CONTINUING TO CHARGE AFTER CANCELLING. SPOKE TO MULTIPLE TIMES. HAVE NOT FIXED. My time tanning was fine but since canceling has been a nightmare. I canceled my tanning in-person through Jackie, who was at the desk that day. A month later, I was charged again - despite having canceled so I called and again spoke with Jackie, she apologized and said my membership would be canceled and it would be refunded.
The next month, I still hadnt received my refund AND was charged again. I called again and spoke with Laura, the owner. She was apologetic - told me she saw the cancellation form in their files and would take care of it and refund me ASAP. That was almost a week ago and I am yet to see my refund.

Just started going here and love it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made me feel really comfortable my first visit (some places are so snooty and just expect you to know how they work) and helped me choose the most cost effective package without being pushy. It's super clean and I never have to wait, although I tend to go off-peak times. Plenty of free street parking.
