smell good and are cute to use. I love how good my skin has looked lately since I began coming and I can't wait to go later today. It's def a time I look forward to.

I highly recommend Summit Beach tanning salon. Not only is their salon clean. With a wide selection of tanning products and multiple beds. Stand ups. And spray tan options. Their customer service was beyond exceptional. I was greeted by Lori. Who didn't just have a warm welcoming smile but had the best customer service I have received in a very long time.

She was very knowledgeable and informative and after talking to me for a few minutes. She knew exactly what to offer me. I had not been in a tanning salon in many years. I had the absolute 100% BEST experience at Summit Beach Tanning Salon today! As a first time spray tanner, I had a bunch of question about ho the process works. How to pick the color, what do I do pre-tan? How long does the spray tan last? How often do I tan? After care? How much does it cost? Luckily the young lady that helped me today was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding.

I honestly could not have asked for anything better for my first time. She was a So super sweet and friendly. There are so many options to choose from, but today since it was my first time, I chose level two with bronzer. I wanted to see my color immediately.lol! Not that I have anywhere to go at this moment needing a tan, but I'm just tired of being pale.lol!

Now that it has been several hours since my spray tan today, my color looks amazing. It's even, and the perfect shade I was going for. Now maybe when I have to put on a bikini, I will bump up to level 3, but for now, everyday, level 2 is just right. I opted for the 6 tan package, as that is the best deal for my needs at the moment. Over the next several weeks, I'm sure that will change.

Not sure if the package that I got is good for the tanning beds, but I'm sure there is something available. I should also note, the salon is impeccably clean. While I was waiting for my turn to use the spray tanning machine, there were several other people coming in to use the tanning beds. As people were coming in and out, they were sanitizing the beds immediately and thoroughly.

On a side note, Summit Beach Tanning Salon does not take appointments, it's walk-in only, so first come, first served. I arrived about 11am, and only waited a few minutes, as only 1 person was ahead of me. The salon has 1 spray tanning machine, but several different types of tanning beds. Looking forward to many more tans at Summit Beach Tanning Salon!

Great salon. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and polite. The beds are very nice and well maintained. You will get lots of color here in these beds. Lots of product to choose from here. The pricing on the products and tanning packages are very competitive. I' ve been tanning for almost 30 years and this salon is one of the best

I've always loved coming here for the last couple of years. It's extremely clean and the girls working here are all so professional, sweet and knowledgeable employees. But I'm writing this review because 6 months ago I stopped coming because. well. life happened! Covid, school, a toddler. A few months went by and I kept telling myself I needed to get in there to either freeze my account or start tanning again!

Well it turns out my card wasn't going through-- fast fwd 6 months later, I owed over $600! The owner was so understanding and worked with me to get my account back active. Thank you guys!

Best tanning salon in the Inland Empire, hands down. Lori, the owner is such a gem, always takes her time to greet you and catch up. She sets a standard for customer service and her team is wonderful. She invests in her employees with training and knowledge as well as example. You never catch Lori not working or at the front of her business. They offer all the latest lotions for every price point and are so helpful making recommendations.

Lori the owner was phenomenal this morning. She was sympathetic and understanding of my situation and dealt very professionally with me. The location is also EXTREMELY clean. Highly recommend.

Needed a last minute spray for a wedding I was attending and realized I wouldn't make home it to my usual tanning place before they closed! I'm unfamiliar with the area since starting a new job so I decided to make a call to Summit Beach Tanning and see if I could get a last minute versa spray before they closed. I was absolutely delighted to be greeted by such a friendly voice! Alyssa answered all my questions and was so polite. The amazing customer service continued when I physically came into the salon as well. Alyssa, thank you for a great first time experience! I will be back :

I've been going to this place for over 10 years. Even after moving I will still make the commute to only go to this salon. They are the cleanest and have the highest quality service that I have ever experienced.

Lori is amazing! I went in for a tanning lotion and with so many products I was lost walking in. I told her what I wanted and she was able to narrow down options for me in my price range. And she went through each product telling me the ingredients and what they would do for me. It was a quick and easy process and I love the lotion I ended up getting. I'm looking tan and bronze after 3 uses! Thank you Lori.

Love! Love the service and staff. Clean and perfect location. Best lotions and treatments for your skin. They also do spray tans. Have multiple types of beds so you get all the options. I need to try versa spa next. I hear it's amazing.

I don't go there. And probably wouldn't due to being an x tanning bed owner. Professional Salon Stylists. Skin cancer. Is most likely in future if you go to any tanning shop. Spray tan is best. But the shop is very nice and clean.

I have been going here since they opened 10+ years and by far the best tanning spot I have ever been to. Always clean and beds are well maintained. Love the quality and variety of beds. Always friendly staff and owner/manager is super nice and friendly.

