Appointment was for 1:15, it's now 1:39 and told she be with me shortly. Girl not wanting to cut my hair dry. 5 more minutes I'm outta here. NOT professional to be this late! 1:41 still no show. Still sitting. This has never happened here before but it's been awhile since I've been here. Service: Haircut

Very safe place to go. I took my mother for hair cut. It was her first time really out since covid-19. Bonnie is always friendly and does an exceptional color on my hair.

Never again I will get my hair done here! I end up cutting my LONG hair so short shorttttttt because it was over processed with bleach

First time at salon. When I arrived was taken to a waiting room. Which I waited for awhile. I tried to tell the stylist what I was looking for and showed some of my hair styles. She didn't seem to listen to me. I got nothing like what I was looking for. Tried to explain that my hair was uneven and she seemed to keep making it worse. So I let her finish.

I paid for color highlight and cut. But ended Up with a messed up cut, grey hair that wasn't colored, and don't see any highlights in my hair. I was disappointed and don't think I will be going back.

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday. I had Desiree and she did a phenomenal job! My ONLY complaint is you can't tip when paying with a card. Thank you Desiree! I'll be back.

Wonderful, just Wonderful. I know she told me her name, but the lady who washed my hair. Loved it. First time I had the plastic cover over the back of my top to protect my clothing- Thank you. I loved the way she washed my hair then comb it out showing me the brush she used-- helpful! I thought it was a little rude, she offered the plastic covering to another stylist starting to work on her client and the stylist didn't even say anything (not even no thank you) just nicked her off. Rude. Stylist and the client, both acted as if she was intruding when she was only trying to help.

On to Kelsey. My hair as always Wonderful! I have never had a bad color job, haircut, or style. Other than the incident I mentioned ( which really - I felt bad for the lady just wanting to offer and help) everyone is always nice and very Professional.

My 13 year old daughter got her first hair cut with Stephany. She now feels like a queen! She was soooo happy! She did it perfectly and super quick! We are extremely satisfied! Excellent place. Friendly staff!

Had hair colored, cut and styled by Mimi who I love. I had to stop coming because of being blind in one eye and trouble with the other eye it was too long of a drive for me A friend of mine sent me to her hairdresser and I was extremely unhappy and put up with it for a short period and couldn't take anymore I was so unhappy. I called and got Mimi's first appointment whn she got back and I looked like I did whn I was coming regularly.

I can't tell you how happy I am to be back. Mimi is so loving and sweet and so is Kelsey, Bonnie Karen and I girl who washed my hair and I didn't get her name and after washing out the color she offered to help me get to my Mimi's chair. They are so sweet and offer coffee tea water while you wait It's the best salon around and I don't mind the ride These girls are a big asset to your salon

Keep up the good work Cynthia Roberts Salon! I got my hair done by the sweet and talented Desiree a few days ago and man i was impressed! I had completely screwed up my hair color and Des with courage and problem solving fixed my mess. Feels so good to be able to rely on someone who has such passion in their work and really cares for their customer. Thank you for the gorgeous hair and restoring my self confidence!

I love this salon and would recommend it to everyone! Every girl that works there is very nice and always pleasant. Whoever has complained about this place must be very difficult to please. One thing to not forget is that this salon is very busy, so you have to be patient. I was always treated well and have been going here for many years. I can't imagine going to another salon so keep up the excellent work, ladies! The owner, Cindy, is a nice person. If she sees me in the salon, she says hello. She also does a very good job running her business. Keep it up, Cindy!
