Our Annual Sip And Swap event gives both the Bello Salon team and our clients the opportunity to make a difference in the Riverside. Sip And Swap invites attendees to bring in their unused clothing items.
A technique for highlighting hair in which lightener is painted on in such a way as to create a graduated, natural-looking effect. Major shift in color (Example: Dark to light), removing previous color or any transformation. Can be clear to just add shine or have colored pigment to compliment, refresh or tone the hair.

Ingrid is a rock star! I wanted to switch things up, and after watching the new season of Stranger Things I noticed everyone had bangs. I've been so afraid of getting/having bangs for the longest time, but I realized how attractive they look and I finally went in to get them. I described what inspired me and what I wanted, showed a couple of pictures and she understood me right off the bat.
My hair is so beautiful, I'm in love and I'm so excited to start my summer of gorgeous hair! I feel so sassy and confident now. I can't believe it! Wow! She's amazing. All the stars. Infinite stars!

It's always a pleasure to talk to Kim and have her work on my hair. She explains everything thoroughly and discusses the steps needed to get my hair the way I want it. I've recommended her to my family and friends. The salon is really clean and they have snacks in case you get hungry. Everyone is extremely friendly and honest, especially when it comes to discussing your wants and needs.

Stellar experience with Michele! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and was so accommodating even when I changed my mind and wanted to add bangs. Everyone there was super friendly and I love the snack bar. What I liked best is that Michele taught me how to simply style my cut (while taking into account my request for low-maintenance) so it can always look great!
She is clearly an expert and a pro and I've never had such a great salon experience! I can never go back to great clips now lol that I found her lol. I'm in love with my new look!

Absolutely recommend this salon! I called and Michelle had picked up the phone. I told her I wanted to come in for a haircut. Most places would just give me a time slot and that's it but Michelle wanted to know more about my hair, length, texture etc while on the phone. I got lucky and was able to come in to see Diana for my appt. the receptionist(I didn't get her name) was amazing as well.
She gave me a tour of the salon and introduced my to all the stylist, that was so sweet. It made me feel really welcomed. I sat down with Diana and she really took the time to see what I wanted. She gave me some great recommendations for my hair. I have curly hair but I often straighten it so she recommend a few things and a haircut that would look good both ways. I made my f/u appt with Diana and look forward to seeing everyone again. Thank you!

I'm new to the city of Riverside, finding a new dentist, doctor and hair stylist is one of the hardest things to find when moving to a new city. I booked a happy hour blow dry service here and left happy. I booked an appointment for my daughter the following week. She was charged a $2 Covid fee hahahaha. Why do you charge a covid fee if you don't practice covid safety protocols?.
She was the only person in the salon who wore a mask. Her temp wasn't taken. So why a covid fee? I wasn't charged a fee and if I was. The receptionist didn't tell me. salons have been open for over a year since the "shut down" why still charge a fee if your prices went up? When I booked my appointment online and over the phone. I was not advice of such a silly fee! It's too bad you charge a dumb fee that I don't support therefore I'll be looking for another salon here in Riverside. You replied to my review but didn't answer my questions.

Unbelievable terrible service. We booked for a wedding 2 weeks prior to the date of service and was contacted 3 days prior citing their system booked an incorrect time allotment for the service. They could not fix it and ended up canceling my appointment. We were told their system is double booking people and it's out of their hands. Do not book here, you'll be notified 5 minutes before something and it's too late to find another option.

This place is honestly so wonderful. The vibes in the salon are just great. It feels like being in a room full of friends. Everyone I talked to was so nice! It's very clean and organized. Charlene is absolutely incredible. She explained everything she was doing with my hair and made me feel so comfortable. She also offered suggestions and explained any changes she was thinking about making with my hair.
The service did take a little bit longer than I was originally told it would (gotta love the thick hair problems, right? LOL), but it was worth it. I'm in love with my hair and this salon will probably end up being my go to salon for the foreseeable future. Definitely highly recommend this salon if you're in the Riverside area!

