Hello my name is Janine Howell, owner and operator of Bello Capelli Studio. I established my salon in May of 2008 and I have been a hairstylist ~ colorist since 1995. I have sold my 12 station salon located in Riverside and I am now working independently within my In-Home Studio. I have received my master hair coloring certification in 1999.

Bellocapellidesigns Janine did not do the cut i had asked. I asked for a shoulder length hair cut with blonde hair color. My hair was at the middle of my back. My sister was there with me and heard me say shoulder length hair cut and blonde color. I didn't get that. My sister was telling janine what color and style of cut she wanted which was a bob or shorter.
Well i got what my sister was saying. And i never asked to be humiliated. Cant go out any where i feel im ugly. Its ashamed to feel like this. I wanted a refund and no reply back. I would not refer no one to get their hair cut or colored there

I made an appointment to have my hair styled for graduation, called to confirm my appt a few days before but the day of my appt- I was told, that my there was a miscommunication and no one to do my hair. the owners daughter was extremely professional and nice esp. since I was getting frustrated. they found a diff employee to come in and style my hair. she was nice at first, but than grilled me and made it seem as if I had lied about the whole situation and had even suggested that maybe I was thinking of the wrong salon. Definetly will not go back. if you have a special event, MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM YOUR APPT multiple times so you dont have to go through the frustration I did on such an important day!
