I just started going back to Chicago Tanning Company again after 4 years. I just moving back to the area and with the pools closed its great to be able to still get a tan! I was one of their first customers when they first opened, and it was great then, but even better now! Positives: I like how they added all the beds to the unlimited package. Before you could only get a level 2 bed with the monthly unlimited tanning.

Now you csn get all 6 levelsor even spray tanning. The beds they have are top of the line premium beds from Ergoline. Ive tried all of the tanning companies in the area over VC the last 15 years. The lowest level 2 bed they offer beats the very best beds at the other locations in the area. You csn not find any better beds in this area. They have a stand up bed, level 2 which is just the bulbs, level 3 and 4 which have face tanning bulbs in them.

Level 5 which has the High Pressure Face tanning lamps, and side lamps with the high grade tanning bulbs for your body, or level 6 which is 4 rows of high pressure tanning bulbs that emit more of the longer UVR wavelengths that penetrate deeper into your skin. Between the bulbs and the filtered glass your tan will continue to develop for up to 2 dsys after your last tan and will look darker. Chicago Tanning Company offers all of the lotions and eyewear needed at a very reasonable price.

If you are unsure, the friendly and knowledgeable staff will be able to help you devide what lotion will work best for your skin type. If you are like me i cant decide what lotion to use next, so having sample packets svsilsble for purchase is nice so you can try one out befire you buy the bottle. Opportunities: The only complaint I have is the location is hard to get into or out of depending on traffic. They are locatedon Route 120 net to Route 120 fitness right nextvto redwing shoes.

Positive: Cleanliness Very clean place & girls at the front desk are all friendly. Morgan is my favorite, she is always smiling & very sweet, she has made it enjoyable going there. I went in today as a new client and used their new client spray deal, $20 for one spray. Not an amazing deal but definitely cheaper than paying full price anywhere else! I didn't get a chance to ask the girl working her name, but she was so nice! She seemed to know a lot about the VersaPro and was able to answer all my questions and even helped me choose what level of color to do and what tint when I was going back and forth.

She was patient and kind and very helpful! The spray room was a little cramped but Versa booths are so big and bulky that it's pretty much unavoidable. They also had nice updated beds and a good selection of levels. More affordable than LA tan, highly recommend!

Great staff. TERRIBLE HOURS. WHO CLOSES AT 7pm and 6pm ON WEEKDAYS? Regret getting this membership. people have jobs.

BEST place to tan! Friendly, attentive staff, clean beds, and affordable prices. Kendall, the manager, is always very helpful and professional! I work long hours and usually have to tan late, and I am never made to feel unwelcome even though I tan close to closing time.(I am THAT pain in the ass customer lol) They usually have killer monthly deals also, the tanning lotions are reasonably priced and Kendall always helps me pick the best one for me!

It was busy and Sheridyn was nice enough to upgrade me so I didn't even have to wait for a bed. LOVE this place and would recommend to anyone looking for a great tanning experience. 5 stars hands down, the whole staff rocks!

Love this place. The girls at the desk are very friendly. I get the spray tan. The price is much lower than other locations. The only complaint I would have is the moisturizer function does not always work on the machine and the room is cold. Im sure if I was using the tanning bed the room temp would be fine. Still, it's a great place and I recommend it.

Beds are hit or miss. But service is always rediculously slow and confused. THEY MEED TRAINING. I'm writing this as I've been waiting 15 minutes for them to help the ONE PERSON in front of me :

Terrible. Don't waste your time. Alexis has zero customer service skills and was clearly wanting to get back to the lunch she was eating when I came in. We had a discrepancy on my account and I asked for a number to talk with someone else - SHE REFUSED. I will get in touch with someone else to figure out the problem. And- I can promise I will tell many people about the way I was treated at this store. I have been at other locations and have always liked being an Ultimate Exposure customer. Just makes me think twice now Smh Wow!

Have had so many problems with this place. Left work early and went out of my way to get there by 8:00 and the doors were locked at 7:50! There were four people in there gabbing to the employee and they pretended they didn't see me. Totally unprofessional! If you're going to close before 8:00 then update your website. That's false advertisement. No wonder you had to close half your salon, terrible customer service.

Clean and convenient location but always have to wait more than 20 minutes for the spray tan booth.don't come here if you're in a hurry.

Bought the groupon. nice staff, convenient location however the standup bed that we use has about 5 bulbs out. We have notified the staff multiple times across visits and nothing has been done about it.

I got a spray tan - lasted two weeks, but I was extremely pale before I got it. Clean, well organized location. The employee who was showing me how to work the spray tanning machine, etc, was nice and detailed with directions. The other employee was somewhat annoying and try to up sell, though.

I would highly suggest to anyone on this page that needs to cancel to make sure they read the small print. I cancelled my contract before moving and six months later was charged a full service payment. I called thinking it was some kind of mistake- they told me that i signed a freeze and not the cancelation and would not work with me on refunding the payment they took from my account.

They said over the phone "i should have read the small print". Clearly not only did the girl behind the counter know that i was signing a freeze, but the company condones that kind of activity. They said my money would not be refunded and that it was my fault. When asking for a manager- the woman on the phone said that her boss is the manager - she will not be available- BUYER BEWARE - L A tan never pulled this with me.

Do not work here do not tan here there is no regard for anything except capital gain if you choose to do either, you will regret your time and money wasted i have no intentions of slander, this is a mere warning.

This is one of the nicest tanning places I've been to. It's always clean and they play good music. Their bulbs are strong! I walked out of there pink in a few sensitive places if you know what I mean.yowch. I appreciate the fact they always ask if you have eye protection and they are conservative in recommending how many minutes to tan. Cody is such a cutie, he's helpful, and he's friendly.

I went in tonight but the young, short girl that was working was borderline snobby not to mention.slow! There were 5 people in line ahead of me and she didn't quite snap to it to get everyone handled in a timely fashion. Come on sister, I only put 1 quarter in the parking meter. Get to steppin'!

This is probably my favorite location of all the Ultimate Exposure tanning centers. I consistently receive great, friendly customer service. I know it helps that the place is new, but it is always clean along with being very roomy. I have never had a problem with parking, usually just parking at one of the meters in front.

I walked in the other night after work just to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by a really helpful employee. He asked several questions, explained the "membership" and answered all of my questions. Before I knew it I was signed up for 5 months of tanning for only $60! The deal is if you sign up to be a member, the first two months are free then you only pay $20 a month for the next three months.

After that you can cancel (requires 30days written notice) if you want! He helped me find a bronzer and sent me in to tan! The bed was clean-I hate it when you can still see streaks-it's pretty sick! I've been back again-they open at 8 which is nice because I work out right across the street so I can stop by and tan on my way to work! You can't make appointments but they have like 20 beds I think so it doesn't seem to be a problem getting in.

I hate tanning places that make you feel like you'll get an STD just by looking at the bed--this is NOT one of those places. Seems very clean! I didn't give it 5 stars because I've been to places that offer hair ties, face wipes and stuff like that-not necessary but a huge bonus!