This was my first time coming here and I was NOT disappointed! Charlene did an amazing job on my hair. I explained to her how depressed I was getting with my hair being so thin, I really wanted volume and to be dark. Charlene listened to my concerns and performed a miracle on my hair. The fullness she created and color is amazing! I didn't think it was possible to make my hair look so full.thanks to Charlene it was possible! There was a time I would have given Bello Salon a 5-star rating but that ended yesterday. I wanted to book an appointment with Diana, a gifted stylist who makes your time with her enjoyable, for a simple trim. However, I was told by someone other than Diana that a $25 deposit over the phone is now required because: * OTHERS have not kept appointments * It is a policy from the salon I have never had to put down a deposit on a little hair trim.
No time consuming extensions, no expensive chemicals. a trim. Stunned, I asked, "Even though I am a repeat customer in good standing?" The gal said yes and asked if I still wanted to book. I said no thank you. (Beyond being penalized for something I didn't do, why should I trust them with my credit card if they don't trust me?) Later, I received a text stating that they wanted to apologize as: * It was not their fault * New software can't accept an appointment without a deposit Sadly, changing the reason and offering an excuse is not apologizing, it's trying to save a sale. Diana ended up contacting me herself to apologize about the situation.
I still think she's great and wish her well. It's just that I cannot support a business that treats people this way. As I stated, I never stood them up for an appointment or cost them money in lost product. I can only think that they are not wanting to service the person who only wants a trim.

I've had the worst luck with hair dressers after mine relocated. They keep relocating or I'm just not happy with them. I found Bello salon on here and just so happened to be 8 mins from my house. I gave it a shot because I was in desperate need for a touch up before my birthday this weekend. These ladies are all SOOO nice and welcoming. They even gave me a tour around the salon. Sooo sweet.

I was looking for a quick haircut, I called and talk to Charlene and she is very bubbly and nice! It's hard to find that these days, also I was able to get in same day with Diana. From start to finish she was making sure I was Comfortable and was explaining what she was doing the entire time : I will come back most definitely and looking forward to bringing my daughter!

I really love this salon. Mayra is super nice and I love the feeling of my hair when she styles it. She does amazing highlights and helps me decide on what color I should get. I'm super indecisive and she is so patient with me. Also loving my hair more now that I've been using their recommended hair products. Everyone is so complementary, I feel pampered whenever I'm there.

I went here to buy eufora products, and I enjoy that they are fully stocked! Charlene, the receptionist, is also very great, which is why I'm giving two stars because of her customer service The reason I'm giving 2 stars: I made an appointment in advance. I was asked to pay a deposit for the appointment and I did. I drive here from cities away because I wanted to get my hair done here.
And they don't keep my appointment. So I'm not sure what the point of paying a deposit is if they themselves don't keep the appointment. They asked me to either come back later or reschedule another day. Neither option was available to me because of my busy schedule. This occurred because they messed up and decided to prioritize the customer they were already working on.
All I needed was a haircut, but they were helping another customer instead because her hair was so damaged. I understand that they tried to fix this by offering me a discount on my rescheduled service that I couldn't even book because, again, my busy schedule. The most that they could do was offer me 20% off of a eufora product I was buying. Thanks, but this doesn't make up for my time wasted driving and waiting the 37 min before they told me they couldn't cut my hair. My end warning: Be careful. You pay for a deposit and that still doesn't guarantee your appointment

I was able to get a same day appointment for my daughter. My daughter is only 3 and this was her first ever haircut. They did an amazing job with her and with her hair. She has very curly hair and I have been struggling to find the perfect shampoo/conditioner and leave in products to keep her hair hydrated and looking fresh. They recommended great products and the cut was perfect, not too much but enough! Thank you! I will be going back for myself.

This is a great business that is doing so much to help protect customers and employees during the pandemic. And they are fantastic at color, especially highlights! After getting highlights from a different salon that I was quite unhappy with, I came to Salon Bello for a color fix and correction. Michele knew exactly what I wanted and I was so impressed with how she truly fixed my hair and made it effortless on me to style each day.
They ask lots of questions about how you want it to look, how much time you have to spend washing and styling each day, then they deliver on something beautiful. They make me feel good about my hair and that's been a tall order for a long time for me.