For me Cleanliness is very important and Summit Beach Tanning Salon is absolutely spotless. Employees always wipe down all the equipment, handles, entry points and any points that might be conducive to spread Covid-19. I've been a member since they opened up and its a class act. No other tanning salon I've been in matches this companies professionalism and cleanliness.

My first time ever getting a tan, and I so needed it.my skin was uneven in color lol.and I was so skeptical about getting a tan.but the staff made me feel so comfortable, pretty beautiful receptionist upfront was the most sweetest to me, so kind so knowledgeable. I've been tanning at this location since june & I absolutely love this tanning salon. The employees are sweet and very helpful. They all take pride in what they do and give great recommendations on which lotions that will be best for your skin. They also sanitize the beds and surrounding areas very well, I definitely feel safe in their establishment during these hard times with covid.

I really enjoy getting spray tans at this location. It's exceptionally clean and offers a lot of privacy. I unfortunately do not tan easily and this place place gives the most realistic spray tan that I have ever gotten.

I really do hope the manager sees this. I've been going to this tanning place for over seven years I absolutely love it and the manager is amazing. Unfortunately I have to say I am Pretty upset right now. So my monthly plan is a little over $100. I have not tanned once since this whole pandemic started. I went in today to get a spray tan. Apparently my payment was due two days ago.

But it didn't go through because my bank had detected some fraud activities so they canceled my card and sent me a new one. We all know how frustrating and irritating that whole situation is alone. I asked the girl working if she knew when my contract was up and she said I had already filled it so that I can cancel whenever I want it. I asked her if the payment that they were trying to take out was for last month or this upcoming month of tanning she couldn't answer the question she didn't know the answer.

So I asked could I pay for my spray tan and next time I'll bring the new card. She said no that nothing could be done unless the payment was done. I told her that was completely understandable but if the payment was going to be for the next following month why would that be important? Because couldn't I just cancel and next time I come in sign another contract.

She said nothing could be donne. During this back-and-forth I did asked her if it was possible I could speak to the owner so that maybe we can work something out being that I've been a loyal customer for so many years. Anyways after a little bit of back-and-forth I let the worker know that there was absolutely nothing I can do right now because I didn't have another card on me and I have to wait for my new one. I also told her that I would be speaking to the manager about the fact that I did ask if I could speak to her and my question was ignored.

Great experience! I had been researching the Versa spray tanning booth ( first timer ) and was recommended by a friend to try out Summit Beach Tanning! I called in and Lori was so helpful over the phone answering all my questions thoroughly. I then went into the salon an hour later and she once again explained everything and also provided information on products that would help keep my tan lasting longer ( no pressure to purchase the products just highly informative ). I love the way my spray tan came out and the salon was very clean! Thanks again Lori you are the best!

The customer service at this place is incredible! 2 young ladies helped me sign up. Both were extremely informative and beyond nice. Elisa and the other gal (brunette girl) deserve recognition for sure! The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. I'm definitely happy with my experience. I will definitely recommend to m friends.

Best tanning salon I've ever been to in the years I've been tanning. The owner (Lori) runs this salon so smoothly, the girls that work there are so sweet and the salon its self is always in tip top condition! I've used their spray and their beds, I recommend both! Went in this morning for the first time. The location is super clean, smells good, and the lady who helped me at the front desk was extremely sweet. I got a spray tan and the whole process was explained thoroughly. I forgot a hair tie and another lady working there gave me one! Just such a nice team of women working here. The spray tan went as planned, and it's 7 hours later and my color looks great. I will probably get a membership for the summer, this place seemed very high quality, and i appreciated the customer service. Will be back soon!

I am basing my review on my encounter tonight. Me and my friend met here to get a membership, I already had one, but cancelled it because I was pregnant. So I wanted to get another and was told there would be a membership fee! That doesn't make any sense, I have been coming here for many years and now I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I was never told there would be another fee if I wanted to reinstate it in the future. On another note: The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff is always very nice and helpful.

Nicest Salon in SB County. Great Owner. Personable Staff. Very clean and comfortable. Equipment is always well maintained. Immaculate place. I don't get a chance to visit often because I get naturally Sun but end of Winter and beginning of Spring, I enjoy visiting.

Love the spray tans! I purchased the additional hydration and bronzer options, and my tan easily lasted a week. My second spray has lasted almost 2 weeks. No splotchiness or missed spots. No orange tone. I am very fair skinned, so I was worried about looking orange or seeing splotches of miscolored areas, but nope, none, nada, zilch, zippo! I am thoroughly pleased with my spray tan and will keep coming back!

Being a newbie to this, I had a ton of questions. I called first, and the girl on the phone was extremely helpful in answering my questions. When I came in I had more questions, and they were happy to answer all of them. Everything was clean and tidy! Excellent all around.
